It did not take Zuko very long get settled in his room, which was in the bottom level of the Pyramid of Solis. He had no belongings with him to unpack, he did not have his painting of his Uncle Iroh or his dual swords. He was more upset about the former, he deeply cared about his Uncle Iroh, and wished he could have seen him one last time before waking up in SunClan territory. He never got to apologize to his Uncle, never got to reconcile with him. For all he knew, his Uncle could think that he was never planning on apologizing for everything Zuko has done to him. His Uncle was always there for him, and how did Zuko repay him? By stabbing him in the back. It was what Zuko regretted the most, and he will never forget it or let it go. After a bit, Zuko decided to get out of the pyramid and go into the territory. He had to get these thoughts out of his head, and he had to check if he lost his firebending, his inner fire.
Not shortly after, the scarred mountain lion found himself arriving at the Land of Flames. Zuko, not aware of the entire territory and the names of the landmarks, didn't have the slightest idea of it's name. He wouldn't have realized the irony of him heading to the Land of Flames, to see if he still had his firebending. Getting to an open spot, Zuko would take a deep breath, closing his eyes to focus on his firebending. A few moments after, his eyes would snap open as leapt into the air, kicking one of his hind legs. Fire almost instantly blasted into the open air, the mountain lion landly swiftly on the ground. So he was a firebender, even as an animal! Oh it felt great, to being able to bend again! Thankfully he didn't loose everything when arriving here, though he basically lost a lot of things compared to having his bending. With a smirk, the Crowned Prince of the Fire Nation would continue to practice his firebending into the open air, unaware that others were nearby.

Fairy was struggling to move around, granted, and found herself stumbling her way towards a part of the Clan that was wasn't really in much, since she usually spent her time in the Gardens of Eden or the Commes guild reading her books and enjoying the Sunshine- or, lately, in her house, curled up with cocoa and trying not to move. But, determined that, even with how grevious her wounds were, and even if it hurt, she would get out and be a part of the Clan a little more than she had been recently.
Yet she had never seen a firebender. Or, an elemental user, whatever you called it. She knew that many people here were gifted in their own ways, far beyond what she could ever imagine, but she had never seen it in person. Frankly, it was beautiful. She wasn't sure how to describe it, and she doubted that any verbal description of what seemed to be a dance- a mirage of orange and red melding together in the air with movements that seemed so graceful and so sure of themselves. She stopped, and stared, feeling the heat off of the fire that Zuko was kicking out, though she locked her legs in place to keep from stumbling down from her bandaged legs. "H-h-have you always been able to do that?"

Now that she had her own schedule, Hana had started to spend her daily downtime exploring the territory, with her end goal being to find a spot to go to to relax. Today's destination was the Land of Flames, the name itself being interesting enough. She passed some unfamiliar faces as she walked about, brown eyes wide, before finding herself near the cocoa girl and the other new kid.
Have you always been able to do that? Do what? She wasn't doing anything - Oh, Fairylights wasn't talking to her. The bunny-eared girl turned her head, murmuring a soft "whoa" as she watched Zuko. Back in her time as an arena fighter, she occasionally went up against an opponent with special abilities, but nothing like this. "That's so cool! Can you teach me?" she exclaimed.

Another who was drawn to the commotion heard in the distance, Angelpaw led themselves in the direction that was the source as the Sunclanner idly made their way through the city's many pathways before setting their sights on the three gathered. The exclamation was now known to have come from Fairylights who was in awe? Of what perhaps? The kitsune let their gaze be taken to Hana briefly before turning to Zuko. Oh, it was him. The lion with a hot-head, what was so fascinating then? But as fire spawned out of nowhere then Angel froze for a moment in complete shock, before letting themselves also be taken by amazement. "So when were you gonna tell us you could do uh, this then?" The statement was spoken with a humorous tone and decorate with an exaggerated gesture to Zuko as to prove their point.
Frankly it was fascinating to see somebody utilise fire like it was nothing, merely with a few simple actions to produce intense amounts of energy. What kind of genetics allowed for this? Was this even a genetic trait? Angelpaw just wanted to find out more.

♥ Commander Arcanium had just been exiting the sandstone castle when he caught sight of the burst of flames that came from the mountain lion. Fitting training, he thought, for the faction of territory they were in. The Land of Flames was named after it's red colored dry lands, but he was all for giving it a literal meaning. Curious, the vampire decided he would join the rest of his clan-mates who'd gathered. "Yo," He said upon arrival, golden-red eyes studying his clan-mates' reactions. They all seemed surprised at the male's powers, but he couldn't say he felt the same. Fire bending was something he practiced himself, although probably not as often as Zuko did. He'd seen it many times in battle as well, but he assumed that for a sweet doe and two young apprentices, it would be quite impressive. "I don't know if it's the type of thing you can teach," Suga commented with a lazy flick of a tail, "Unless Zuko has some secret to it that I don't know about."
