HALLOWEEN HALLOWEEN (Open, party)

    The streamers were hung, along with lights, and the snow leopard had had multiple NPCs help her with setting the tables and preparing food. On one table, an assortment of candy and other treats were available, including a chocolate fountain, while next to it, another table had meats such as roast beef, chicken, and turkey, and the other side had salad, fruits, and vegetables for those who didn't prefer meat. Finally, drinks were on the end table. Pumpkins were scattered around the ballroom, with candles inside them, giving them an eerie glow. Fake cobwebs were placed on the chandelier, and a place had been cleared for dancing. A sign said on one of the exits: HAUNTED CASTLE AVAILABLE, but Winter wasn't in charge of that. The snow leopard had been dressed as, wait for it, a pirate, but her hat was a bit too big for her head, so it tilted off to the side. She had an eyepatch on, and a sword attached to her belt. Slightly scary music was being played, and the whole ballroom had been transformed into what looked like a room of an abandoned castle. If you didn't notice the food.

    hmm, she hadn’t heard the news of a party being held. having spent a majority of her day exploring more and more of the territory, she’d been absent to notice the preparations being made. so, when the large smilodon entered the ballroom she was rather taken aback. ”woah.” her voice breathed as her powder blue eyes gazed around in awe. her sight landed apon tbe table loaded with food and drinks, and her powerfully armored jaws watered vigorously.


    trotting forward, luciddreams eyed the wonderful array of alcohols, ears perked in her delight. the queen gingerly leaned forward and siezed herself a bottle of malibu, a coconut flavor rum she much favored. pawing off the lid, she allowed the liquid to slosh down her tongue longingly. lucid then turned back towards the party and offered winter a wave, a smile playing at her lips.

    IC: Winter wasn't much for alcohol, but she did her best to provide a variety of it. The snow leopard stuck to roast beef for now. She returned the wave to Lucid.

    — bounding my way on over slowly- i smiled towards lucid and winter before speaking up. "it looks wonderful, winter- nice job man." i would compliment, smiling softly at the female.



    IC: Winter purred, and offered Ash the bowl of candy corn. The snow leopard stuck to her roast beef, but afterwards, she was going for the chocolate.

    OOC: Sorry for short post (again), but swamped with work at the moment.

    Xylia had to stay away from the candy and treats, for her own sake if not for the sanity of her clanmates. A ferret bouncing off the walls was one thing, but a ferret loaded up with sugar? No, she wouldn't be putting anybody through that, not tonight. The sight of alcohol made her wince, bringing up memories she much preferred to forget about and keep locked away in the far reaches of her mind. "This looks great, Winter!" The lights, the pumpkins, and the amount of food laid out had her eyes darting everywhere. Later, she'd have to stop by the haunted portion of the castle and see how scary it felt, if she could allow herself to get scared without spoiling the next one for herself.
