Tyler smiled relaxing under Hannah.

A few hours layer and she was discharged, she smiled towards Tyler.

They walked out of the hospital Tyler helped Hannah to the car.

She held Kielly before putting her in the car sets and roving off home.

They finally cam home and Tyler stopped the car. "You go inside and i'll go grab the boys"

HannAh kissed him before heading back into the house and putting her daughter in her arms cradling her.

Tyler went to pick up his boys from his Mom. "Jack, Jake, My boys!" Tyler smiled.

Jake distantly pulled away after speaking to hi grandma, he barely looked up tossing his dark fringe before smiling awkwardly.

Jack hugged his Dad "She is here isn't she?"

Jake grinned, saying his goodbyes to his grandma before going excitedly to the car. He couldn't wait to meet his baby sister.

As soon as the boys got in the car Tyler started the engine.

Jake excitedly tapped his foot against the door before opening it as soon as they arrived back and rushing inside to their mother. She looked up with a big smile still rocking their little sister, Kielly.

Jake ran to his mother. He looked at his Sister and smiled warmly.

Jake cuddled up with them, gently pressing a kiss to Kielly who let out a small murmurs. He cuddled Hannah who was blushing. "Hey, its great to see you again babes!"
