These machines were foreign creatures to Spellpaw. The slightly disconcerted apprentice said nothing as he fiddled with the computer that was now present in the library and positioned the microphone. A sudden flash of words onscreen made Spell's expression light up. Finally. The tom had been assigned to run a karaoke session as his weekly task, but he had never dreamed that it would turn out so difficult. Regardless, it was over now-- he just needed to call people over. Lowering the microphone, Spell began in a loud voice "Anybody interested in so-- ahh!" A low, ear piercing whine startled him halfway through speaking. That's right, it needs to be tuned. With a sigh, he set off to do battle with the speaker system once more. After a long time and a lot of frustrated growls, Spell returned back to the microphone looking calmly victorious, a hint of might have been exasperation mixed into his expression. Spellpaw began again, perhaps a little less smoothly, "So how does everybody feel about karaoke?"
