    Clay Raydan/Alpha Male/24yrs/Human/Wolf

*:・゚✦ Clay sat in his car, his eyes closed as he heard the familiar tune. His memories dancing around behind his eyelids. It took him back to the time it was pouring rain and he was standing there on her front lawn after a fight. He had refused to leave. He found his fist clenched and he slammed them into the dashboard out of a fit of rage, not at her... but at himself. He had let her slip away. He had let her walk away. Yet here he was, still thinking about her, and all he wanted to do was hold her, kiss her, and show her how much she meant to him. But it was every time the song came on... he was taken back to standing on her front lawn in the pouring rain. Every time he heard the song it took him back to the first time it ever came on and how the two of them had been so happy, and all he ever wanted was just him and her.

But everything comes with a price. He neglected his Alpha duties for her, and as a result his Pack suffered. What was he supposed to do? He had no clue where she was now, if she even still thought of him..... another fist colliding with the dashboard, as he let out his frustration. He smashed the radio off and left his car. He needed to get out and just take a breather. The man moved down and away into the park, breathing in the familiar scents of the forest as he moved with ease. His boots hitting the dirt with hardly a sound. when he was sure no one was around he changed and took off. The black wolf surging forward as he darted through the trees, his paws pounding against the cold ground. He needed this.

Clay ran and ran. That was until something caught his attention. He paused, listening to the sounds of the forest. Then there it was again, a scream. Something abut it seemed all too familiar and yet all too foreign at the same time. Then he was moving, as fast as his paws would take his large wolf form. He slowed as he neared, seeing a woman run past, the scent catching in his nose and before he could process who it was he was running. He wasn't sure why but he fell in beside her. His ears flicked as he heard what had been chasing her and as he went to nudge her to avoid a tumble she fell, her foot catching on a root of one of the trees. The angry wild-one, as he and his pack called the actual wolves, barreled through the trees. It slowed upon seeing him and moved to circle. Clay felt a low growl erupt from himself as he kept an eye on the other dark brown wolf.

He watched as the wolf lunged in, and he quickly defended the woman, forcing the wild-one away from her. The vicious snarl escaped him as he clamped down on the wild-one's neck before he yelped as teeth sunk into his leg. He felt a weight suddenly on him, and forcing him away as the wild-one he had bitten scrambled to it's feet and went for the woman. He removed the grey wild-one off of him and as the brown one lunged for the woman he tackled it away before moving back to protective stand in front of the woman. He watched the grey and brown wolves move in towards him and he snarled as he remained where he was.

He dodged the first lunge from the grey but the brown's teeth sunk into his scruff and despite his size being larger than the two wolves, the grey's weight caused him to stumble. He forced the brown one off and then bit into the grey's neck, and shook as hard as he could. A yelp escaped the grey but he shook continuously until he heard the snap. And the Grey fell limp. He dropped the grey as he turned to the brown, now and crept forward, baring his teeth. He watched the wolf hesitate before taking off. Clay then took in the woman..... it was her. It was the love of his life. How the hell did he happen to find her he had no clue. But, he remained as wolf, and sat down, tilting his head. He had never told her about being a werewolf and as such he was not legally allowed to just change in front of a human without them being a wolf's mate.

    Camilla "Cami" Johnson

    21 years

Ooc: I'm assuming she's the one he's rescued right? xD

Ic: Camilla lay shaking, eyes closed, lips trembling, backed up against a wide oak tree. Her eyes watered as she tried to struggle to her feet, she let out a small yelp watching as the scene had unfolded. Her bright brown doe eyes on the three wolves, she watched the dark black one rescue her, in awe. The blonde tried to speak, to scream again but no words came out, just her mouth stayed the same. Wide, gaping open, but no words to flood out. She really couldn't help it... She hadn't expected to be in this predicament had she?

The young woman had been out for a jog, not realising the time and had been jumped by some rabid wild dogs. The wolves had ambsushed her then... all of a sudden, her eyes had blurred slightly and her vision became fuzzy as she tumbled down up against the tree where she was now. Transfixed. She was transfixed on Clay.

  • ooc yeah XD sorry I didn't mention that XD also sorry for the shorter post I'm on lunch at work 😁

Clay's large black wolf form sat, watching the girl curiously. He recognized her and while he wanted to move towards her, he forced himself to remain still. He remained watching her for several long minutes before getting to his paws and padded towards slowly. His large paws silent against the cold ground. He moved slowly, pausing when she seemed frightened before slowly moving towards her again. He finally stopped his movements and stood within arms reach of her. His heart pounding in his ears as he tried to relax and just read the emotions on her face.

Clay was nervous, and while he remained still and within arms reach of Cami he really wanted to take off back into the forest. But he had to make sure she was alright before he took off. Even then, he wasn't sure if he would go or not. Part of him wanted to change right there and reveal the secret of the supernatural world, but the other half was forcing him to remain as a wolf. His black ears flicked at the noises of the forest but otherwise he remained still.

What was she doing back in town? The last time he had seen he they had a vicious fight which left him broken hearted, and she left town. But she's back. Clay really could hardly believe she was back, but with it he felt the pain of their last communication. The dark wolf's ears flicked back as he remembered the harsh words said from both of them. Why was she back? He was conflicted on what do, and his ears flicked forward as she made a noise or a movement.

  • Anxiety fluttered over Camilla's face as he stood in front of her. She chewed on her bottom lip, her bright brown doe interlocked with his before she just sighed. Her skinny short arms reached out for him at a slow pace as she tried to see if she was friendly.

Her petite hands glided across his head as she gently petted him, making sure he wouldn't snap and bite her at any moment. The blonde stayed quiet not wanting to break the peace and quiet of the forest. She offered the black wolf a smile.

Her fingers gently brushed over Clay's large head and he closed his eyes at the gentleness of her touch. He was sure if he had changed right there she would probably start yelling at him or something. Either way he was enjoying much to his own dislike. His flattened after several long minutes of him letting her pet him. He was supposed to be angry, broken hearted, and hate her. But he couldn't find it in himself to be any of that towards her. Which frustrated him more and more. He hadn't thought he actually healed over their time apart. But then again, time flies, and things happen unexpectedly. Clay took a step back, taking her in again before padded passed her, turning to see if she would follow. He figured he might as well make sure she made it out of here safely, and the sooner the better as he wasn't sure what else was lurking around.

  • The blonde looked over the male wolf, slightly confused as he made his way past her clearly wanting her to follow. Camilla bit her lip, before slowly and steady getting up on her petite and very thin legs following the dark male wolf and anxiously eyeing her surroundings. She was absolutely confused as to why she was even here in the first place, here in these woods.... then came the unthinkable... and why did that wolf seem almost... human? She shook her head, trying to get rid of these thoughts.
