  • Lillie was quiet the whole time that Gladion explained what had happened, no doubt paying close attention. After a long pause, she finally decided to speak up about Gladion's mysterious visitor, "You're certain that she was a Team Skull member? Did she have blue hair?"

  • "Yeah uh-" *knock knock knock* "hold on"

Gladion sat up to open the door, finding the former leaders on the other side. "That was definetly Hibi just now" Plumeria quickly said, loud enough for Lillie to hear over the phone

  • "She swung at me like imma fuckin' baseball!" Guzma complained

Gladion huffed, knowing he'd have to recap the story for the third time that night. What a pain.

So the three sat around a table in Gladion's apartment, Lillie on speakerphone, as they all exchanged their stories

  • At least now Gladion knew who Hibi was after the two former leaders told him about her.

As Guzma had mentioned earlier to Lillie, Hibi was a strong trainer and got stuff done; making her a good asset towards the gang... But she had problems.

She never listened to Plumeria and her tactics were violent, feeling that Team Skull's way of doing things were too passive. But she would take it way too far at times, causing unnecessary harm to others, usually with a weird sense of fascination.

She was also very... Detached. She always kept a reserved air about her and never showed any real emotion, something which freaked out the other grunts... No matter what situation she was in, she was always indifferent, never seeming to be affected by anything.

Hell, there was a time where she beat up a grunt so bad that he was out for two days. But even when being chewed out by Plumeria for her actions, she showed nothing... No anger, no remorse, no sadness... She just stared.

  • "And now she might be running the gang. Quite the promotion for a trouble grunt" Gladion commented. They knew for sure Hibi was involved in this new gang, but the part being the boss was mere speculation.

  • "Well, I've looking through recent crimes for any signs of Team Skull involvement, but no luck so far" Lillie told him with a sigh, "Maybe that berry fiasco could of been the beginning, I'm not sure yet."

  • Gladion leaned back to think. "Well, we know about the whereabouts of a gang. So far they've harassed a farmer, sent me a vague threat that could possibly involve Hau, and smacked Guzma like a piñata" Gladion thought aloud. "We should probably tell the police" a 4th recap.

"The police is Nanu" Guzma pointed out

  • "He... Has a point" Lillie told him before going quiet, however soon adding, "Besides... You said that it was a vague threat and she never outright said what she would do, the police cannot act on that."

  • "Of course not, why else would I be trying to compile everything that I can in order to incriminate them?" Lillie responded, starting to get a little uncharacteristically sassy, "I don't want Team Skull back on the streets either."

"Whoa, look out. We got a badass bitch here" Guzma jokingly threw his hands up; earning a shoulder to his side. "Ow! She batted me there, ya know!?"

"Guzma, this is not the time to be a memelord" Plumeria deadpanned

  • Lillie went quiet for a few moments before she continued to talk, most likely choosing to ignore Guzma's comment... Good choice there, Lillie. "'I'll continue to look into any crimes... Anything that can be linked to them, I send you. All of you stay safe, okay?"

  • Everyone agreed to that before Gladion hung up the phone.

"Looks like I'll be staying with you tonight~" Plumeria nuzzled up to Guzma. Before that could continue however, Gladion butted in.

"Aw no you don't! I know what happens when she stays over! I'm not losing anymore sleep over you two!" Gladion criticized.

"Yyyyeeeeaaah, how about you not be a cock block and just go hang out with your boyfriend. I'll even hand you one of these if you need it" Guzma suggested, holding up a condom.

    Gladion kicked them out.

"Dude, don't you think that was a little excessive?"

"Maybe, but did you see that look on his face? Hah! Priceless!"

    "You've got a point there"

Once Gladion had recovered from that moment, he dialed up Hau. "So, you were saying something about board games?"

  • Hau was over at Gladion's place within the hour, having brought the promised board games for his apartment.

There was Hive, Checkers, Clue, a simple pack of cards, Twister, along with some others (your choice). He really wasn't sure what kind of games Gladion liked, so he picked up a variety and hoped that he would like some of them.

Since it was just the two of them, Hau suggested that they try Hive first. The goal was simple, protect your Vespiquen while also trying to surround your opponent's. The twist was that there various Bug-types depicted on the game pieces and each have different ways that they could move.

Vespiquen: Can only move one space at a time.

Pinsir: Can only move one space at a time, but can also climb over other pieces

Aridos: Can move three spaces around the circumference of the layout; no more, no less.

Scyther: Can move over one or more pieces.

Durant: Can only move around the edge of the layout; but move as much as the player wishes.

They definitely spent a fair amount of time figuring out how to play the game, Hau more so than Gladion.

  • "One must wonder if they designed this game with Guzma in mind" Gladion commented. So many bugs!

Gladion was tempted to play this like it's a game of chess, only for that to work against him. It took a few turns for him to wrap his head around the concept (prolly cuz I never heard of this game!)

  • "Maybe we should of done Checkers" Hau commented as he waited for Gladion to make his move in the game, having started to figure it out but not quite; it was hard to think of a strategy.
