Aurora was nervous and she wanted to leave right away. The young kit pacing around her mother to stare at Mudstep, her tail lashing out behind her as the Siamese and she growled softly, her eyes narrowing. "Watch it, don't go near her!!!!" the kit puffe dout her chest in order to try and make herself look bigger, hoping to scare the medicine cat away from her nervous, fearful mother.

Sootpaw blinked and walked over dipping his head to her. He noticed she looked a little fat.'Oh great I get an out of shape mentor.'he thought to himself. The tom flicked his ears and glanced at his siblings.
(Alaska did you see where earlier I posted about how he will act? He's going to be mean to Asterfrost thinking she doesn't want to train him since he doesn't know she's pregnant. Also once she moves to the nursery he's gonna be even madder lol he's my little cloud of anger)

Krystalbreze shook her head then a stern glance to her daughter and she melted. "Fine, but as long as no one notices or recognizes me." the ex warrior said softly as she pushed herself to her paws, stumbling to one side slightly then regaining her balance. "Aurora....dear, follow Mudstep but stick close please." the order was gentle.
Aurora watched her mother and recognized the name given by the medicine cat "Mother, go...we can leave as soon as we are looked at." the kit said softly, hoping to reassure her mother. Aurora grinned as he rmother said yes and nodded to show she understood, sticking close to the body of her mother as they waited for Mudstep to lead the way.

Asterfrost flicked her ear, she tensed a little at Sootpaw's gaze. Was he not happy to be her apprentice she thought. Did he know! She wrapped her tail closer to her body becoming very insecure.

Krystalbreeze nodded her head gently and breathed out and padded inside to follow Mudstep, stumbling a bit on her bad shoulder but gave a grateful smile as her daughter held her up. Krystalbreeze settled herself in the shadows, waiting to be told to come forward. Her ears flicking back and forth nervously. She was scared, no doubt about it but for n ow she would deal with it.
Emerald padded alongside her mother and watched the den entrance come close. The kit lifted her head to sniff the air, smelling the herbs and turned to her mother, giving a shy smile as she nudged her to go forward. Seeing her mother stumble the five-moon old kit helped stay beside her mother, not able to help much but stop her mother from falling. Emerald then waited beside her mother, ignoring her wound as it throbbed.

Linnetstripe sighed as he was on the last kit. "Applekit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed." He meowed glancing down at the small kit. "From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Applepaw." He meowed. He glanced around camp until his eyes met with a possible mentor. "Your mentor will be Pineshade. I hope Pineshade will pass down all that he knows on to you." He meowed taking a small breath. He turned back to Asterfrost and smiled. "Pineshade, you were an excellent mentor to Redfeather and I trust you do the same with Applepaw. You are a calm and thoughtful warrior. I expect you to pass on all you know to him." He meowed looking down at Pineshade with a smile. He was glad that it was finally over, his tail waved with relief.
Applepaw ran up to Pineshade happily touching his nose. The little apprentice lifted his ears and gave a big smile to the warrior. I can't believe it! I'm an apprentice!

Emerald touched her mother's shoulder with a comforting touch and nuzzled the long furred calico. "Go on, you trust her right? Go see your friend....you can't hide everything." Emerald murmured softly, nudging her mother with her uninjured shoulder, promoting the young she-cat to pad forward into the light. The 5 moon kit following the she-cat quietly. Turquoise eyes softening.
Krystalbreeze was watching the medicine cat warily before she stepped forward into the light, tail tip twitching as she made her way towards Brightstar's form. Her eyes softening and clearly becoming filled with worry. The calico glanced at her daughter "Thank you dear...why not go see if you can find some horsetail and marigold. I'm sure Mudstep or the tom there would show you where to find some." Krystalbreeze murmured, her blue eyes on Brightstar as she stopped beside Mudstep and glanced at the medicine cat, flicking her ear with her tail gently "Thank you Mudstep, if you could treat Brightstar and have an apprentice help my daughter that would be great." the ex warrior murmured.

"I can take care of your daughter Krystalbreeze."Coaltail said calmly. The tom had been watching silently since he wouldn't be able to work on Brightstar. The tom blinked his amber gaze then looked to the young cat."Can you tell me what all is wrong little one?"he asked softly. He could clearly see some wounds and wanted to know if anything else was going on.

Sootpaw lashed his tail lightly. Then he smiled faintly glad all his siblings had been named. He glanced at his mentor again seeing her flinching down almost. He twitched his ears then looked at the others mentors.

Krystalbreeze eyed Bearfall and Shroudpaw uneasily slightly before turning her eyes to Mudstep as she settled herself next to Brightstar. Her eyes on the sick leader. "Thank you Mudstep, it means a lot to Emerald and I." the young female murmured softly. Her gaze on Brightstar only as she studied the labored breathing. Her gaze snapped up as Coaltail spoke and she stiffened from her position, turning her gaze to Mudstep in worry as she cautiously eyed the male then nodded to her daughter. "Go with him, be careful."
Emerald was quiet as she waited and she blinked as Mudstep asked an apprentice to help her before a new voice cut in. She watched her mother's reaction and nodded slightly to show she understood as she limped forward and gazed at Coaltail uneasily before flicking her tail "I need marigold, horsetail, and cobwebs... I have one wound on my shoulder...that's it. My mother has one too but she's worried over somethign else than herself at the moment, aka me and her friend." Emerald spoke clamly though she was wary of the male before her.

Ooc:Lol Coaltail was one of Mudsteps mentors so he would know Krystalbreeze. I like how Krystalbreeze is wary of him though xD

Coaltail nodded."Alright please sit down over here."he said. His tail flicked to one of the open nests. He wanted to examine the wound for any signs of infection. Then he would clean it up and dress it with the neccisary materials.

Emerald settled herself in the nest and stared blankly straight ahead, her eyes sliding to one side as she watched her mother. The kit was worried but she would allow this male to help her dress her wound, it was sort of hard to reach on her own and she just wanted it to feel better. The kit wrapped h er tail around her paws, the siamese not even making a sound or giving a wince as poultice was added.

Brookflare smiled softly at Bleakfall as she sat down next to the tom. Something about him although she hardly really knew him, was calming to her and she liked his presence. As soon as the ceremony was done, she looked at Linnetstripe and was surprised the deputy handled taking over the ceremonies so well. She cheered the names of the new apprentice's and then turned back to Bleakfall. "Well I'm not looking forward to guarding the camp tonight. It feels like it might be a chilly one." The slender brown she-cat meowed to lighten up the mood with a different topic.

Rosepaw cheered for her brother's happily and then turned to Squirrelpaw to meow
"I feel bad for poor Applepaw. I've heard Pineshade can be a bit mean sometimes."Rosepaw had looked at Pineshade then turned away. She was happy that she got Minimarsh, she knew that the she-cat would be an excellent mentor. Rosepaw had heard about Nettletuft whom was Minimarsh's former apprentice and she was proud to have her as her mentor.
