Coraline Julia James moved through the crowd with her three friends. She had just completed a one year project, that was all her and her largest project to date. Her friends found that reason to celebrate. So that is what they are doing. Her three friends she had found in college where each equally talented in their own fields of work. One was a nurse, studying to eventually become a doctor and two years older than CJ. The second was a Journalist, who made a name for herself before she even graduated and had even gone to the same high school as CJ. The third was a phenomenal Cyber Security Agent. The four girls had all met in College when their Dorms ended up being right next door to each other.
"Well, if you ask me, CJ, you deserve tp spoil yourself rotten tonight!" The blonde girl with stunning icy blue eyes spoke up. She wore a skin tight black dress, and despite being the shortest of the group she was currently stantly at 5'9" with three inch heels on. No one would guess from looking at this girl that she was a Cyber Security Agent.
"Jamie is right. Besides, we haven't seen you have fun in ages!" The girl with beautiful bronze colored skin and chocolate brown eyes flashed a smile. She wore a simple red dress that hugged her waist and flared out on the skirt. The way she moved she commanded respect, but at the same time she held wisdom behind her youthful look, and if the anything happened she was probably the best out of the four girls to react with calmness, as she was the nurse.
"Oh stop the both you! Mel, why don't you order our first round of drinks?" The girl with strawberry blonde hair and green-blue eyes laughed as she gently tugged CJ towards an open table to wait for Mel, who wandered off in her red dress to go order drinks, to get back. "Are you excited!?" She wore a midnight blue dress, and silver heels.
"Of course I am, Jess!" CJ grinned. "It's the first time in forever that all four of us are together in so long." CJ wore three inch silver heals and a skin tight emerald green dress that barely came to her mid thigh. She had no idea how her friends talked her into wearing this but as she drank her first drink, then another, she really didn't care anymore.
She found by the fourth drink she had downed, and the fifth in her hand, her and her friends had migrated to the dance floor, where she ended up until her heals started to kill her about two hours later. She moved from the floor and off to a table to sit for a minute, and grab another drink. As she approached the bar she caught sight of what looked to be a very handsome man watching her. But then again it might have been the alcohol too that caused her to instead head in his direction instead of towards the bar.
Coraline was half aware that she fully intended on flirted with him, but the other half didn't seem to mind at all.
The next morning CJ found herself in someone else's apartment, which was a first for her. She slipped from the bed and after taking a glance at the sleeping man she fled. She had to make it home, change, and then make it to the meeting she needed to be at.
After a hot shower, several ibuprofen, a half toasted bagle, and making sure that she was decent. She was off to meet with her next client who wanted to build a luxury apartment building. She wore a black dress pants, heals, a deep purple blouse. As she entered the board room of her Client's meeting she locked eyes on none other than the man she had woken up next to. No, he was not her direct Client, but clearly one of the man's team. While her own team set up she she sat down to listen, occasionally glancing in the man's direction. "Well, Miss James, I would love to sign you on as our engineer, however I do have a request."
"Of course, sir, what can I do?" She smiled, polietely to her client.
"I would like you to work with Mr (Your Character Name), he is our top interior Designer and also our Realtor Salesman." The man requested, motioning to nonother than the man she had wondered if he recognized her from the night before.
"I would be happy to." She lied, but knew it wasn't obvious. CJ wanted to die from embarassment, she watched as almost everyone filed out of the boardroom with the exception of her team: Her Contractor, Lawyer, and Interior Designer. "I'm Coraline Julia James, or CJ. Nice to meet you Mr (y/c name)." She held out her hand to him.
Ooc: so our characters had a one night stand and now have to work together on a building project. I'm thinking mine detests yours and yours is kinda of rude but kind of charming at the same time as neither knows how to propwrly act around the other.
