  • here we go!!

    my character:

Name: Dr. Lindolfo Martinez, or Lin.

    Gender: Male

    Sexuality: Bisexual

Appearance: Lin stands at about 6 feet, with broad shoulders, and a stocky but athletic build. His jaw is square but his face isn't wide. He has a straight nose that points down at the end, and sharp cheekbones. His eyebrows are low over his eyes and thick, and his eyes themselves are dark brown and hooded, and behind black framed glasses. He's of Mexican descent, but with no trace of an accent, just the warm clay skin tone and straight black hair. His hair is generally slicked back professionally, and he's easily identified by the streak of white, dyed, coloring the top part, although the close cut sides are still the original black, making him look like the bride of Frankenstein. He walked with a sauntering confidence, rarely tripping (he's done some dancing), and generally composed. Unless the dog dies in the movie.

Personality: You'll figure out most in RP, but in short: Lin acts quite confident, flirting often, making jokes. He loves talking to people, and is quite good at it, acting almost like your best friend within minutes. However, under the surface, he has quite low self-esteem, and isn't exactly a happy, normal person. He blames himself for things often, and hasn't had a great life.

Other: haha his history is complicated but.. you will learn it in rp......also pic is old but its the best ref of him i have

  • Name- Harry 'Bear' Thomas

    Age-23

    Appearence-

    feralfront.com/wcf/attachment/6190/

He stands at 5'7" and has dark brown hair. His eyes are affected by genetic mutations so one is gold while the other is an electric blue. His skin is somewhat tan, he is of German decent but has no accent, just the brute strength of a wild animal, like a bear. He has bags under his eyes from the restless hours of sleep he gets, he had scars on his arms from dealing with Keter class anomalies and from Euclid as well.

Personality-Bear often is a quiet guy who can be ver cuddly within moments. He is a sweet man who is a gentle giant of sorts but also very sad at times of pure stress. He isn't a very well dealer in severe anxiety and stress which makes him run on instinct. He doesn't usually show emotion that often

    History will be explained :3

    Who starts?

  • Bear didn't want to be in the cell. It was freezing and he had no way to see out of it. They had used him as a subject with the other SCPs and the other criminals. He was a class D personnel. Right now he was in a room with one large window that went floor to ceiling and he saw Lin on the other side. Bear had tears in his eyes as he hugged himself, the Euclid class anomaly was brought in and the human moved to the very other side of the cell.

  • Lin chewed his lower lip to the point where it felt like it was going to bleed. He hated this part. He was pretty sure Dr. Glass was beginning to see through the ruse of indifference he put up during every psych evaluation. The alcohol helped, but he was quite tolerant to it at this point. He clenched his hands into fists on the nearest solid thing to stop the shaking, and forced himself to look at this as not a human and a dangerous creature, but two research subjects, and a potentially interesting outcome. It helped. It didn't help that he knew this person. Just don't look him in the eyes, he told himself sternly, don't let it get to you. "Let it touch you," he instructed Bear sternly, eyes flicking between the two.

  • Bear looked at the window and could barely stand as he scooted out, unable to keep his legs in working order so he was just sitting on the floor, his arms crossed as he tried to calm his shaking body. The Euclid was known for killing those who were impure if it touched them. It wasn't even in the system with how strange it was. He held out a shaking arm for the thing while the other was across his stomach, he was scared out of his mind

  • Lin swallowed, and looked down, away, at anything else. This was too much, he decided, feeling sick. This was the straw that broke the camel's back. What happened to people that quit? Were they terminated? He had been thinking about this a lot lately, escaping, but never went through with it. He was too afraid. He jumped at the feeling of a hand on his back. "Look," said a low voice behind him, one of the higher level researchers. "You have to observe." He quickly looked back up, staring, trying to tune out his brain. He just had to get through this. Just had to watch this, after watching all the other ones get brutally torn apart. Just another D-class. He couldn't get attached.

  • Bear heard the cracking of one of its many legs moving and he curled up more to confort himself. As the men watched outside the window the twisted and unholy limb brushed Bear's arm and it shuddered, the machinery on its back clicking for a moment as the eldrich fingers curled around Bear's arm gently. It had never done this before ever, all the other D-Class were slaughtered on sight by this thing

  • Lin felt a surprising amount of relief when he realized that it wasn't attacking Bear, his shoulders, once tense, sagging. Then, curiosity took over. What the hell made this kid special? He tried to remember his file, but couldn't quite recall. He would have to check. He heard the scrape of pencil against paper and lifted up his own pad in order to write something down. There was plenty of muttering. Lin frowned seriously, and spoke, unable to quite read Bear's face. "D-5719, please describe any abnormal feeling you may be having at this moment." There had to be something.

  • "I don't know....its weird....it doesn't hurt......" He said quietly with a confused look, more of the odd fingered limbs reached out, two wipped away the tears on his face and the others just rested on his body and legs, it was oddly calm all of the sudden and a slight purring sound could be heard from the massive 8 foot being. The flat face nuzzled into the man's hair while the gears in the slit of its back turned slowly, the room went from freezing to warm and Bear was starting to fall asleep.

  • Lin looked into the room, glanced back at the others, then looked back up. Quietly, to the other researchers, he said, "He's calming down." The D-class was clearly relaxing, the fear from moments ago dissipating into slow blinking and yawning. And SCP-███ was... purring. Almost acting affectionately. This was unprecedented. Someone at a computer behind them stated, "His heart is slowing down. He may be calming down, or it may be that ███ is doing something else. Check oxygen levels." Lin noted, as well, that the temperature of the room had gone up. Strange. Very strange. "How are you doing in there?" he asked.

  • Bear had already fallen asleep, the being gently moved to where its body was curled up around him, it had a long whip-like bony tail that gently wrapped around the sleeping body as the dark mask that was part of its anatomy looked a bit different. The hands still on the human, the being slipped into an almost catatonic state, but it would lash out at anything else that entered the room. It could see what the man had been through, so much death and blood. Nothing like anyone else it had touched before.

  • Lin stepped back from the glass to allow others to observe. This wasn't expected at all. He was almost glad, actually, and all the others seemed excited, curious about the why. He listened to them talking from the back, looking over their heads at the two strangely curled up against each other, unnaturally so. He heard, suddenly, someone suggest they put another D-class in there, to see how it would react. There was a general agreement with it. A few minutes after Bear had fallen asleep, they carefully opened the airlock, like a submarine's in order to protect researchers, and let D-3124 in the chamber as well.

  • The head of the being sat up, a limb reached out slowly with a slight cracking noise. It brushed the other's face slightly and the arm retracted, a large slit that went from one side of the mask to the other opened up wide and a harpoon like spear impaled the man like a detachable spur. It curled back up around Bear with a louder purr as the gears spun slowly. The slit closed and the mask was featureless again as it went back into a catatonic state

  • Lin looked at the carnage, suddenly feeling sick again. "Okay, that didn't work," he muttered, glancing back towards the others with a frown. He didn't quite know what to do next. He watched as the others looked thoughtful, and Lin glanced at a couple of the monitors, checking the levels of his vitals. Still alive, still stable. He looked up. Someone suggested that maybe there could be some sort of SCP death match, with this one and some other deadly SCP, if it was so willing to defend this D-class. Lin glanced back at it, and then looked around the room quickly. "I'm going to look at his file." He found the folder underneath an empty mug of coffee, and picked it up, opening it and reading through.

  • In the file was the scenes Bear had caused. Mass genocide of entire cities when he was only 4 with a large group of kids like him. He had to kill his own family when they became infected, he had to kill the other children he fought with. Throughout his life, Bear, or Harry, had never seen a home. All he knew was death and killing, taught from the age of 3. He was very smart indeed, which is why he was chosen. His Bullet Brothers had been dispersed like he was when the director if the 'program' was killed. The man laying in the room was a violent murderer who would now refuse to hurt another being. He had been lucky enough to get over what he had done, the others were not as much.

  • Lin chewed his lower lip as he went over the file. He tasted blood, and decided to quit the habit for a bit. He showed it to his fellow researchers, and looked towards the room again. "Maybe it's affectionate towards more violent people?" he suggested, a hesitant theory. It was strange, the kid hadn't seemed as violent and blood-loving as his file suggested, but Lin had met quite a few D-class like that already, and didn't doubt it. He looked up, and heard another researcher say, "We need to get him out of there. Perform tests." He nodded carefully, unsure how that would be accomplished, exactly. He approached the microphone to speak into the room. "Um, D-5719?" he called, as another person released some sort of gas into the room, one that would wake up the subject. "We need you to step out of the room into the airlock."

  • Bear coughed a few times and work up as the gas worked, the being gently picked him up and set him outside the room when it was able to and went back inside, staying silent now as the human left the room, Bear wasn't too happy to do that either, he sat up with a frown and a soft sigh while he looked at the researchers

  • Just in case, the researchers put on gloves and face masks, and closed the door between the SCP and the D-class before opening the one between the D-class and themselves. Lin followed their lead, unsure if, in a real emergency, this would actually help. Two people with guns stood on either side of Bear, and one motioned for him to get up. Lin explained. "We need to take you to a room where we can perform some tests. Make sure that hasn't changed you or that there wasn't anything previously unnoticed that caused it to not be hostile towards you." He wondered to himself if there was perhaps another SCP that he had faced on his file, something that created an immunity to this one. He would have to check that.

  • Bear stood with a soft groan and yawn, the SCP in the containment seemed anxious almost without the D-Class with it. He nodded and followed the silently, when he left the room the SCP was gently knocking and pawing at the door, he hadn't come into contact with any other SCP's before this one. It had been nicknamed 79 by others for some odd reason that Bear couldn't figure out.
