  • JAELYNN;;

    The Mallisters. The name brought a happy glow to Jaelynn. She was still cold, collected, regal... but the woman was also beginning to feel hope that her family might begin growing. Slowly, but it was doing better and better everyday. Sure, there were only four of them at the moment, but that was three more than before she figured. Might as well be thankful, right? Besides, the search for members was giving the figure something new to do.

    Seagard was well enough since her return. Others had cared for it, but Jaelynn was still happy to be back herself to run her city again. She had missed the busy politics of Westeros, the warfare. Besides, she figured that it was for the best she had returned... why should the bloodline of her people run out, after all? They were much too powerful of a family to simply die out. It was with such thoughts that the woman currently rested in the gardens of the inland, comfortable to explore Oldstown. She desired knowledge of the other cities of Westeros, after all, and thus why she currently possessed a book beneath her paws, reading curiously through its content. Large ice wings resting upon the earth, the snowy creature remained, for once, somewhat relaxed.

    TISIPHONE D.

  • Upon arrival, Lyra noticed many individuals trying to achieve some sort of power in their families. They desired growth. Whereas Runa was simply trying to get a family. They wanted numbers and she just wanted to be a part of that. A part of something. She hadn't been a part of anything, really, for quite some time. Lady Mallister seemed eager to welcome some into her home. Thus, Lyra approach these offers. The young snow leopardess calmly padded towards the ivory she-wolf. Her dark blue eyes trailed along the ground she walked. "Lady Jaelynn." Lyra greeted with as much respect as she could summon - being proper wasn't something she was used to. Gods, Runa had been the captain of pirates before. That was long ago - and now she yearned for a new purpose.

    "May I sit with you?" Lyra asked gingerly, twitching her ear. Her fluffy, spotted tail swayed gently behind her as she awaited an answer from the head of the Mallisters. The sixteen month old would be lying if she said she didn't fear Jaelynn. Not by battle, but she feared her in rejection. What if the woman were to turn her away? Lyra pushed that notion aside and blinked her eyes.

  • JAELYNN;;

    Indeed, there were many that found Jaelynn rather intimidating. Perhaps it was her cold air, or perhaps it was the way in which she carried herself. Whatever it was, the ivory canine had been told as such before, and thus would not have been surprised by Lyra's thoughts even if she had indeed voiced them."Lyra." the figure would greet in return, words simple and sharp to the point. While she had not conversed with the creature that she could remember, the wolf was well aware of who she was, for she had made it her business to know her came into her lands.

    The question that arrived next, however, was somewhat of a surprise. Not many asked to simply sit with her, though she figured that a discussion of some kind would likely follow. "Of course. Is there anything that brings you to Seagard? Business or pleasure?" the winged creature would inquire, words curious as she gazed upon the leopard.
