Dani enjoyed the simpler things in life. He always had. What use was doing some complicated thing to be happy when you could just go outside and do something simple, like making a new friend.
Unfortunately, as Dani realized as he stepped out of his home, there wasn't really anybody outside at the crack of dawn. What a shame. The young tom, however, refused to be disappointed. "I'll jutht make my own fun, then," he murmured, looking around for something to do.
His green eyes landed on a tree whose leaves were stirred by the slight breeze. One leaf fluttered down, and Dani saw his chance. He leapt, catching the leaf between his forepaws. He wrestled around with it for a bit before biting and ripping the leaf apart. He let out a joyous laugh, and he cauht the next leaf in his paws, batting it with sheaved claws.
