  • He flashed the male a sheepish smile upon hearing his words. After a few moments of just watching as they soar through the air, Siris hesitantly reached out one of his hands, watching as it sliced through a translucent cloud. It was just so amazing to him. He was glad that Lucifer was able to do this for him.

He glanced up at him, frowning. From the look on his face, he could tell that something was hurting him. Siris chuckled softly at his words, reaching up and placing a hand on his cheek. "Are you okay?" He asked quietly.

  • It made Satan feeling strangely when he saw Siris enjoying himself. It was a weird almost fuzzy feeling. It wasn't something he had felt for so long he didn't even know what he would call it. He turned his attention straight ahead clutching the male tighter against his chest as he did a small spin midair.

Feeling sudden warmth on his face he seemed uncharacteristically caught off guard. Chuckling he nodded softly. "I am alright. Just reminishing I guess." He assured pushing the painful memories from his face.

  • He let out a small yelp when the male spun. He clutched onto him again, pouting slightly. "You're going to feel really guilty when you drop me one day." He teased him softly. He wasn't going to lie, Siris was enjoying being close to someone like this. He didn't really think about it relationship wise, as he wasn't sure how the male felt.

Siris frowned, poking his cheek this time. "Oh, don't lie to me. You certainly aren't okay. " He said firmly. Siris didn't like being lied to. But he wanted to help Lucifer as well. He could tell that he was fairly upset.

  • Seeming amused by his words he shrugged for a moment. "I haven't felt guilty about a lot things yet. Maybe you'll be the first." His teasing was all in good fun it was just a question of if anyone else was going to find it funny. His smiled dropped when the male insisted there was more that he wasn't saying.

He glanced down when he felt a sharp poke on the cheek. Sighing Satan seemed still very unwilling to explain his problems. His justification was that they were his to deal with. Looking down at him he gave a labhored sigh. "Alright I'm thinking back to before I was cast out of heaven." The demon said quickly.

  • He rolled his eyes playfully at the male at his first statement, the gentle smile easing back across his face. It was good to see that he was still able to make playful jokes and such. It made things feel a lot less tense and sad.

He wasn't surprised by what he admitted, honestly. Siris kept that light smile on his face as he spoke. "Well...stay with me then. The woods is like my heaven...you're personally invited to be an amazing angel in my heaven." He teased softly, hoping it'd make him feel better.

  • The demon started to loop back flying back towards their spot on the river. Casting his gaze down at the male in his arms giving a soft chuckle. It was a gesture he would call sweet. He had never been much for sugary gestures that friends or lovers seemed to do. But, this gesture felt genuine to him. "I suppose your forest will do." He decided pretending to be indifferent to the idea but, still with his playful smirk.

Landing back on the bank he gently looked down at Siris. "I could make things twice as fast and just carry you home. You are so slow." He teased still holding him bridal style it seemed as if the mortal's silly offer had brought him back from the pain he was feeling.

  • He smiled. Siris couldn't stand seeing anyone unhappy. It didn't matter who they were, either. He'd just do his best to make them happy. Lucifer was a delicate subject to him. He was sure that the male had been through a lot, and currently still was going through a lot of things.

He raised a brow at his next words, a grin soon forming across his face. "Hmm. Well, I am getting used to being carried now." He teased back, chuckling softly. His brown hues peered up at the male. "Why don't you stay the night?" He asked.

  • The demon definitely did not understand this male. He seemed to want to see him happy even though he was well..Satan. It was a little jarring to him. Still, he did appreciate it a little bit. The demon began humming as he seemed to be thinking it over. Normally he disappeared at night leaving the male by himself. Giving a soft sigh he nodded. "If you want me." He said simply already starting to carry the male back towards his home.

Smiling he continued to walk his wings tucked against his back again. The demon looked down at Siris. "Don't get too used to being carried. I have reputation to keep up." He insisted playfully laughing.

  • Perhaps he was so nice because this was the only company and attention he ever received. Or maybe it simply was just his nature to be kind. Whatever the case may be, he definitely took a liking to Satan himself. Siris wasn't sure if that was a good or bad thing, but it didn't really seem to matter to him. Just as long as he was able to see the male every day, to speak to someone. Quite frankly, Siris had been starved of social interaction.

He laughed as well, a grin easing across his face. "Of course...I wouldn't want the king of hell to be seen as a pansy." He teased, chuckling. He was honestly having a great time.

  • The demon king smiled softly shaking his head. "I dare anyone to call me Pansy." He chuckled his eyes glinting like cold fire. He was being extremely subdued. The demon was dangerous to most but, he couldn't imagine hurting Siris even though he hadn't known him very long. He wouldn't admit he was fond of the mortal.

As he neared the house he looked back down at the male. "Are you really sure you want me staying?" Satan asked stopping in front of the doorway. Of course he didn't want to intrude into his home.

  • He just chuckled. Once they arrived, he nodded eagerly. "Of course! I think you might like what I'm going to cook tonight." He said simply. Siris worked out of the males grasp, pushing open his door. He never locked the doors, as there really wasn't any need to. They were deep in the woods.

The house, or shack, was very small. Still, it was considerably comfy and warm. He had a small bed that was littered with quilts to keep him warm. A small dresser for clothes, and a living room that was also his kitchen, equipped with a fireplace. There was no electricity, so he had to use an outhouse a few ways from the house.

  • The demon released his grip on the mortal chuckling softly as he was assured he would like what the male was cooking. "No need to fuss over me. I don't need to eat." He explained with a soft smile appreciating the effort but, not wanting to have him waste his food on him. Looking around the small shack really as he ducked through the small doorway his eyes flickered around in interest.

It was what he would call quaint. "I do not understand you at all. You don't owe me anything." He muttered walking into the living room his blue eyes still looking around.

  • He let out a huff. "Oh well. I need someone to eat my food so I can gloat about it." He said simply, not taking no for an answer. It was obvious he was excited that he had company over. He looked over at the male, a bit puzzled. "Owe you? Of course not...I'm doing this because youre my friend." He stated, confused at his words. Wasn't this what friends did? Did Lucifer even consider him a friend?

Pushing those confusing thoughts away, he just knelt by the fireplace, checking inside a pot. He didn't like killing animals, but it was necessary for his survival. He was always sure to thank mother nature for it, of course. He ran a hand through his hair, looking at the male. "You're my friend...right?"

  • The male huffed with an amused smirk as the male refused to take no for an answer. Eating was a weird concept to him. He could do it but, nothing happened. He didn't get any satisfaction from it. "Alright I'll eat it and you can brag about how amazing it was." He assured still holding his slight smirk. The demon grew serious as Siris called him his friend.

He straightened up a bit staying quiet for several moments. Clearing his throat he didn't respond for several seconds. Stepping closer he nodded slowly. "Yes you are." He said seriously with a genuine smile leaning against the counter.

  • Siris grinned cheekily at the male's response. He started stirring what was in the pot. Rabbit stew. It would be a good meal today. Sometimes Siris wouldnt even have enough to feed himself.

He looked over at the male, smiling softly. "I'm glad...it's nice having a friend." He replied, flicking his attention back over to the pot. He really did like Lucifer. Even though he knew who he was and such, he was pretty kind to Siris and he appreciated that.

  • The demon shrugged slightly watching him with mild curiousity as he cooked he stew.

He supposed it smelled good but, he had no other observations about it. He would eat and it say it was delicious anyway. Running his fingers through his white hair he tried to get all the catches and tangles. The one thing he didn't like about flying was how messy it made his hair.

The demon leaned off of the counter and patted Siris on the head as if he were a child. "You are by far my favorite human." Satan admitted leaning back against the counter. He didn't exactly have friends. Demons feared him as much as humans. He had a few close advisors but, those all seemed expendable.

  • Siris was genuinely excited. Figuring the stew needed to cook more, he turned to the male, smiling. "You're my favorite person...demon..." He said with a grin. He really didn't want Lucifer to leave. He knew that the male probably had important things to do in Hell. That's when an idea sparked in his brain.

"Lucifer...can I visit Hell one day? I want to see what your life is like." He said, doe brown hues looking at the demon. He figured itd be way different than what he was used to. Somehow, Siris was okay with that. He just wanted to see what Lucifer had to go through.

  • Laughing as he struggled to call him demon or human he found it quite adorable. He watched him still seeming interested in what he was doing. Lucifer had to leave eventually but, he also seemed reluctant to leave since he had not become attached to a human like this before.

His mouth went into a thin line when he brought up possibly visiting Hell. "Maybe one day. But, if you did your immortal soul would be too tainted to go to heaven." He warned although he wasn't sure if the male's soul wasn't already tainted by speaking to him.

  • He frowned slightly, blinking. "Oh.." he mumbled quietly. It was hard for him to wrap his head around the fact that heaven and hell existed. Sure, he wanted to go to heaven, for the sole purpose of seeing his parents. "But...what if I wanted to stay with you? I...I don't mind going to hell then." He stated quietly, looking at him. It was true. He really liked the male, so he would devote his soul to hell if he had to.

  • The demon was not laughing or smiling now, seeming deathly serious. He didn't want to make the male do something he would regret. Souls were a delicate thing and he felt bad that Siris would ruin his immortal soul to be with him. His response honestly surprised him. That was not the response he had expected. Pushing his white hair from his face he nodded softly his blue eyes studying his face, his own still serious. He slowly took a step forwards. "If that is really what you want i can take you with me in the morning." Satan offered leaning back again.

"If you go with me be warned I will say and do things that are terrible. I can't let any demons see my weakness." He warned with a slight tilt of the head. He wouldn't be nearly as relaxed or nice as he was at the moment. He had to be the ruthless demon king after all.
