The sun hung low in the sky above the territory. It was a typical summer morning, and while it was rather cool, there was also a gentle breeze blowing through that made the hanging banners and decorations in the solar city dance. The renaissance festival seemed to be of the past, and Sunclan was becoming peaceful and calm once more. That wasn't to say that it was more boring- just that there was a lot less noise than there was before. It was what someone like Aegis liked, and the streets weren't quite as crowded as they would be at noon. The merchants hadn't put up their stands yet, so she would have at least a little bit of alone time before people started to pass by. She quite liked the city- it was her favorite part of Sunclan's large territory, with its streets brimming with life and emotion. Often, she'd lurk around the city in the evening, enjoying herself by talking to many of the NPCs. She knew that some of her clanmates didn't appreciate the common people as much as she did, but they were living beings, too. Their plainness almost reminded Aegis of herself, only she was lucky enough to be a princess.

The young, pale-furred feline stepped out into the city square from a back alley, her dark golden eyes searching around the area for anyone else. There were some others here, none that she knew on a first-name basis, but they ignored her and went about their own business. Aegis took a seat in a shaded area and opened up a book she brought with her. It was a book about healing, and while she didn't usually have any trouble with memorizing herbs and medicines, she found it easier to concentrate in a place like this. She hoped that nobody would come along and disturb her- she was in the zone, as some other people she knew would say.

    LEVI ARCANIUM

  • since levi hardly received much sleep, he tended to be already up when the sun was crawling out of the horizon line. usually, he would leave his room to go get a warm cup of tea, preferably black and would enjoy the delicious dark liquid while reading a book of whatever he could find, mostly about the world and it's lands. he was rather amazed on how much there was out there and the desire to explore tended to bloom inside his chest, wondering how far he could go in this planet. he had only ever lived in a landfill, trash piles larger than him towering above. and now he lived here. a place of basically a kingdom. how could a lowly thug child suddenly be placed on the position of a prince? not that it changed him, he still remained the same and he never mentioned his connection to the commander to anyone because frankly, he didn't give a flying fuck about it. if people saw him that way, that was their business. all he desired was to just keep living another day.

after his tea, the young warden would head towards the training grounds to work by himself yet when the short male had reached his usually secluded spot, he had noticed a random member waiting there to spar with anyone that came. sadly for them, it had been the "grumpy" prince. the fighting session didn't last very long and now levi was heading towards the medicine guild, a limping exhausted serval leaning against his heavy figure. the idiot had managed to stumble and twist his paw as well as fall on his head and now the warden had to take the larger wildcat to a medic. as the two went into the solar city, the obsidian black arcanium mumbled "were almost there. think you can manage?" the other sunclanner simply nodded and answered softly that they could walk on their own and so deciding that the serval would be okay, the muscular japanese bobtail stood nearby where aegis was reading yet his deadpanned apathetic metallic silver glare was locked on the injured clanmate, his figure tense as he was ready to dash in after them if he saw them crumble to the floor. glancing up at the sky briefly, a small annoyed "tsk" escaped his jaws as he could feel the heat beginning to rise for it would soon be time for him to check out the border for anything.
