  • TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — The shift from morning to evening to night was something that went unnoticed by so many beings; it was natural and they would experience it quite often. This change was something new to one certain individual, a petite kitten by the name of Spots. He had been confined to a house for the majority of his life, never seeing the colours that would streak the morning sky or the stars that would light the night. It was something new for him indeed and he simply adored it.

Twigs and leaves would crunch underfoot as Spots made his way through the woods, dark blue orbs seeming to sparkle with wonder as he gazed at his beautiful new surroundings. "This is simply delightful!" He would exclaim with a bounce to his step as he continued on his journey, never once thinking about the growing hunger in his stomach or the home that he had left behind. Spot would speed up as a wave of something filled the air, stinging his sensitive nasal cavities and making him go faster to try and avoid it.

"That was dreadful." Spots would mutter as he shook his head in a fruitless effort to rid himself of the smell. His ears would suddenly pin back as he heard something approach, terror spreading throughout his being as his gaze swept the area and he found no escape. "Do not eat me please, I am terribly bony!"

  • Day and night were no stranger to a restless canine, who more often than not keep his eyes towards the horizon for what seemed like forever from dawn until dusk just because he could. Though, he hadn't done that in quite a while since he was mostly kept busy with the day to day life of being a Blizzardclanner and actually having others to converse with and not be a miserable, moping young adult that most people around her seemed to be as well. Actually, the fact that others seemed to not be as happy as they could be only pushed the violinist to do his utmost best to cheer others around this place as much as he could with his music or with words.

The snapping of twigs and the soft crunch of leaves are what alerted the tall canid at first, his body quickly turning and see a small kitten not too far from his current area and he was...alone. An abnormal frown made it's way across his long maw and he would wonder why such a young soul would be wandering around here of all places and not with his parents. Then again, he could be orphaned...which was what caused his long, white legs to carry him closer out of pure curiosity as he watched the little guy move around and seem fairly happen until his own presence seemed to have been noticed, the canid stopping himself briefly to ask himself what he should do or say. After all, children were easily frightened and impressionable, right? Leopold pushed his glasses up and began to concentrate briefly on a few starter sentences until he continued his path onward to check on the lil fella.

" Ah yes, eating children is my favorite past time!" Was what eventually came out, trying to be amusing as his curled fur and red bow bouncing, approaching with a charming smile and dipping his head in greeting. " No-Not, really though. My name is Leopold and what is your name, young man? Do you know that you're in Blizzardclan? " He tried to stay calm for Spot, never to harsh, but still trying to give off a sense of authority until the actual authorities of the clan would make their appearance alongside them.

  • Day and night were definitely not a stranger to Mike. It was almost like night was more familiar to him now than the growing daylight. More and more, he started seeing the white specks, and was starting to see into the Upside Down. He started feeling the terror Will experienced in his week down there. Thankfully though, there posed to be no threat, since Eleven had killed the Demogorgon- He suddenly felt choked up at the thought of her, stopping. She had saved him. She had saved them all. But in her sacrifice, she was gone. They missed the Snow Ball, and she wasn't with him anymore.

Taking a shaking deep breath, he forced away the thoughts of his crush, no matter how hard it was. Making his legs move to continue his search for his friends, he opened his maw to yell for Dustin when the sight of two outlines of some figures caught his eye. Joy instantly spread through the boy as he ran over, expecting to see his friends. Then his face fell when it turned out to be two people he didn't know. Stopping, the boy still had his sad look on his face, but tried to look more presentable as he approached them. "Eat you? Gross! What, do you think we're cannibals or something? Ew!" He exclaimed, his nose wrinkled in disgust. "I'm Mike by the way." Mike said quickly, lashing his tail, which honestly made him jump as he did so.

  • Spots would stare wide eyed at the large dog and cat in front of him, starting to back up as the dog confirmed his fears. His rear would bump against the tree behind him, signaling his inability to escape.

The rest of what the dog said did not seem to reach Spots ears, his breathing becoming laboured and pupils dilating. He'd start sprinting across the small clearing only to trip and roll, once again slamming into a tree.

    "P-P-Please, I-I am t..t-t..too young t-to die."

  • God, way to go, BlizzardClan. Already scaring the living daylights out of a tiny little kid! She spared her clanmates a death stare as she approached, however, not wanting them to get mad at her. The patterned feline hurried over, not wanting to scare the child by getting too close. She halted beside Mike, what she hoped was a soothing expression upon her delicate features. "Hey, it's alright, they were just joking," She said, her tone soft and easy, "Are you lost? This is BlizzardClan. I'm Alexus."

  • A lost kitten, and his clanmates were terrifying him half to death. Wonderful. No, Raj loved children, and really felt for this one. He had once been a lost child, too. The tiger approached slowly, hoping to come off as friendly and calm to the scared kitten. "Hey," he greeted gently, his tone sweet and smooth. "Yeah, like Alexus said, they were only joking. And besides, if they weren't, I'd beat them up before they could get to you." And it was a terrible joke, at that. He would be completely horrified if a clanmate ever tried to eat a child though, and there was no doubt in his mind that he'd come to their protection. "I'm Rajahcrowns, by the way. Is there anything I can get for you? Are you hungry?" He asked as he lowered himself down to the kit's eye level. Poor kid probably hadn't eaten anything for a while, which was concerning.

  • Even more creatures were coming over to Spots, were they all going to feast on his brains like the zombies on his humans television?!

It came as a surprise when the two new creatures were friendly and Spots would stare at them while they talked to him. Until he remembered the scary kitten eating dog and skittered behind the big striped cat.

"I..I j-just want to get home to m-my humans." Spots would whisper, this was not good as the only human settlements were days away. Meaning that Spots had been walking without food for days..

"I d-do not happen to be hungry.." This was proven wrong by a loud growling from his stomach, startling Spots and prompting him to run under RajahCrowns. "W-What would t-that be!"

  • Mike opened his maw with a frown, about to point out to the others that he had verbally said how he was not going to eat the kit, but when he ran under Rajahcrowns, he chuckled a bit. "You're hungry, dude. And I don't wanna be a jerk, but you might not find them. We can try to help you, though. I'm lost too." He said quietly, offering to help the other boy. He was going to be nice and offer help to him, like these people did for him. They let him in with open arms, and even offered to help find his friends.

  • One of the cats, Mike?, spoke again and Spots would cautiously peer out at him from under Rajahcrown. "W-We will find my humans!" He'd squeak angrily in response. "T-They're probably looking for me now! I am a purebred red point Birman show cat, I am worth quite a lot!" That sounded..normal.

Spots stomach would growl again and he'd cringe slightly before attempting to dart away from the group, most likely being stopped or grabbed by somebody before he could get away and hurt himself somehow. "Let go of me! I want to get back to the humans, I have my first show soon!"

  • ・゚ ✦ ° NOT YOUR BABY - Well, this wasn't what he had expected to see on his first adventure alone. He was hesitant as he moved closer, just in time to see the kitten run away from the group. Stopping in his tracks, he gave the others a questioning glance. Just what was going on? Moving forwards, he attempted to stop the kitten. "You should eat first."[ His voice was hesitant, and he was unsure of himself, but it seemed like the next best step.

  • Spots would hiss as he saw the large being approach and would swerve around him, ignoring what he said. "I am perfectly fine!" he would snarl as he swerved around a rock, on a direct course for a thick underbrush that would make it near impossible to catch Spots.

    "Leave me alone!"

*:・゚✦ London had just been returning from her biweekly trip to BloodClan when she heard some rather strange noises at the border and felt obligated to find out what was happening. Perhaps a high position was needed to settle a conflict or something? That didn't really sound like fun, and she didn't know if she could actually did middle ground in a dispute if that was what was happening. Or maybe she shouldn't let her thoughts run wild and instead focus. Making her way past some underbrush, the young clouded leopard saw a group of her clanmates, but that's not what made her blue eyes widen. It was the kitten, a rather young child running straight at her. "Whoa, slow down. You wouldn't want to get hurt." the British accented voice of the albino apprentice would chide, her features relaxing as she blocked the kid's path and attempted to stop him with what would most likely turn out to be a rather awkward hug.

  • ASK.FM ✦ ✧ ✦ —

Spots would let out a loud growl as somebody appeared in front of him, trying his hardest to move out of the way and failing bitterly. He would slam into the bigger feline, screeching and flailing as he attempted to escape her grasp.

"L-Let me g-go!" Spots would wail, aiming to slam his tiny paws against the large feline. "I..I need to find my h-humans." He was crying now, his hits growing lighter and lighter until had given up completely. "P-Please.."

Spots wanted to go home, to get groomed and lay in his comfy bed in front of the fire. "I-I am n-not worth anything i-if not as a s-showcat!" the opened door that had allowed Spots to escape had not been accidental. He had no home, no worth, no family.

*:・゚✦ London wasn't sure what had happened, but she didn't want to let this kid go. If he did run he would probably get lost and some scary loner would gobble him up before he found his family, BlizzardClan was a much safer place for Spots than the wild. It was quite alarming to be attacked for trying to keep someone safe, but London knew that this kid wasn't really thinking about things as she was, he was probably just scared and far away from home. She would be too if she ever left BlizzardClan for very long.Perhaps other clans could help her find her way back, but from Spot's words it didn't seem like he had that buffer. He was completely alone. "It's okay, we'll help you find your humans, just calm down a little bit." the paladin would say, hoping her gentle words would help this strange feline stop crying. "There's a lot of scary things out there if you run off by yourself, you'll be safer here with us until you're fit enough to go back home."

  • How Pierce hated it when children - or anyone, really - cried. He had recently learned that it was usually over little things; not getting something when they specifically wanted it, feeling in a bit of a mood, or perhaps just tired. This one, though - he was genuinely scared, genuinely upset, and no one really seemed to know what to do. Not that he did, either. Sure, he had two kids of his own, but he was a bit confused as to why Spots would ever want to live with, let alone return to, humans. Pierce himself had spent the first few months of his life with them, and when they left him and he came to Blizzardclan, he had learned how much better it really was without them. The abandonment had made him question his self-worth in his early childhood and he had been beyond afraid when he first came to Blizzardclan, but he now understood that humans were far from necessary in one's life.

The vice-leader approached soon after London, blinking once in mild surprise at the sight of the clouded leopard practically hugging the strange child to her chest, apparently trying to calm him down, which didn't seem to be working. He knew from experience that there was almost no way Spots was going to get reunited with his "owners" - how Pierce hated that word -, and he didn't like to give people a false sense of hope, but he also didn't want to entirely destroy the boy either. So, coming to stand close to his son and giving the smaller serval an affectionate lick on the ear in greeting, he moved a few steps closer to London and Spots, voice soft as usual as he attempted to soothe the child, "Yeah, you're gonna be fine, buddy, just relax, okay? We're gonna help get you home to... your humans." He paused for a moment before adding, hoping to comfort the boy with some sense of familiarity, "I'm Pierce."

  • Having missed everything but the introduction which Pierce gave, the badger cub tumbled onto the scene, scuff marks, and stains of dirt gracing their black and white striped head as they halted their tumbling to survey the situation. "Hi! Huff is name! Name is Huff!" The cub introduced themself, bouncing in enthusiasm. "Huff no see other kids, Huff happy! Huff like play, does you? Huff has scarf! Huff got scarf from cool Rajah, you'd like Rajah! You like Pierce, Pierce is nice!" The child rattled on as they began to chew on the end of their black and yellow scarf absently. They were a very enthusiastic child, which might be intimidating, but they never thought they'd frighten the fellow friend of there's, despite the fact Huff had no idea what the name of this animal was.
