quincy is genuinely caring, gentle human being. if someone or something is in need of help, he will be the one to offer it to them. the boy doesn't discriminate or judge anyone, as he much prefers to simply aid them. he is the one to step up when someone needs him most, and takes orphaned children and stragglers under his wing. truly a bleeding heart if there ever was one.

in general, quincy was abandoned at a young age. he continues on in his life, working hard to get himself anywhere without anyone's help. instead, he helps other people as he goes. quincy didn't originally look to dats as much of an option for himself, until he's eighteen. finally seeing what they have to offer for anyone who joins up, he originally offers his time as an initiate. eventually, quincy is a popular officer among the other members.

She is very laid-back, rather calm and somewhat cold. She believes it easier to keep everyone at an arms lengths or even yards, she doesn't like getting attached to others so it's easier for her to deal with it when people walk away or out of her life. Despite her rather dour outlook on life, she has a strong sense of justice and impeccable leadership skills. She can be very focused and intelligent, along side her resourcefulness and hardwork allowed her to stand as a great agent. She can be rather modest, perhaps overly so, and can be reluctant with working with others. She had problems with relying on others and is known to take on far to much on her own. She finds it easier to rely on her own powers and skills rather then rely on someone else and worrying about them failing her. She tends to be a risk taker, many see her as heartless when she's willing to throw away a few lives in order to save so many others. She can make hard decisions with no regret, and acts like nothing anyone thinks or says about her effects her. She has a strong fighting spirit that she will never allow anyone to break, not ever again. She is easily frightened by the unknown and hates being out of her comfort space, but has learned to adapt when it's necessary. She can come off as rather mature at first glance, although, has no problem going down to the level of a child if it keeps people from getting to close to her. She agonizes over the purpose of her existence and her meaning in life, which is an uncommon trait when compared to others. The small relationships she has or makes she often finds herself clinging to them and cherishing them in hopes of finding a brighter future.

History:

She as far as she knows, or at least what the doctors told her is that she suffered from some sort of head trauma that has left her sever amnesia. She has no recollection of her past, family, friends, age, even her name. She was a jack of all trades for the first handful of years, met an injured Renamon nursed her back to health and to decided to stay with each other having no one else. The two had a few run ins with the DATS agents and officers, assuming they were cops, the two were often fighting or running from them till one day they were finally caught and brought in. The two were recruited and worked alongside DATS with a purpose. Yet as the years pass they noticed something about the girl, she never seemed to age always seemingly frozen in time. It was found that she had Highlander Syndrome, which caused her to not be able to age normally. Because of her slow growth, she is constantly being moved around, given new identities and serving in different branches of DATS. Her news mission brought her to work with Quincy, Knightmon, and Dylan, under the name Saya.
