    Val was no stranger to exploring. Despite the dangers he was realizing existed, the cub couldn't deny his love of simply taking a walk, digging up bugs, exploring fallen trees, or jumping in puddles of water and piles of leaves. Usually, though, he was alone - or in the company of his stuffed bird, which is what made this particularly exciting. Shining had told him to take a few friends to explore the red grove. Although Valemon knew the territory pretty well, he'd still asked someone where exactly the red grove was because he didn't yet know the areas by name. The red-tinged forest they identified was pretty, if not a bit scary. Still, he'd have classmates to make the journey with him. But, who would he take?


    In his mind, each of his clanmates were his friend. After much thought, the child came up with the idea that he should just ask everyone. Whoever wanted to come, could. Standing at the center of RiverClan's village, the cub would raise his voice to hopefully be heard by those that were passing. "Go 'splore red 'rove... with me!"  


    ★ ★ ★ Go exploring? Sure, why not. She could humor the youngster. Bounding forward, her hunt for a meal long forgotten, she would stop short of the child and take a seat. Ears perked and eyes bright. "I can go."


    "Speech."

    Shining thought that the Red Grove was pretty interesting. It held a wide variety of plants and herbs, and the way everything was tinged red definitely stood out. Like a fantasy realm. Only there were no fairies hiding- as far as he knew, at least. Maybe they just hadn't discovered them yet. That's what exploring was all about. "Count me in," the feline said, joining in on Valemon's expedition.

    TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Khabeleth padded over to join them, the dragon had nothing they currently needed to do and exploring sounded nice, Kha nodded to the three in greeting - somewhat relieved Valemon no longer seemed to hold as much resentment to him as before, possibly whatever had sparked it had been eased perhaps.


    "I'll come too" the dragon spoke, with a slight smile to the three.
