Oh crap..
Also I noted that Ryland and Bunny feel more like siblings than love interests, no?
"Of course! I'm just trying to figure out what type of sandwiches to make. Did you have anything you wanted to have on yours in particular?" Thankfully Mistral didn't seem to notice, to focused on chopping up what's left of the loaf into cubes for the animal feed, not wanting to give Ryland and Bunny the stale bread that would be left over but not wanting anything to go to waste either. She tossed the cubed bits into a pail by the sink, planning to feed it to the animals in the morning. "We can put what ever you want on it." She said as she turned to face her with a smile.
Ryland was having a bit of trouble trying to round up the last few chickens. They were a rowdy bunch, preferring to be outside than in their coop. "Guys, please." He groaned as a particularly feisty one scrambled away from him for the fifth time. "Even the goat is better behaved than you, and I just literally flew her over here today." The goat was a bit more mild mannered having ignored him when he first came over, a simple peace offering of more oats settled that dispute fairly quickly and he left her to peacefully eat what he left her-- safely locked up in the shed of course. He finally wrangled the last chicken into the coop and locked the door. "Night girls." He said gently slapping the roof before standing up and picking a stray feather out of his hair as he made his way inside, a large drop of rain hitting his nose. "..Crap."
