Four long years. Oh how she had missed him. She missed everything about him. His smile. His kisses. His big bear hugs. The way he looked at her. His voice. Everything. She missed everything about (Y/C). She knew why he went away, but had felt a pang of heartbreak when he did leave. Who wouldn't? He was leaving to go into (branch of military), for the next four years. Not like somewhere safe either. He was being sent off to the middle east somewhere, and for all she knew it was to some country that the US was not supposed to be at war with.
Now he was back. Four long years and he was back. His kisses never felt so good as his lips crashed against hers yet again as his fingers were setting fire against her skin. Her mind was buzzing with the fact that he was home. No more skyping. No more letters. No more care packages. He was home. He was hers. And in that moment it was just the two of them. No one else in the world. His movements were slow, and so were hers. Everything felt like a dream to her, but then again living without him for the last four years was both terrifying, lonely, and worrisome. She was afraid of him coming back in a box instead of breathing and kissing her like he was now. She was constantly worried about him. However, as he kissed her ever so gently she felt safe once more. He had told her next week he was coming home. Not today. So imagine her happiness of one less week she had to wait to see the love of her life.
Memories of the last four years flashed through her head. She was alone most nights with the few exceptions of his siblings or their mutual friends over or dragging her off to a bar or dinners to get her out. Her brother had crashed on more than occasion at their small one bedroom apartment due to her fears of the one so called 'friends' who had become obsessive with her. A knock on the front door to the apartment snapped her back into reality, she sharply pulled away from him, shaking her head.
"Not now... not now...." her eyes held fear as she peered past him at the front door. Her heart started to beat rapidly. Faster, faster, and faster until she was sure (y/c) could hear just how terrified she was from just her heart beat as it pounded in her ears. Shaking her head as (y/c) asked if she was expecting anyone, "No... he won't... he won't leave me alone...." Tears pricked her eyes as she watched him turn towards the door. She moved sharply, cutting in front of him, "Please, (Y/C), don't. Just ignore it.... he'll go away.... he almost always does."
Her eyes went back to the door and then back to him. She shifted uneasily and jumped, flinching even, when a voice ran out from the other side of the door. She instinctively moved closer to (y/c) as the angry voice banged on the other side of the door, demanding she opened the door for him. Her eyes closed as her body flinched with each bang of the door. "Go away, Charlie!" She yelled, as the man on the other side continued banging on the door. "Kona, side." She mumbled and her and (y/c)'s german shepherd fell in beside her, hackles raised at the banging on the door.
To say she was grateful that (y/c) talked her into getting Kona before he left was understatement. More than once Kona had rescued her from the man on the other side of the door. More than once she and Kona hid in the bathroom as the man pounded away on the door until authorities showed up to remove him. The large german shepherd's hackles were raised now and a growl emitted from the large dog.
"Come on, Eddie, open up!" The man called and Edna "Eddie" looked to (y/c) as she looked back when the voice continued, "I know you want me in there." The knob on the door rattled as he tried to get in.
"Charlie go away!" She said as she moved towards the door. When he still refused to leave, she cracked it open keeping Kona sitting only a few feet away waiting for her word to defend and sharply said, "Please, Charlie, go away."
The man made no move, not seeing (y/c) in the living room behind Edna. "Eddie," the man's voice was now soft and low as he tried to be seductive. "Come on."
She moved to close the door but Charlie stopped her, forcing the door open and stepping inside the apartment, still taking no notice of (y/c). Kona growled now, ears flat but remained sitting where Eddie had told her stay. "Come on, Eddie." He was taller than her, and stronger with his broad framing it was clear he could easily overpower her, his hand moved to her waist as he was cornering her against the wall.
"(Y/C)?" Her voice cracked with fear as she tried to push Charlie off of her as he continued his antics. Her fingers were reaching for the baseball bat near the door before Charlie's hands pinned her's above her head. One large hand held her wrists as the other drifted back to her hips. "(Y/C)!" She cried out, unsure why (y/c) wasn't moving to help her, and the shepherd growled, letting off a small whine of irritation that she was not allowed to help her human. Then Charlie was off her, more like ripped away from her. Eddie flinched away when she heard a crunch, as to what she wasn't sure. But she sunk down onto the floor, leaning against the wall. She half watched the brawl half didn't as (y/c) shoved Charlie out of the apartment, and closed the door. Eddie heard Kona's whines, and half saw the dog lay down, wanting to come towards her, but refusing to move without being released.
Rules:
1. Please write at least 4 paragraphs.
2. This does contain some controversial/difficult topics such as: ptsd, depression, rape, stalking, and anxiety. This is your warning. Rape will not be played. But it will be mentioned as it would have already happened.
3. My character is your charrie's fiance or wife (just let me know). Yours was in a branch of the military for the last four years so he will have PTSD, or at the VERY LEAST anxiety and depression
4. Charlie can be played by either of us, but he is an antagonist. He stalks m/c for the last four years. Y/C comes back and now Charlie is stalking both in an attempt to either a)kidnap m/c or b) attempt to kill y/c. Or both if you want.
5. I love plot twists so feel free to throw them in :)
6. To join just post a simple picture of y/c, name, age, and branch of military. Then just reply to the above.
7. Try not to kiss and diss and try to post at least once a day but I understand life so at the very least 3 times a week.
8. Kona can be played by either of us. I was thinking the dog could end up being their 'ground' when they are both at their lowest and as it may take time for them to confide completely in each other again they have someone (something) to talk to.
