    A hero can be anyone...

even a man doing something as simple

and reassuring as putting a coat around

a little boy's shoulders to let him know that

    the world hasn't ended.

I figure we can plot it all out here, like who should play who and what our powers should be and stuff like that :) I can play male or female but I like to write really advanced replies, so I'll let you decide which character you'd like to play ^_^

  • Hm, what if we do senior year?

Also, would you like their powers to compliment each other or should it be something like fire and water where they shouldn't go together but can't help but be drawn together?

Or, they could also just be random powers

  • Okay, cool beans ^_^

Any preference on a super power for your character? I'm trying to think up something for my guy, but I thought I'd give you first pick if you want it :)

  • We could do element powers if you want

Like, I could be water and you could be fire or air or something

    Idk, what do you think?

Sorry, I always get caught up on threads like this cause I never know what superpowers I would want my character to have

  • Sabrina Carpenter <3 <3

Hmm, what if we start during a superhero scene? One of us can get into a sticky situation with some low-time criminal and the other can help them out. They can have a calm chat about how whoever didn't move away hasn't seen the other one around before and they can part ways. Then, in school, they can meet for real, having no idea that they're both super heroes? They can have this sweet moment where the reunite after all this time and find out they have some classes together. What do you think?

Also, if it's cool with you, can Jamie be the one who stayed in town all this time? I have an idea about him being a pretty good football player and overall good kid who's built up a reputation over the years.

  • Great! So do you want to start it or should I? Jamie can be the one that gets himself into a tight situation and is then saved by Victoria if you want ^_^

The city was quiet and had been for most of the night. He'd been out here forever and James was starting to wonder if there was any real point to patrolling tonight. Sitting on the edge of one of the tallest buildings in the city, the boy absently played with a small ball of water he'd formed out of thin air. He was bored and while he'd been working on these tricks for a while, he had better things he should've been doing. For example, Mrs. Applebom's test wasn't going to study for itself. But he had responsibilities as a superhero and turning in early wouldn't keep the city safe.

Sighing, the young man stood up, stretching his arms over his head as he stood on the very edge. He very easily could've fallen to his death but years of practice in balance and agility kept him from feeling even the slightest bit of fear on the edge of a thirty story drop. What he wasn't expecting, however, was the sudden burst of energy that came from behind him and knocked him over the edge. For a moment everything moved very slowly but as he fell, James managed to catch his hand on the edge of the roof and save himself from a very long fall. By grabbing onto the building this way, though, he found himself scraping against the side of it, bringing a stinging pain to his right shoulder. The sleeveless blue shirt he wore as part of his super look did little to protect his tough skin from the rough exterior of the building.

While he was holding on painfully, he heard a low laugh and slow footsteps. Looking up, he saw a familiar face and exasperation and annoyance washed over him. "What's up, Wizard." The villain stared down at him, a wicked grin on his face. "What's up? Well, in this particular instance, it doesn't appear to be you, now does it? Unless you consider that you're up above the ground where you'll soon be splattered on the pavement." The guy wasn't a big time criminal by any means. His powers were sort of impressive, but it wasn't like he really knew what to do with it. Generally, he was a pretty easy guy to beat, This time, he'd just caught James off guard.

Regardless of Wizard's lack of strength or general intelligence he had James in a pickle. "Let's talk about this, Wizard. You're not a killer, man." James shifted his weight a bit, attempting to get to where he could get his other hand on the edge of the roof. He was strong, but holding on with one arm wouldn't work for much longer. As he shifted, however he looked back up to see a gun-looking weapon in Wizard's hand. "You're a thorn in my side, Tsunami. Good bye."

  • Home. Victoire was finally back where she belonged after years in France with her grandparents. But now that she was settled in enough to not be missed at night, it was time to show her hometown had a new superhero. She was back and ready to protect her city, using the powers she had discovered while she had been in France.

She was leaping among the lower rooftops as she searched for anything she could do to help. She wore a skintight black outfit with a mask over her eyes to protect her identity while keeping it easy for her to move. She knew it gave no idea as to what her powers were, but that always worked to her advantage as it gave her the element of surprise when attacking supervillains.

"To you? Yes." Victoire quipped as she stared at a villain pointing a gun-like-thing at someone hanging off the building. She had originally seen the person hanging off the building and gone up to try and pull them up, only to find exactly what she had been searching for before. She raised a hand, pale against the black of her sleeve. Sending a single shot of fire at the gun, before making her way to the edge of the building.

"Need a hand?" She asked the guy with a grin, offering him her hand even as she looked over her shoulder to make sure the villain wasn't able to fire his gun at them. She thought it would be a... less than perfect way to introduce herself to her city by getting shot off the top of the tallest building. Another ball of fire was ready in her free hand in case she needed to fire again.

  • James hung there and watched as the gun charged the attack that would send him flying. He prepared to let go and dodge the shot, but before that even became a necessity the gun was shot out of Wizards hand by what looked like fire. Confused, he watched as the villain he'd come to know over the last few years stumbled backwards, a look of shock on his face. Obviously something had spooked the Wizard and saved Jamie's life.

Raising an eyebrow as the girl appeared above him, he was more grateful than ever that he had been wearing his mask upon being attacked. The hard white rubbery plastic acted as an armored mask that also served to bring out the blue in his eyes. "As a matter of fact, I could use a hand," Honestly, he could've pulled himself back up, but this was quicker. Swinging his other arm up, he caught her around the wrist, using her as a bit of an anchor as he climbed back up. Luckily, the only part of him that had been damaged was arm that was skinned around the elbow. He wore dark blue tights that were reinforced with padding that had protected his legs. Regaining his feet, he brushed himself off and examined his shoulder nonchalantly before putting his hands on his hips and staring at the man who was now practically cowering at the sight of the two superheros. No one had been expecting this.

"Thanks for that," he said coolly, his blonde hair messily falling in multiple directions while strangely maintaining its charm. "Now, if you'll excuse me for one second." With a small smile, he turned his attention back towards Wizard before rolling his shoulders and taking a quick skip step forward, making a whip motion with his hand. If he were a normal person, the action would have looked rather strange or maybe even humorous, but in this case the stream of water that shot out of thin air made him look a lot cooler. The water acted as a whip, tightening around Wizard's ankle. Alarmed, the man tried to back up, only to fall to the ground.

"You almost had me this time, Wiz. Better luck next time, yeah?" Taking a few more steps forward, he released the whip, keeping it wrapped around the man's feet telekineticly. Once it was wrapped around him like rope, James froze it, effectively restraining him. Turning back to the girl who'd just helped save him from an unpleasant death, he clapped his hands and smiled. "So, thanks again for the save. I don't believe I've seen you around before?" He looked a bit rough but overall unfazed by almost dying. His powers had shown up a few years earlier and since then he'd pretty much been the only person acting to protect the large city. If there was a new super in town, he was actually excited to get to know them.
