She knew why she was here, it was just that, at the moment, she'd lost track of her desire to hurry. After all she quite literally had all the time in the world, her goals weren't going anywhere, and apparently, from what she'd deduced, neither were the Skulls. So, all that being said, the slim figured hound picked her way forward on delicate paws, her gilded eyes flitting over the landscape as she navigated the terrain. Well, well, well... this was it eh? Seemed kind of quiet to her, but hey, everyone withers away into obscurity eventually. The circumstances couldn't be helped, not really anyways. "Luca, mon cher, I believe we've reached our destination." Languid and dipped in a distinct accent the femme's tone was approachable despite her recent pass time of wasting away in the afterlife. Death just really had suited her the way she'd hoped it would and so, instead of living out the rest of eternity laying lavish on some ghost beach the huntress was here with some unknown task set forward to accomplish.
Radioactiveplague was dead, Cassidy was dead, and, as far as she was concerned, Feliks was just as irrelevant as ever. That was three little cunts she didn't have to fucking deal with, perfect. That left only her real focus, her two dearest best friends, Sango and Finch. 'Well, let's get this party started shall we?' The awry thought was in passing but the action was all the same, striking straight up to the border the alpha let a sugar sweet grin pull back at her stunted maw, "Bonjour, Chardonnay Roux Wolfgang and Luca Kagamine, here to join your ranks." Or something to that degree. It was all unnecessary schematics really.
I'M A BAD MOTHERFUCKER — open, double joining

luca was lost and alone and abandoned. the usual, honestly. things had been so good for a while. he had rinto and as long as one person cared about him that was all he needed, but then rinto had left just like the others. like accidentally tearing a scab off a wound that hadn't fully healed yet, rinto's closeness had ended up doing more damage than good. he hadn't been around long enough for luca to heal, and now he was left feeling empty and dull and so pathetically vulnerable. so when a lady oozing the dominance he craved approached him and offered companionship, it didn't take a genius to guess that he answered with all the enthusiasm his broken self could muster.
so here he was, following the alpha like a sad lost puppy. he offered a noncommittal hum as chardonnay told him of their arrival, his eyes sweeping over his new home. the ocean, huh? the fire elemental within him sighed, but any hesitance was quickly washed away by the use of a pet name. a pink blush dusted his cheeks beneath his fur and he shuffled up next to the hellhound, stealing slightly timid glances at her when he thought she wasn't looking. he knew of her history with his mom, but for some reason he couldn't hold it against her. he was just too desperate for someone to tell him what to do. so he waited for someone to approach, tail tips flicking with slight anticipation.

Despite trying to focus on one thing at time, like gathering supplies for the ship, she couldn't do it, not all day long. There wasn't a real rush, but she didn't want to spend another week on the island she had lived on since being dropped off here as a kit. It was all she knew, and she was trying to drop it all at once. Having a bundle of leaves that she was positive were herbs for some sort of remedy, she hurried out from the edges of the jungle and paused. Those definitely weren't crewmates out there. She set down the herbs and walked over to the strangers, her beady eyes displaying nothing but a brightness she didn't truly feel. She wanted to feel it, but she didn't. "Hello!" She said, glancing up at them and positioning herself to stand on her hindpaws. "Chardonnay and Luca, did you say?" Hopefully she got that right. "Welcome to the Skulls! Would either of you like a tour of the ship or territory? Or maybe something to eat or drink?" The longer she did this, the more she fought with herself after the fact. "I'm Xylia, Captain of the Skulls."

luca had always considered himself short for his age, but as he caught sight of xylia approaching, he had to rethink what he considered short. but then she got closer and he realised she was a ferret and he was an idiot. he dipped his head at the sound of his name, muttering a small "it's a pleasure," but other than that he didn't make a move to reply to the captain. instead he turned his gaze to chardonnay, waiting for her to respond before he dared to. luca shifted around, instincts telling him let the higher ranking hellhound take the lead. that how he had always preferred to live and god- he felt like he was going to die when no one was telling him what to do.

A ferret? Now, she wasn't necessarily one to judge a book by its cover or leader by their fur but you've got to be fucking kidding. Her halcyon eyes raked over the small carnivore, flashing briefly with disdain before she just exhaled altogether and seemed to shrug it all off. No matter, who was leading meant little in the grand scheme of things and, by the looks of it, this 'Xylia' character was one of the only individuals here so she had to account the female to some sort of higher standard. It took a strong mind to remain when all else was gone. "Madame Wolfgang, Miss, or Madame suit me just fine thank you, people haven't used my first name for quite some time." Again she held her tone as languid and plain before she dipped her head ever so slightly on the Captain's secondary offer.
"A drink would be great actually, you wouldn't happen to have anything in the way of liquor would you?" Salt water and swill were the extent of what she could fine and though fresh water suited her just as well she couldn't help but desire something else right now. She hadn't had a drink in a very long time. As for a tour of the ship she disregarded the offer without comment, she'd been on it before some time ago, she liked it and she knew it well.tags & info -
Her gaze wavered from Luca to Chardonnay, not really taking into account the size different but instead focusing on how the two of them reacted, both to her and to each other. "Pleasure to meet you both." She had to stop from letting a nickname slip out after hearing out what Chardonnay's request was. Why introduce herself with her name if she didn't want anybody using it? Madame was kind of boring, and Miss wasn't much better. "As for liquor, we might have some lying around somewhere onboard the ship, but you'll probably be more likely to find that type of drink in the tavern." They had a decent variety of drinks in their tavern, but she didn't know the names of half of them because she wasn't a drinker. One bad night was as far as it went, and she got disturbed right in the middle of it. Her memory of it wasn't too great either, but it wasn't terribly blurry.
