So the plot is that the 24th Doctor gets stranded in London, England in the year 2020. His TARDIS has run out of power and there is no way to revive her. So he's stuck. He's sitting outside of the TARDIS one day and a young 24 year old girl walks up to him. This is where we'll start.

It was just another ordinary day for Isabella, until she noticed someone that didn't quite seem to fit in. "Hello?" She called out as she approached him.
Isabella looked the man over, growing more curious with his northern accent. "Just walking. You aren't from around here, are you?" She could hear her accent clearly, having been born ND raised in London. She had noticed it more with all the tourists they got.
"Isabella. Who are you?" She asked curiously, not ready to give out her full name to a stranger.
"The doctor?" Isabella echoed sounded curious. "Of what?"
Isabella frowned slightly as she watched him. "The doctor." She just said again.
