  • Littlestar had been the ambassador to the Thunderlands since she'd been 'Littlekit' and she knew the place pretty well. Sure, their territory change and name change had ruffled her a little but she was getting back into the swing of things. The small tabby limped up to the borders and parked herself underneath the shade of a tree. Before speaking out and announcing her arrival, she gave herself time to catch her breath. It was extremely hard traversing between clans when you were not only carrying your own weight but also that of some kids. She looked at her belly and quickly looked away again, golden eyes surveying her surroundings. "Hey babes. It's Lit, here. Wanna check up on you all and give you some rad gifts." The tabby says clearly though tiredness still laces her voice. She checks the woven basket at her paws before pushing it forwards. It has nearly the same contents as the Sunclan and Riverclan baskets except it has a packet of strawberry seeds and instead of a portable speaker, there's a set of music CD's for them to listen to. She could only hope they had a stereo or something otherwise it was for nothing. Littlestar licks her paw and flattens the curls atop her head, ears pricked as she listens up for any approaching footfalls.

  • SUNNY ?

Oh hey, it was Littlestar. They'd just been talking about her, and after all that was said, Sunny was uncertain of how she was supposed to handle this. Looking over at the HawkClanner, she hesitated for a moment, then headed over, deciding Deutschland would handle whatever changes he wanted to make. "Bottom text," the elderly feline greeted jokingly, looking over the familiar figure. Well, 'figures' now, she supposed, given the little auras within her.

Memes aside, they certainly couldn't just snatch the gift basket, hiss at the visitor, and run away. Sunny supposed she should strike up a conversation, in fact she was just itching to ask about their recent change of laws, but again, Doot would have to handle that, she'd just stick to the general stuff. "Thanks for the gifts, Littlestar! How's HawkClan been?"

i couldn't decide what to put here

  • I'M BORDERLINE GOOD AND I'M BORDERLINE BAD —

★-- So, this was Littlestar? Sasha wasn't sure what she expected but the recent stories of her clans ongoings made her a tad uneasy around the leader. Despite that, she must be informed of Deutsch's intentions on speaking to her.

"Welcome, Littlestar. I'm Sasha... Your timing is quite nice, I believe Deutschland wanted to speak with you, actually."

    Deutsch

  • What the fuck was bottom text? Fragilepast walked up with an awkward look at Sunfur before he turned back to Littlestar with a cold expression running through his face. "Yes, I'm sure he would." In truth, it was the vice-sovereigns fault for bringing it up, but it was something that needed to be addressed with Hawkclan becoming an anticlan.

  • ★ — Rose Quartz’s thought process was similar to Fragilepast’s, only slightly less harsh - she would give her mentor a confused look as she padded forward, yet would think no more of the phrase. Perhaps it could be explained later, but now wasn’t the time. “Nice to see you, Littlestar, and thanks for the gifts,” she meowed politely before stepping back, allowing any conversation between the two leaders to occur.

  • "Indeed, I did. Hello Littlestar, good to see you again." Deutschland echoed Sasha's comment, padding over quickly to where the HawkClan leader stood. He didn't bear any ill will to her, but Fragilepast's accusations against HawkClan couldn't go unnoticed. He sat down, his stomach churning with unease. He managed to smile faintly in gratitude for the gifts.

"Maybe you might prefer if we spoke in private. It is about HawkClan becoming an anti-clan." He added quietly. He still didn't trust Fragilepast, and he didn't want to lose an alliance with HawkClan - he really didn't. He hoped Littlestar had good reasons for "killing her Clanmates" as some were saying now.

  • It made sense people were talking about it. The news of HawkClan turning anti had spread like wildfire around the clans and it originally worried her that her allies would pull out of the alliances but then she assured herself. It would all turn out fine in the end. Besides, even SunClan remained allies with them despite their anti-anticlan policy because they knew just what type of anticlan HawkClan was. Her golden eyes moved to the familiar face and she was relieved to say she recognized and knew the other as Sunfur. Her little joke wasn't picked up by Littlestar unfortunately but she had the grace to snort out of amusement. "Eh, we've been having shit with BloodClan, is all." Littlestar declined from talking about the plans just incase anyone here was a double spy but she did host a dark look to her golden eyes when the enemy clans name was mentioned. She flexed her raptor claws and sighed sharply. "What about ThunderClan, hey? How've you guys been?" The tabby inquired curiously, whiskers twitching as her eyes went back to normal and she inspected the elderly felines face. Her attention went to Sasha. Perhaps if Littlestar had known this girl was once friends to her father, Rick Grimes, and family to her older sister, she would've been very interested in her but to the Monarch, she was simply a curious ThunderClanner. He wanted to talk with me? A little frown touches her scarred face but she shrugs it off. It's probably nothing, she tells herself. Just events and shit. "I'm all about that timing."

Fragilepasts appearance makes her attention turn to him but when his cold gaze sweeps over her, an uneasy feeling prickles at the back of her neck. Maybe they weren't going to talk about events. Did it have something to do with being anti? Her claws kneaded the ground slightly and she looked off to the side. God, she didn't come here to deal with... you know, heavy shit. She just wanted to know how they were and pop out. A regular visit. But this was all part of being a Leader. Getting involved even when you really, really didn't want to. The next was a total stranger to Little but she nodded out of courtesy, golden eyes briefly studying her face. Finally Deutschland turns up and she offers the german shepard a crooked smirk, torn ears flickering. "Yo. Good to see ya too." The three legged tabby greeted, briefly forgetting about the unease and odd feeling in the air. "Maybe you might prefer if we spoke in private. It is about HawkClan becoming an anti-clan." ... "I don't care if we talk in front of everyone. Seems like a public affair anyways." Littlestar delibrately casts a narrow eyed glance to Fragilepast, suddenly understanding the odd vibe everyone was giving. Like they knew something about her, something shameful or something shocking. She guessed to them, becoming anti was 'shameful'. The feline straightened up and shook out her fur, eyeing Deutschland. She didn't want to become enemies with Thunderlands either. She'd been allies with them since.. well, since forever. To have that end would be a major blow.

  • TOGETHER WE ARE STRONG

The first to arrive was Moon for a change. She was nervous and edgy as could be. She would soon be joined by her brother, Galaxy and they would sit together. Eyes on the Hawkclan leader. They wanted to hear about all of this. They may as well learn. Though Moon stayed pressed to her brother.

    "galaxy's speech" | "moon's speech"

  • The German shepherd sat down, falling silent for a while as he thought of the words to say. He was glad that she decided to talk now, for Fragilepast was listening and therefore would be able to hear everything. He met her gaze evenly, a calm steel blue with his brow furrowed in concern and unease.

"HawkClan has done nothing wrong to us so far in being an anti-clan. However, there was an accusation that you allegedly kill your own Clanmates." Fragilepast had said something along the lines of "for leaving the Clan", if he could remember correctly. He still wanted to hear from his own ears what the HawkClan leader had to say about this. He wanted to hear all sides of the story to make a decision. He had done that with WindClan recently because ShadowClan had taken over, but Sekhmet refused to talk.

"Also," He added. "Would you mind explaining what sort of anti-clan you are?" He knew that many Clans could not be heaped into the two distinctions of pro and anti, and he had heard of the Blackheart Rogues being "an anti-clan against anti-clans". Perhaps HawkClan was not the same sort of anticlan as something like BloodClan or ShadowClan.

  • Littlestar was really trying to stay calm but she was getting more pissed off by the second. This was an ally and she knew she had to have a rational discussion but he was implying that HawkClan was going to randomly turn on their allies just because they're now anticlan. "HawkClan has done nothing wrong to us so far in being an anti-clan." "Hold up. Hold up. You think we're about to hurt you guys because we're an anticlan? So far? No. You're our allies. Just because we've taken a slightly different route it doesn't mean we're going to fucking slaughter every one of you, alright?" Littlestars nose flared and her eyes glowed, signifying the internal works but she managed not to burst into flames. It was just stupid wording, anyways. Who really cared? "However, there was an accusation that you allegedly kill your own Clanmates." Now this one brought silence. At first she was wondering how in the hell that become an accusation and who the hell had made it and secondly, she wondered how it'd turned into 'clanmates'. The feline lifted her chin and breathed out. "I executed traitors." The Monarch said simply, tail tip twitching. "They tried to run and give information to our enemies, BloodClan. In my eyes, that warrants an execution. The other set of traitors were killed by my other clanmates. They were runners, abandoning ship and trying to leave to enemy clans." Littlestar gave Deutschalnd a hard long look, her muzzle curling slightly. She didn't want to have the memories of those traitors.

The next question was less one that set her off but even more so, this felt less like a discussion and more like an interrogation. She snorted and answered the question. "Not the kind of one your minds are running to right now. We changed so we could attack enemies without being questioned as to why we're proclan, so we could capture enemies and get valuable information, so we could protect ourselves and our allies properly. No restrictions, no barriers. But we will not randomly go against our allies, despite common belief, beause they're pro. That would mean isolating ourselves from majority of our allies and I don't know about you but that's a fucking dumbass move."

  • The panther's eyes strayed towards Littlestar, matching her gaze back. Fragilepast did not hold any hate towards Littlestar, but rather the motives that were now exploiting within her clan and how she should be trusted with an alliance if she couldn't even keep her own clanmates in line. For a moment, he considered staying silent. Deutschland could most likely handle the situation but since he had arrived, he might as well speak his mind as a vice-leader and a right hand of the leader himself. He straightened himself out before speaking. "I have one point for you Littlestar," he finally spoke up. His gaze pierced her and watched her fidget in anger, as he did sometimes. She seemed frustrated from what he could tell. "How can we trust you with an alliance when you are prone to harming your own clanmates who choose to leave peacefully and live a different life? If you cannot hold yourself against your own clanmates and let them go freely, what makes us think you can let our alliance soar without harming one of us? Executing your clanmates does not give us a strong argument." His head tilted to the side. Momentarily, his eyes flashed a dark crimson to show his devilish intent and curiosity to know the answer. There was no saving this situation. She would have to muster up some great A+ bullshit to get out of this situation. "You say believe in our common belief, but your clanmates held those common beliefs in Hawkclan until they decided to head elsewhere... maybe they left in fear, but that's not the point. These clanmates held your beliefs and you betrayed their trust by giving them a treason sentence." Then, he fell silent. That seemed like enough.

  • He stiffened slightly, he hadn't expected Littlestar to be so defensive with his questions. At least she answered them, unlike the ShadowClan vice-leader. He felt bad about irritating her, as it wasn't his intention, but he was glad that they had cleared it up, and in front of Fragilepast, too, the main accuser.

"No, I did not think that you would turn your back on us." He clarified. "And I figured there must be some mistake with the rumors, you would have told us something otherwise. That is why I asked you to clear it up, since some of us," His eyes momentarily flickered toward Fragilepast. "Seem to believe differently."

He had once killed traitors. Sasha, for leaving the Clan for the Tribe of Broken Dreams and coming back to attempt to assassinate Deutschland himself. He had also killed Ventus, but he wasn't as much as a traitor as Sasha had been. He now glanced pointedly at Fragilepast, his hackles raising as the vice leader began to speak, and he immediately stepped in. "She is not killing Clanmates who want to go away peacefully, Fragilepast. Did you not hear? They were escaping to enemy Clans and giving away information." It was a bit of a thin line, but he made sure to make it clear that he didn't share the same belief that Ftagilepast had. He felt irritated that Fragilepast thought ShadowClan, a Clan who was torturing WindClanners now, should be an ally and HawkClan should not. He sort of liked the idea behind Littlestar's reasoning for being an anticlan and he wished he had learned about it under different circumstances. Maybe not executing people, but he believed that it was not a good idea to lose HawkClan as an ally.

"I never wanted to terminate our alliance. I trust you, and you have proven to be loyal allies to us despite the change. I just had to put an end to the rumors. It was not my intention to irritate you with my questions, I apologize." The German shepherd continued, his head lowering in a bow.

  • I'M BORDERLINE GOOD AND I'M BORDERLINE BAD —

★-- That was a tad on the intense side for Sasha, eyes widening slightly as the Hawkclan leader got so defensive and so angry, so quickly. Anger issues was the first term that popped into Sasha's head, but remained silent until Deutschstar finished speaking.

"I realize it may not be my place, but that doesn't seem like good enough reason to play God and cut somebody's life short. There are other ways of handling it that need not involve death, after all." Sasha said with a frown. "I side with Fragilepast on this one, seeing as the accusations were true and her defensive and somewhat angry explanation leads me to believe just talking about it may not be a possibility. Their reason didn't permit death. If they were capable of execution they were capable of holding them until their information was then worthless, saving their lives and saving us and others the concerns. It doesn't just factor distrust with me, however, this also breaks our ancient code, it's been engraved in this clan since day one and whether or not that code still stands, I still believe it. One should never murder a clan mate."

  • Littlestar watched Fragilepast stare at her and she felt very inclined to bare her teeth simply out of anger. He was really pissing her off and the more he stared, the more she began to believe he was trying to foil her. "What's that?" Littlestar snapped when he brought up a 'point', her golden eyes glowing. She was really trying, just like Sekhmet had. Trying her damndest to breathe in and out. The fire curled into a fist, making its way up her throat, burning and scratching. It wanted to consume her, she knew, like it had a million times before. But the tabby was restraining it like she never had before. She wasn't about to give Fragile a reason to attack her anymore then he already had. "Choose to leave peacefully? Did you fucking hear me? I said they conspired behind my back. Either that, or they gave information to ENEMIES. You fuckwit, they could've got my fucking people killed. To me, loyalty is everything. I did not betray them when I killed them. They did that. They did that." She was bristling at the idea that she betrayed her people. She was livid at his accusatory stare and she wanted to lung and rip out his jugular for voicing such an idea. But she couldn't because she only knew how it'd end. "You know, once upon a time, me and my people needed help. We were being attacked by ShadowClan, outnumbered and nearly dead. We came to you, to ThunderClan, our allies, for help. And we were turned away. ShadowClan, he said, are our allies. We have a truce with them. You turned me away when I needed you most and still I stuck with you because that's what allies do. Now don't you dare go accusing me of betraying you and my clanmates because of a bunch of FUCKING TRAITORS!" Her voice rose to a yell at the end of her sentence and she stared at Fragilepast, blazing, before shaking her head and curling her lip. Fuck this. The pregnant female wanted to walk back home to HawkClan so she didn't have to fight off the strong urge anymore then she already was but then Deutschland spoke up.

He seemed to trust her. Oh that was great. That was a first in this damned clan, someone actually trusting her. Littlestar could not shake off the feeling of rage no matter how hard she tried but his words appeared to soothe her somewhat and at his last words, she simply nodded. Littlestar stood up, ready to go back home when Sasha piped up, siding Fragilepast. She gritted her teeth and slowly turned her golden gaze on the winged female. "So what? You're saying I could've just kept them in some cells until they rotted away? Or even better, until they escaped, went to whatever clan they wished and gave away our valuable information? Besides, they weren't clanmates. The minute those idiots went up to BloodClanners and tried to sell us out was the minute they become traitors. I stand with my decision to execute them and I will not fucking apologize for it."

  • I'M BORDERLINE GOOD AND I'M BORDERLINE BAD —

★-- "I didn't ask you to. I simply stated that I full heartedly disagree with your actions of handling the issue. Besides, it wouldn't matter if you were sorry or not. These were still lives lost that cannot be regained." Sasha said, looking at Littlestar with a raised brow. "But I must ask, what exactly was the information anyway? You don't have to offer specifics but I think it would severely help the high ranks decision if we knew if the information being pawned off was because they were plotting to attack your clan, or you were plotting to attack them, or something else entirely perhaps? Maybe it would shed more light on the situation as a whole."

She partially hoped she would say that the traitor was planning on giving information away to help Bloodclan attack Hawkclan, not because it was right, but because if it was the other way around, Sasha would have no idea how to react. Nobody could possibly be so foolish, so cruel as to do something like that, Right?

  • "Then there was no real point saying that, was there?" Littlestar snorted, stub tail twitching to and fro irritably. She sat herself back down, as it seemed she was going to be stuck here for a little while longer and absentmindedly touched her swollen belly. The feline exhaled sharply and tilted her head, thinking, as Sasha asked exactly what the info had been. Littlestar remembered that she hadn't been the one to find them, it had been Brokenjaw. "I wasn't the one who found them. It was my friend and Trust. He said that they were simply selling HawkClan out to BloodClan in order to buy a way into BloodClan's ranks." The tabby informed coldly, golden eyes flickering over Sasha's thoughtful face. Her ears twitched. "Now I know it's unlikely you guys will believe me so what's the fucking point? You guys don't trust me anymore and if you're going to be questioning every move I make towards enemies then what's the point?" Her heart was beating hard against her ribcage despite her steely words. She didn't want to end the alliance. This place.. she had practically grown up alongside it when she was a kitten and had made good friends here. Besides, Deutschland still seemed to trust her even if the rest of them didn't. But she had to stay true to HawkClans beliefs even if it was hard. Remain resolute.

  • I'M BORDERLINE GOOD AND I'M BORDERLINE BAD —

★-- Sasha wasn't amused in the slightest at the fae's attitude, though she understood it. Being accused then criticized wasn't exactly a fun time, after all. But, she still listened in respectful silence until the other finished speaking. However, the more the leader spoke, the more questions Sasha had. She just hoped she didn't get bitched at later on for being so... inquisitive.

"Selling you out for what? I assume your friend had adequate evidence?" The fae's head cocked ever so slightly as she asked, looking at the scarred up fae carefully. "The point is to understand the issue, just to answer your question."

  • It was reasonable what they were doing, he thought. Those murdered had no allegiance or love of HawkClan when they went to give information to BloodClan. They were traitors and enemies, and deserved to be killed. He looked worriedly at Littlestar, embarrassed and frustrated beyond belief that his Clanmates were continuing to put Littlestar under this stress of explaining herself. Perhaps that council had gotten into their minds that they could speak freely whenever they'd like.

"Sasha," He said quietly, without looking at the winged feline. "Let's let her go now." He kept his gaze on Littlestar, now noticing that she was pregnant. "You have a friend in me, Littlestar. While I am leading, I will protect and help your Clan. I have not forgotten how you were the only ally who helped us after that devastating hurricane." He said slowly and deliberately. He had heard of the incident before, of when the leader refused to help HawkClan because of their relationship with ShadowClan.

  • Littlestar leaned back, tapping her claws against the ground. "There's a reason he's a Trust. He says they tried to sell us out and I believe it. Besides, we found the BloodClan bodies later, the ones he killed. Seemed evidence enough, don't you think?" They're not going to believe you. Her doubts were making her feel weaker and emptier then before. The anger remained burning bright in her chest but she felt like she was slowly being hollowed out by the words they were speaking. The tabby was close, nearly on the edge of tipping over, her face grim and cold, eyes staring at Sasha. "I'm telling you all you want to know. I'm being a good little girl and answering your stupid questions. Anything else you want to know? Any other accusations you want to throw, allies?" Littlestar practically spat the last word. Allies were supposed to trust one another. Why weren't they trusting her, then? She had to be trusted. All she did was kill traitors. They would've killed her if she hadn't done it first. It was a dog eat dog world. She wasn't about to let someone take her awareness away from her. She refused to let her mind be swayed.

Deutschland was soft spoken and well meaning in his words. But the damage on her had been done. "You have a friend in me, Littlestar. While I am leading, I will protect and help your Clan. I have not forgotten how you were the only ally who helped us after that devastating hurricane." "In you, maybe. But sure as hell not your clan." Littlestar didn't look at him. She just stood up and limped away and when she was far enough away from the Thunderlands territory, she released a scream and embers fell from her open mouth. All that was left where she had once been at Thunderlands border was a basket full of gifts and an ashy flattened bit of grass where she sat.

//fuck the edginess in this one is to much
