So badically this game is like those create a clan games where you slowly buuld up a clan through roleplay and choice-making.
However, i had in mind a new idea.
Play with others
You play your cats [a tom and shecat] and slowly, you will travel through life from Kithood to Adulthood anf go on to have kits of your own with fellow members of FF!
Relationships
Each cat's relarionships will be kept track of and classified.
Cats that just met will be considered Acquaintances until they have socialized 5 times with a good ending.
Cats are friends after they have interacted 5 times, or enemies if those interactions ended badly.
Cats can become good friends if they interact 10 more times and receive good results. And bestfriends after another 15.
At 30 interactions, and after your cat has bought the Rose petals from GentleSong, they can attempt to woo or become mates with a cat of the opposite gender. If they succeed [as in the other cat's roleplayer agrees] they are mates. A coin will be flippes to determine of later on they canoodle and the shecat gets pregnant as a result. [No roleplaying it of course]
in-game shop
Throughout the roleplay your cat may be announced to have found a Maple Leaf. Maple leaves are currency and can be traded in for items at GentleSong's Shop [she is also the medcat!]
Wolfsbane [10 maple leaves] - Queens are recommended to buy it as it will help ward wolves away from the nursery.
Rose petals [25 maple leaves]- Rose petals can be offered to a cat of the opposite gender and they may become your mate as a result.
Assorted herbs [15 maple leaves] x5 -
Cat going off to battle? Stop by for some herbs to prevent your cats death. Herbs restore 10% of their health and are used automatically.
Kits!
"Your mate has delivered 3 healthy kits. A tom, a shecat, and another tom. Would you like to name one?"
When your mate has kits, 2 are kept. One for you to play, the other for them to play. [This kit should be the opposite gender as the one from their other litter] the other will placed up for adoption so other people may join in as after we get 20 cats, signups will be limited to one cat and the other must be adopted.
Kits travel through life and may be rambunctious or very angelic. But none are perfect! Ypur angel may just be getting their sibling in trouble!
mentoring skill
Each warrior is expected to mentor and 5 apprentices. These apprentices will contribute to the mentoring skill.
Mentors must teach their aoorentices the first level of hunting anf the forst level of fighting. Once learned, the apprentices will be accessed and rankd up.
Gaining a level takes 3 successful hunts of practice fights. These are decided by coin flips.
Death/old age
Death is a random event your cat may be apart if after they turn 69 moons. At 60, a cat is five years. At 69, they are 5.9 years. Cats rarely live to 7 years in the wild and most pets tend to live to 12 or higher. So i think 5.9 is a perfect age.
Deaths are as follow:
Hit by a monster
Attacked by an enemy and killed
Killed by fox/badger/wolf/bear
Drowned in river
Old age
Illness
As your cat ages paat 48, more things are likely to go wrong. Their skills will slowly dull, they may wake up wiyh aches and pains, their health will also lose 5 points for being out in rain, snow or other very cold or hot weather.
Become the deputy or leader
If your cat gains 20 friends, masters all skills [hunting, fighting and mentoring] they have a chance to become deputy!
If the leader dies or steps down and your cat is deputy, they will receive their nine lives and leader name overnight.
turn-based
Each cat has a max of 8 actions per day. 2 must be eating as a cat must eat twice a day to stay healthy.
You decide how these actions are spent.
Play with Fate
Fate will decide whether your cat becomes a evil rouge, or the brave deputy, or if they will have skill or be completely useless! Play with fate!
