    Lillian blanched when she heard the word 'babe. Thousands of memories of her and Nathan flashed through her mind. The pain, the nights spent crying in his arms, him sitting at her bed side while she was covered in sweat. He was her savoir and she just kissed another man. Her husband.


    The thoughts of their young romance through high School. The prom, homecoming, their honey moon, the child that never was. She cheated on her husband. She was consumed with so much guilt, confusion and every other emotion she couldn't stand it. "What have I done" She said more to herself then Nathan. She began to cry all over again dropping the phone . She was glad she chose a stall cause she started to vomit.

    Nathan waited patiently for the woman to respond. He noticed there was hesitation, or perhaps bad reception? He had hoped the interview would go alright, but he knew in the back of his mind that might not be the case.


    He opened his mouth to repeat the question, but he suddenly heard her voice. He almost missed it became it came out so quiet. "Are you okay? Do you need me? Where are you?" He was suddenly getting very concerned for his girlfriend. He stood up and started walking towards the bedroom to put on a pair of pants.
