While on summer vacation in Monte Carlo with her family A meets a boy and doesn't realize she would fall this hard. And he feels the same. He's on vacation too but visiting his dad who lives there. He has been to Monte Carlo many times, actually he goes every summer and every Christmas.
They hang out all summer. Doing many things from skinny dipping and spending the night at the beach to just walking and talking. Their romantic feelings grow as summer comes to an end.
They will be both going to their homes. North Carolina for her and he has decided to go to school in Monte Carlo for a year. They try and stay in touch but fall apart. The summer after both their first years of college, she goes back to Monte Carlo with a group of her new friends and new boyfriend, but what happens? She runs into her first love again.
He stayed there and has started culinary school and works at a very high end restraunt.
They decide to go to diner as 'friends' to catch up but what will happen? Will there be another summer romance...?
