    PERSONALITY palepaw has some daddy issues. well, there are a lot of issues. although he would not be caught dead defying his father openly or talking back to him, palepaw seems to just...freeze over. he closes off completely, and it very cold to anyone he meets. he only ever opens up to his siblings, and even then it takes a lot to convince him to be genuine. overall, he is very sarcastic and distant. as he grows, he learns how to use charm, flirtation, and careful manipulation to distract others from his long-buried sadness. to an extent, he can even be a bit cruel. not on purpose, but his general lack of feeling or deep thought before he says things oftentimes leads to people being hurt or offended. at his core, he is a kind, loving creature. but palepaw never truly learns how to cope with the abuse and it shows.

    AESTHETIC [ reference ]

    palepaw does not resemble his father or his "mother." in fact, beyond the length of his pelt, he looks nothing like bearclaw at all. his fur is primarily a soft, creamy hue. at his points, what appears to be blue tabby markings fades into the sea of delicate off-white. a blue-tabby point. beautiful, pale, and for which he is named. as he ages, the blue hue of his kittenhood only seems to crystallize, becoming a striking glacial blue. he is a little more slender than most maine coons, but otherwise the height and the thick fur persists within his genetics despite his odd coloring.
