  • It still pained Zuko how miserably he failed at doing what he believed was right. His plan to join the Avatar, help restore balance, and free his Uncle from prison all went down the drain with one simple, incorrect redirection of lightning. He couldn't help it but feel immensely guilty for his mistake- he could have finally done his part in helping stop the 100 year long war. The mountain lion was padding out of the Solar City, padding to a spot in SunClan territory that he did not know the name of. He arrived at the Town of Litore, padding along one of the beach fronts, coming to a stop when he felt waves roll onto his front paws. He would look into the ocean at his reflection, seeing his horribly scarred face, but not as the one he recognized. This entire new life was something he was still getting used to, and he wasn't sure if he'd ever truly get used to it. As he continued to stare at his reflection, the male would look away as he shut his eyes closed, a small snarl curling up onto his muzzle. He would quickly firebend at his reflection in the water with a yell escaping his mouth, the fire instantly going out with a sizzle.

"I'm such an idiot!" The mountain lion exclaimed, unaware that he wasn't alone on the beach front.

Sola had to admit, it was pretty amusing to see the mountain lion calling himself an idiot. With a small snort, she approached on her short legs, waving her tails in humor.

Previously, she had just been admiring the ocean waves from afar, seeing as she didn't think she'd ever get over her hydrophobia. But, when Zuko had come over, she just had to check out what he was doing. There was nothing better for her to do, and while it might've been slightly creepy of the catsune, it had gotten a few laughs out of her.

"Insulting yourself, eh?" The Goldenblood couldn't resist a few laughs even as she spoke to him, blinking unmatched eyes that wandered from Zuko to the blue waves.

    "Speech."
