    The yokai purred softly, giving a small laugh and carefully getting up, stumbling a big and wincing before walking to the kitchen and looking around curiously before beginning on something.

    Lin stood up a little after the yokai left and headed downstairs to rest on the couch down there, letting the other cook. He couldn't help but wonder where his mother was. He hadn't seen her at all and it was pretty weird. Even if she wasn't home a lot she would send him a message or something somehow. He wasn't worried though and just laid on the couch as he waited for Z to get near done with the food.

    After 20 minutes, an amazing smell hit the air. "Done" He called, taking the pot off the stove and pouring some into a bow, leaving a bowl out for Lin if he wanted any. "You don't need to eat it, it's just something my mom used to make for me and her patients." He said with a small laugh.

    Lin walked into the kitchen, pleased at the smell the food brought. It looked and smelled really good. "Oh, I'd like some. It smells amazing." He said before going to grab a spoon and the bowl resting on the counter, getting the food. He motioned for Z to follow him as he sat down on the couch. "Thank you." He murmured after.

    Lin took a bite and offered the other a rare smile. "It's good, even if you somehow did I think it taste great." He complimented the others cooking and continued eating. It really was good . . . and it ended up with him eating more than he usually ate.

    Lin glanced up as he noticed the other watching him. His gaze wasn't accusing or anything, just curious. He was about to put another bite in his mouth before he asked, "Hmm? Are you surprised I'm eating or something?"

    ". . . I guess you're right. I don't eat much. Being around you reminds me I should eat. Angel things I guess, we get competitive at times in a weird way. So I was just raised not to eat much. Looks thing." Lin admitted before taking another bite, continuing to finish his meal.

    The small demon frowned softly, before smiling a bit. "My dad just didn't enjoy feeding me after ma passed. . . Normally he would shove me in a room without food for weeks at a time." He said with a small chuckle. "Thats why when food comes around I practically inhale it."

    "Oh . . . I'm sorry to here that." Lin said softly before setting the bowl down. "You shouldn't have had to go through that . . . but you can eat anytime you like here. I probably won't eat with you each time though." He added, just as a reminder.

    Z laughed softly, rolling his eyes. "I'd only eat at meals, I dont want to seem fat" He said, though it was sad he felt like he had to say that. He was self concious about his appearance too, just not as much so as the angel.

    Lin nodded. "Yeah, but you are really skinny. Snacking will be good for you too, plus if you're bored eating is a good way to have yourself doing something. Food can help you too and you're active enough you don't have to worry about something like that." He said softly even though he wouldn't see things that way himself.

    "Maybe so, but either way . ." He sighed softly, eyeing the angel. He knew the other was being slightly hippocrytical, saying these things to the small demon but not truly trusting them for himself. He nuzzled the other's arm softly and kissed his shoulder, sighing softly and hugging his arm.

    Lin relaxed at the feeling, looking down at Z with a small blush as he didn't mind the more affectionate actions the other was doing to him. He reached out with his open arm to lightly ruffle the yokai's hair as a way of saying 'thank you' but he was happy with this. The kiss to his shoulder had tickled a bit and was a new thing but he was fine with it.

    Lin smiled just a tiny bit as Z said that before turning fully and pulling his arm away from the yokai so he could pull the other into his arms. It was just more of an instinctual thing to do now.


    ;; ahh XD and btw i have to go somewhere in like an hour and will be gone a few hours

    Z snuggled into the other, giving a small whimper as his back started hurting again, but he liked being in the other male's arms. ''M-maybe tomorrow we can go do something. . ? I mean, if i'm not dying." He said with a small chuckle, his ears perking a little.

    Lin nodded as the others whimper then made him remember Z's pain and he lightened his grip right away but still had his arms gently resting on the other. "Sorry . . . I forgot. And yeah, we can if you're feeling better." He agreed, still lightly holding onto the yokai.
