    Martin Gary

    — —

Martin looked at his hands which were nervously shaking, he had to ask her today. He had to make sure that his feelings were mutual, and if they were-- well he would just have to see what she had to say. He took a deep breath and looked at the clock. It was 11:57 in the morning, and in 3 more minutes she would arrive in all of her glory. Martin continued deep breaths in and out. The wolf in him would be pacing back and forth if he were out at the moment, but he had to keep his emotions and wolf in check just in case. Licking his dry lips he decided it would be best to make some more dirty dishes. He may not be really organized, but he purposely messed up his house so ___ would have to clean, and stay instead of leaving seeing there was nothing to clean. When he put some dishes from the drawers into the sink, he began to throw blankets, pillows, and some cartons from the trash onto the coffee table in the living room. When he was satisfied he messed up just a little bit more. He looked at his watch and when it read 12:02 he began to panic. She was never late, not once this year and he ran to the front room to peer out in the window and the house across the street to where she lived. There was no sign of her on the streets and he ran to the door to open and cross the street to make sure she was alright, but when he opened the door there she stood her hand raised and her expression surprised. "Oh." She mouth formed an o and when she saw him in his disheveled state she began to snort. He had put on his boxers, and a black t-shirt to look more crazed, because if anyone found out that he wasn't the disabled man he was then why would she want to work for him as his cleaning lady? I mean he was no liar-- his left arm was almost to the point of paralyzed. He could move it, and had function in his hand, but it hurt every time he used it. There was no brace, and there was nothing to relieve his pain. His healing ability was fast when it came to other injuries, but this was decades old and it still hadn't healed. Even now it pulsed a little and he winced a bit. "You ready for cleaning?" She asked, her voice was light and it held a childish laughter as she walked passed him and he blinked. "Ah-- yes." He stated feeling a bit embarrassed he panicked for nothing. Letting out a relieved breath he said, "Ya ya. Cleaning. It's really messy I'm sorry I just can't seem to focus." He acted bashfully, but he could always focus. He was always able to focus and being alone gave him a lot of time to think about his actions.

He watched as she got to work and she smiled his way once in awhile. They usually talked, but something was off-- and he was worried he would scare her off before he had time to explain to her his situation. While she cleaned she would snort at some of the junk that was left around and even found one of his socks that was pink. He would only shrug and go to the table with his newspaper, and coffee-- but his eyes would always watch her never straying to read anything the newspaper read. But this time it was different, she talked less-- and she had something that she wanted to say, but every time she straightened and looked his way she would only shut her mouth and continue to work. He too had something to tell her-- but he didn't know what to tell her. They had been friends for awhile now, he remembered when she was still in highschool, but she was only a senior who wanted a job and he offered her one to clean his house since he was a 'cripple' and couldn't focus. A disabled man willing to hand her a job that paid about 4800 a month. Something that no Senior would turn down. And it had been some years now. He didn't realize that she was someone he wanted to spend time with until just this year-- his eyes could never stray from hers and he always had her on his mind. Even now, he had the erging feeling to protect her for the rest of her life. Finally she had cleaned top to bottom and she let out a breath of relief.

HE decided it was now to tell her-- but she seemed to also decide what she wanted to say. She turned to him and she looked a bit guilty, and she gave him a hesitant smile. "I have something to say" She looked to her feet then back at him and he couldn't help but feel his cold heart begin to beat faster, "Yes?" For some reason he had it in his mind she was going to admit her love to him, but she looked at him and said, "I'm going away. And I don't think I can work for you anymore." His heart stopped for only a second and his hands clutched the newspaper, "C'mon." He snorted, "You'd turn down this job that pays 57,000 a year? You are being ridiculous." It was the fear talking and already his anxiety and his anger was rising this was a dumb joke, but deep down he feared this day would come. She probably had hopes for college and this job was helping her pay that schooling--- he was so dumb. And when she didn't comment for a bit he stated. "Where?"

She only smiled sadly, "Up to Canada -- And I leave in 3 days. I know it's short notice, but I found a girl who could replace me if you need!" He looked at her his human brown eyes flashing a deep golden amber, but it went away. "Oh." He said calmly, but inside was a storm that she had created. "Perhaps, before you leave... we could get a beer. Maybe tonight?" He sounded too desperate. She hesitated, but he pushed, "It'll be my treat, and then I can give you your last paycheck. I ahve to run to the bank to get my checks anyway!" And she still looked hesitant, but gave him a nod, "Alright, but no funny buisness to get me to come back. I want to get away from this city." She said playfully and said her goodbyes and she left. He wasn't even able to tell her what he felt... When she closed the door he threw his cup of coffee and the cleaned kitchen walls and a deep growling came from his chest, his eyes flashing to his reflection in the window and all he saw was the wolf side ready to burst. She can't leave him-- She wont leave him.

    --

He sat at the bar downtown his hands on the glass waiting for her to arrive-- the pack in this city was The Pack of Wilters. He never wanted to join, after all he was an Alpha Lycan which would be hard to get along with a werewolf Alpha. Since Lycans are bigger, smarter, and superior. Also not as often do you see one. Three of his best friends from the pack sat at the bar next to him all joking and they snickered to each other, "Is our dear friend Gray in love?" They knew of the girl since he spilt the beans awhile. He rubbed his bad arm and shrugged, "Don't joke, or I'll rip out your throats." The bartender who was also one of the pack members grinned under his mouth and said, "Good luck to you mate." and Martin nodded his way and the door opened and she walked in her. The scent of her filled the air. She smiled his way and made her way to the bar, "Hey, Mr. Gray." He nodded her way, "My my my. You're dressed up as if it were date." He grinned teasingly and she rolled her eyes.

plot;; Martin is a loner who lives on a pack of werewolves lands. He has lived his life in solitude other than his 3 friends visiting once in awhile and his next door neighbor who helps clean his house and keep him company. Most people in the town thinks Martin is a lunatic who talks to himself and seems to always be in a dream. Your character sees him as a thinker, and doesn't see him as a loner but something else. She, however, has dreams of doing something with her life instead of living her life away in this city. So she decides to go to Canada and you choose what she wants to do :). When she tells Martin of her plan, he grows upset and angry even. He pleads for her to stay with him, and when she denies him she leaves for him to only bite her and marking her. Now that she knows his secret, he can't let her go. So he begins to pursuade, and stuff stuff I'll tell you more. For now you don't have to make a forum for her, but post something about your character, and we'll start off with them in the bar :) (Btw she will be human for now, but will go through a transformation to a Lycan once she gets bit ;) )

/Hope this girl is okay, ^^ I'll post a proper form for her later. /

Ah, Martin Grey. A strange man, As anyone would tell. Quiet and often seeming unapproachable for some. It had been little surprise when Riley had managed to actually make friends with him. For while he was silent, The young lady known as Riley was the exact opposite. She was talkative, Friendly, And had a certain way of getting herself into someones life. Perhaps she was too friendly? Choosing to see the good in people before she noticed the bad? What had come as a surprise was when she had decided to move. To leave behind all the good friends she had in this town. She seemed happy with her life? So why should she? Well.. Everyone had ambitions. Riley had her own. Dreams that had always seemed to lead to a dead end in this place. Dreams of acting! Perhaps a silly desire. But it had been what Riley wanted, And she was fairly good at it. Able to put on a mask that no one could see threw when she wanted too. Still. This place had little opportunity. So when a job opened up in Canada willing to accept her. Riley had been quick to pack her bags and her two cats to leave.

It wasn't just her dreams though that influenced her leaving. She had wanted to get out of this place for years, Sure. She seemed happy, And she guessed she was. But this city held bad memories for the girl. Her father had left, While her mother had died of sickness. Such things were not easily forgotten. Even over the years. Her friends made it easier, And the kindness of a man who offered her a job also helped. But everytime she drove past her childhood home and the memory of her mother came to mind. It opened up old wounds. Ones that would only finally healed she figured when she was away.

So now it was her last days here. Her time for saying goodbye. Leaving the young lady standing outside a bar. Goodbyes were hard, And awkward. Her best friend had practically cried on her shoulder when she stated she was leaving! This time, It was a goodbye to her employer. Martin. He was perhaps the one person Riley was generally worried about. From her knowledge, The man had few friends and she hoped dearly him and the maid she had found would get along. Still.. Who was going to keep a eye on the man? Sure, He was a adult. But Riley felt without her the man might very well forget just to go buy groceries!

With a breath of air, The woman tucked her hands in her pants pockets. Finally working up the courage to stride inside. It was pretty late and the bar did have a good few people inside. She had been here a few times before with a ex girlfriend. But that had been a few years ago and so the place was a little unfamiliar. Stopping once inside, She allowed her gaze to trail along until she finally spotted him. Mr. Grey. Smiling, She headed his way. "Hey, Mr. Grey. " She greeted lightly, Sliding into a seat next to him. Then he was talking and the girl couldn't help but roll her eyes. A bright smile upon her face though. It was perhaps easy to smell her coming. She always had the smell of cats on her from her two cats, Riley was certainly a cat lover afterall!

The girl then looked to the barman. Ordering a drink before her gaze flickered towards Martin, Once more. She found herself joking. "You know, I've been thinking. I know a lady who's giving away some poodle puppies. I ought to get you one. I think you would do good with a poodle. " She half joked really. She frankly wouldn't mind if he got himself some sort of dog or something. Anything to keep him company. Or perhaps that was because she was simply frightened of living alone- Every little creak seemed like a monster in the attic! Luckily she had cats that would protect her. -Or hide while she got murdered. Whatever, Atleast she had something in the house with her. Martin was alone.

"Poodles are girly dogs. If I had to have any it would have to be a German Shephard." he snickered under his breath as he played with his beer. As he thought about it more and more, he knew that if he came out with his feelings he would only get the response, i'm still leaving which caused his chest to swell, and the wolf to start pacing once more. The men in the room, or the few that were wolves all were watching the Lycan from afar. They could just feel the pressure Martin was feeling, and they were nervous something was going to break out if he didn't get the response he was hoping for. Though this girl smelt like cats, he also hoped that if he were to reveal what he was she would hate him. After all-- she probably was a cat person more than a dog person. Tapping his fingers on the wood he looked her way and opened his mouth to ask her questions about Canada, but that would be dumb. He didn't care what she did in Canada, he wanted her to stay-- with him. He was lonely as it was, and no other woman could replace her anyways. He got tired of the tapping, and got tired of being a little quiet. He needed to express his name.

"I wanted you to know something before you left... well in hopes that you wouldn't leave." He began to negotiate, and he even opened his mouth to admit his love, but he went forward with, "I will give you higher pay, I will also give you sick days off that are already paid for, I'll make sure you wont do too hard of chores just please." He took a deep breath and looked at her trying to give her his best puppy dog eyes, "Please stay. I can't stand the people in this town, and youre too much fun to be around. If I were to lose you, I'd become brain dead." After all this was all true-- she was the only one to remind him that the laundry was still in the washer or perhaps he wasn't going shopping enouh. She wasn't just a maid, she was also his friend. Every smile she gave him in greeting made his life a lot easier, and it made him social.

The wolves in the bar all stiffened, and he could see some gave questioning gazes. They loved drama, but when they heard no love confession was given. Oh he wanted to so badly. Even now, as his impatience began to act up more, he just wanted to get her stay. Even if he had to pay her more to stay. Some would say he was paying her to be his friend-- but he wouldn't mind at all. She was his perfect match, his future he could... his wolf only snorted at his declaration and found it too stupid for words. "I just-- can't stand to see you leave us."

  • Riley found herself resisting a small role of the eyes at his comment about poodles. Instead, She focused on her drink as it arrived. Smiling thankfully at the bartender. It had been a while since she drank, She wasn't much of a alcohol person afterall. But tonight was special. It was one of her last days here, She found herself briefly frowning as Martin continued to talk. Here it came, The attempts to get her to stay. She knew it was going to happen. Her eyes were soft as she looked at him. Beginning to ramble on about how he could pay her more. But.. Riley didn't want fame. She knew what she wanted, How could she forgive herself if she didn't leave too chase her dreams? Atleast when she got old she wouldn't have any regrets!

So once he finished, Riley smiled lightly at him. "Oh, Mr. Gary... You know I love you? Don't you? Your like a big brother to me. " She found herself saying, And that probable stung. Atleast she said she loved him! Just not in the way he wanted her too. It was true though.. He was like family for her. He had helped her when she needed money and she saw him very much as a friend. She then told him lightly. "I need to go.. Thats just how it is. But me and you will still be friends. I'll come and visit, And we can talk on the phone. " She frankly felt a bit bad. But she wasn't going to back out of her plans.

His use of Us was a bit weird, But Riley didn't seem to really notice. Brushing her hair back behind her ear. She rested her hazel eyes on her drink. Finally taking a small sip which caused her to quickly put it back down. Moving her hand to her lips. She chuckled lightly. "Now I remember why I don't drink. " She joked, It tasted awful. Back at the topic at hand though. Riley moved her gaze to him. She was frowning now. Perhaps a bit sadly. "Come on. Lets just.. Not make this all doom and gloom. " She asked gently, Chewing on her bottom lip for a moment. Before she decided to move in and put a arm around him. Attempting to pull him into a small hug for a moment before she pulled away.

ooc;; I mean in Game of Thrones he wouldn't have minded like a brother ;) lol

Martin had frozen at the world I love you... but those cursed words turn against him as she had so admittedly added, 'like a brother'. She was an idiot, she would say those words to only say that he was like a brother. His kind eyes turned to furry as he tried to calm the wolf in him from freaking out. The wolves around him all froze as well, and he could tell his friends were trying their best to not make eye contact with Martin. Even they would find it a stupid move for a human to do that to a wolf, a brother? He had admitted that he couldn't bear her to leave, and now she won't even rethink of staying. The beer he was holding cracked from the pressure of his hand and he looked at her for a moment. He may have looked just a little calm on the outside, but he was ready to tear out some throats of the men in this bar.

She had moved in to wrap an arm around him for a small hug, but the contact only made his emotions flare in hatred. Not towards her-- towards the fact that the men around him felt bad for him. They shouldn't feel bad, because she will not leave him. When she pulled away he grabbed her arm and squeezed it a little too roughly. He looked down at her and leaned his head down to say something, "Do you know how much that hurts, Riley?" He hissed out, his cool almost dropping from his face. His voice softened a bit, but the steal grip on her arm wasn't going to lighten up. He had leaned far into to smell the shampoo in her hair-- the cats that he smelt were off putting, but her natural scent had him rolling over in desire. He had lived with her cleaning his house for awhile, and it wasn't till the beginning of this year did he find her scent alluring and something to desire. "I love you." He stated bluntly, he was pissed, even if the statement was innocent enough he wanted her to know what she did to him. "Don't go." It was a plead, but behind those words was a threat. A threat he couldn't control as his wolf was already getting a hold of his emotions, and the human side was slowly losing. The wolves that were in the bar all tensed up and prepared to pin down Martin if he did something stupid. Which he would be really soon if she didn't change her mind right away.

Martin had two sides. The human side that knew that she had the right to do as she pleased. The wolf side though had taken over when she had said like a big brother. His hand gripped a little tighter on her arm, his eyes were swirling with anger, and his form just a little bit bigger. The bartender decided that it was best to get the Alpha Lycan to calm down and he had come to try to save Riley a little bit and decided to break the tension Martin was feeling. "I believe you owe a tab... Mr Gray." Hoping to get Martin to come out of his trance, hoping the bi-polar man Martin wouldn't make a mistake he would regret. Martin continued glaring at Riley, and the bartender decided it was best to let Riley speak to break Martin out of his trance, "Or would you like another drink, miss?" The bartender pleaded to Riley to speak. Perhaps if she demanded Martin lets go or speak up Gray will realize he's being a total idiot.

  • //Omg, I'm Lmao.

Riley found herself taken by surprise as he roughly gripped her arm. She hadn't been expecting that, He had always seemed generally nice when she had worked for him. Perhaps he already had a few too many to drink? What ever the case it hurt and Riley's gaze flickered up to him as he spoke. I love you... Those words didn't feel like that of a friend. No.. There was too much feelings behind them. Too much emotions in his behavior. It left Riley staring at him a little surprised, Perhaps feeling a bit bad? For while he might have felt them intently, They did not exist in Riley. No. Her feelings for him were of friends or family. Not of a lover. His grip on her arm was tight and she was unsure how to get herself out of this situation. He was probable drunk so shooting him down might very well lead him to becoming more violent.

"Let go of me, Your hurting me. " She informed him, Attempting to pull herself away. But his grip was tight. Instinctively. She reached her free hand to her purse where her pocket knife was located. Sure, It might have been a bit much. But Riley wanted a hold of it just in case. The barman then was coming over to help remedy the situation. And Riley's gaze flickered over to him. Informing. "I'd like to pay my own way if thats not too much trouble. " She requested lightly. Her gaze then flickered towards Martin. Her voice becoming a little firmer which was a little odd for her. But she didn't like the look Martin was giving her- And his grip was certainly to leave a bruise later. "Let go of me Martin. " She demanded.

Pulling her pocket knife from her bag, She tried to keep this out of sight of the other people in the bar. Keeping the knife low and choosing to point it carefully at his stomach. Her eyes on him, She fairly well assumed he was drunk. Drunk people were dangerous. She had a few Ex's that had proven that to her. Her eyes on his. Of course the young lady was oblivious that staring a wolf in the eye was a challenge. She didn't exactly know he was a wolf! How would she even guess that?

    Wolf thinking // Martin Thinking

The bartender hadn't bee successful in pulling Martin out of his trance, even the sound of her voice Martin stayed where he was gripping her arm.

This isn't right. Martin had begged.

Doesn't have to be right. She needs us. We need her.

She's hurt-- and the wolves around us will...

Speak one more time and you're not allowed back

Martin's inner voice went silent allowing the wolf to continue challenging the little lady in front of him. Even so with her eyes staring right back at him defiantly. Even with the knife pressed against his stomach his grip only tightened and he licked his lips like a hungry wolf. Her plead for him to let go was going over his head. The voices muttering in the back ground begging him to calm down didn't stop him. No, she challenged him. She was getting what she deserved. Her body was looking juicy-- and he was salivating at the idea of biting her so they become one whole person. "You're being childish." He whispered harshly, but when he realized finally the knife at his stomach he stopped and looked down at it. She truly would hurt him to get away from him? You don't get a girl by force, you idiot. And Martin decided to take over once and for all leaving the Wolf to go sulk in the corner of his mind. He blinked once. Twice. Then on the third he looked towards her and let go of her arm.

"I'm sorry, I guess a few beers really throws me over the edge." He appologized quietly looking at his hand then at the arm. It really would bruise... she was so small... fragile compared to him. And he had screwed it up and let his wolf run around wild. That didn't mean he was going to allow her to just get away from him, but perhaps relaxing and letting the wolf go will give him a better chance at explaining what happened. "I also have medication for my arm." He said bashfully, but a lie as he stroked his left arm with his right hand, "And I can go over the top when it adds alcohol to it. Please don't take what I said to heart." The room finally relaxed, and everyone was able to continue drinking their beers. He relaxed in his stool cursing for allowing all this to happen, he wanted a nice relaxing drink, confess (kindly) to her what his emotions were, and hope that he can take rejection well. Well, for once thing he learned that he can't take rejection kindly.

  • Riley kept her gaze on his, Not moving the knife until she felt his grip loosen. Then she carefully pulled the small blade away. Her eyes still a little wary. Until he began apologizing and explaining everything. A smile slowly crept up onto her face and she put the pocket knife safely back in her purse. "Its fine, I've seen people act weirder when drunk before. " She joked lightly. Before moving her hand to rub her arm a bit. It definitely had hurt and still stung a bit. "You certainly have a grip on you though! " She murmured with a awkward smile.

While she seemed to have quickly forgiven him. She still was wary and ended up deciding staying might not be the safest thing. Martin probable planned to drink more and Riley didn't want to risk him getting more attitude. So she moved to her feet, Taking out her wallet from her purse and placing some money down. Looking at him with a smile. She then told him. "Well, I should probable get going. " She told him, Hopefully he wouldn't feel bad or upset about her leaving! She didn't want him too! She just didn't feel completely safe staying here.

Thinking for a moment, Riley then suggested. "Tomorrow morning, Why don't you come over and have breakfast with me? " Then he'd be sobered up hopefully! It was only a short walk across the street for him to come over. She would have invited him over now.. But.. She didn't want him to act out again when she was by herself. That was just risky. Riley might have known how to use a knife. But he easily outweighed her. "I don't mean to toot my own horn, But I make a killer pancake. " She boasted playfully. Resting her hand on her hip as she stared at him.

    Martin Gary

Martin nodded bashfully, but he knew that he was lying to her. If she knew the truth would she accept him still? He gripped the counter tightly when she decided to leave. Of course she would leave, she didn't feel safe now that he was on a crazy path for her. Still there was no satisfying the need to gain her love... and her trust. Even then, he screamed, 'screw her trust' and force his way into her heart. Those words still mocked him, the way she so casually said she saw him as an older brother. He licked his chapped lips and only grunted his answer to her, "Ya, I'll come for breakfast." He would offer her to make sure she got home safely, but he had just ruined his chance to get her to come with him willingly. If only there was a different way to change her mind. "Just-- please while you go to be re-think your decision. It might not be right for you." He took a sip of his beer and lifted his eyes to meet hers. Oh it wont be the rich decision for her-- he was going to make bad decisions if she still chooses to leave. And some of those decisions will not dwell well with her at all. He reached into his pocket to take out her last paycheck and slid it on the counter towards her. "Like promised. Your last pay check. I will make sure I sober up before I go over."

This opportunity to go to her house was a perfect way to find a way to make her stay. Sabotage her car? Find where exactly she is going to Canada and make sure your opportunity up there is ruined? Perhaps-- kidnapping. He shook that idea out of his head immediately, no matter how pleasing that thought was, he had to be rational about this. The first step would have to go Breakfast, that way he could prove that he really did love her-- he would admit it once more. It'll be then, when there was no one around, she will be the deciding choice whether she willing goes to him or she is taken by force. Perhaps, they could even go up to Canada... that way the Pack of Withers won't accuse him of kidnapping. No one would know it was him. A crazed look still hovered in his eyes, but he gave her a hesitant smile and went back to being the quiet Employer she usually knew, "You have a nice night, Riley..." And continued to drink from his beer.

  • Riley was somewhat relieved when he agreed to breakfast. She couldn't help but feel things were a little awkward now between them. Hopefully a good night sleep would end those feelings. Still, He pushed for her to stay. And Riley really didn't know what to say to him.. It made her feel bad, But that wasn't going to stop her. She was leaving. Nothing was going to change that. Her eyes flickered towards the check that she easily took. Tucking it into her purse. She then commented lightly. "You too Mr. Gray. " Gently patting him on the shoulder a few times before she turned around to leave. Pausing, She couldn't help the feeling others were watching them. Then again, That had been a little bit of scene.

Her cheeks briefly flushed red before she brushed those thoughts out of her head and moved to the door. It didn't take long before she exited the building. Leaving Mr. Grey alone. Once out, She found herself reaching once more into her purse to retrieve her phone. The night had been a little weird for her. So she figured calling her best friend would lighten the mood a bit. It also would perhaps give her a chance to talk about what had just happened- It sort of riled her up a bit. Not necessarily what Mr. Gray had done.. But that look in his eyes. The confession of his love? It was all a bit weird.. Or perhaps that was just what he was like when he was drunk! Amusement briefly flickered on her face at the image of him walking along. Confessing his love to random people on the street. It left her in a good mood as she headed home. Hearing her best friend pick up. "Hey Rosie, You got some time to talk? " She asked as she walked.

By the time she had arrived home, It was pretty late. Well- It had already been late when she left. So she guessed later. Her home itself was small. But comfortable! It was only her living there and she had no need for a big place. She had already hung up the phone after a time chatting with Rosie. Locking the door, The girl stiffled a yawn as she headed towards her bedroom. Perhaps she needed a shower, But that could wait until the morning. She was sleepy now. Brushing her hand threw her hair. Boxes littered the house. Filled with all that Riley was taking with her. Clothes, Her many stuffed animals and nicknacks. Her cats cat tree and toys. The exception being the big furniture. She moved along careful not to knock down anything as she reached her room. Setting her bag down and pulling off her coat and jeans- Because ain't no way she was sleeping in those things. She went to one of the boxes to get a pair of Pajama pants and to change shirts to something more baggy and comfortable. Once out of the annoying fancy clothing. She looked towards her bed, There. Laying in the center of the bed was her cats. Two tom cats. The first- A large white Persian known as Mocha. The second, Was a younger slimmer silver and white tabby known as Latte. Riley couldn't help but purse her lips a bit at the sight. "Uh.. Guys, Can you move over a bit? " she questioned. Moving to her bed and the sleeping cats. They were taking up the whole center! Neither seemed to acknowledged her existence or request. Causing a sign. Sure, She could just toss them out of her bed. But she'd feel bad waking them up. So, She slid into bed. Laying on her side to keep from falling off next to her cats.

    Martin Gary

    — —

ooc: of course of course ;)

Martin looked at the house in front of him, he had dressed a little too nicely. This time wearing a button down shirt, with black slacks. He even wore a black tie. It was breakfast, what the hell was he doing? He had to present himself as the perfect gentleman if he wanted her to stay with him. You look like a crazed lunatic that wants to stalk her or kidnap her The wolf was no help in this situation and he only coughed trying to get the voice to go away. He had hoped the bar would be a perfect place to admit his love and claim her-- but he was wrong. With other wolves and men in that bar it didn't help his situation. He would have had to fight off anyone who came near him or stopped him from his only one goal was. Martin may look cool, but all inside was a mess with problems no one could fix all except for Riley. The only one who has the touch of a goddess.Last night he had prepared a room for Riley-- well his wolf prepared the room. IT would be a room she would find comfort in when he took her, if she said no of course. Martin had found this act crazy, but his wolf reassured him that if she did reject him and continue to try to leave Martin would no longer be human, he'd a broken piece of a human.

He knocked on the door his eyes trying to focus on the plan. There were so many scenarios that would lead him to his demise. If she were to hate him forever... he didn't think he could live. Well at least live as a human anyways. He held some flowers in his hand, but they were weak, he had torn them out of the garden in the back and he looked rather silly. His hair was disheveled and he looked like a wild man if it weren't for the nice clothes he wore.

Martin had seriously over dressed for the occasion! Like really, When he had knocked on the door. The girl had only just finished brushing her teeth. Rubbing her eyes at the sound of the door. She hadn't expected him to arrive so early. So stiffled a small yawn. "Coming! " She murmured, Attempting to step over Latte who wiggled around her feet. Mewling angrily for food as was his normal routine. Riley briefly wondered where the other one was, But assumed he was waiting by his food dish. Eventually Riley managed to make it past the hungry cat and opened the door. There, She found herself blinking in surprise at the sight of Martin. Was that a tie? He was dressed up so nice. As if he was about to go on a big date somewhere. Riley certainly did not look so nice. She was still wearing her pajamas-With a bit of the case of bed head and she just generally looked like she had just woken up. Yet her eyes were wide. Lifting her hand to rub her eyes a little.

This was... Awkward.. Were those flowers in his hands? She briefly worried he thought they were going somewhere fancy for breakfast. The flowers were sweet.. But maybe a bit weird.. Or maybe Riley had it all wrong and he had found a date on tinder and was going to leave to see her after eating breakfast! Yeah. That seemed more likely. "Hey... Uh... Come in. Come in. " Riley said, Waving her hand to usher him inside. Turning around. "I haven't made breakfast yet. But.. You can get yourself comfortable! " Riley didn't think she had ever invited him into her home.. Right now it was a bit of a mess. What with the boxes littering the house. Her cat was certainly a little curious. Briefly taken away from his desire for food. The feline moved closer to give the males shoe a small sniff. Though his fur was soon spiked up. Clearly he could tell something wasn't right with this dude.

Riley didn't really think Martin was much of a cat person, So she bent down and scooped up her kitty. Who meowed briefly in protest. Telling Martin. "This is Latte. Mocha's some where around here.. Anyway, I need to feed them. Then I'll make breakfast. " She informed. Turning away to march towards the kitchen to leave him to his own devices briefly. Feeding cats came first, Guests second. Besides. She half expected him to follow her. Setting Latte down next to Mocha- Who was indeed waiting patiently by his food bowl. She set out the felines some food before moving to her fridge. She couldn't help but find herself a little on edge, Perhaps after last night. The memory of his grip was still fresh and a large bruise had indeed settled on her arm.
