  • It had taken a day or two for LeFou to get it all set up but the beach was finally decked out and ready for the big event; there was a stereo playing "surfing" music, beach balls for anyone to take, a net set up to play some volleyball and an NPC lifeguard to make sure anyone that went swimming would be safe. On the opposite end of the beach was the promised picnic. On a large blanket laid out a spread of many different food and snacks; a large array of different cooked meats, freshly picked fruits from a lovely Windclanner's donation that came from her garden, lemonade and water, even a large bowl of chips yet untouched but waiting to be dug into. LeFou had also managed to get some coconut milk and make them into fancy looking drinks and had some very delicious smelling sweets sitting out as well. Beside all of this was a cooler, for the older party goers, full of alcoholic beverages. There was plenty to do. It had been a very long time since Riverclan even saw the likes of an event, especially one with allies, so this was a huge deal to LeFou. He had high hopes that this would go over smoothly.

  • Put our service to the test. As if. Gaston wouldn't be working this event... or whatever it was that LeFou had organized. Nevertheless, he would commend the bulldog for putting on a good show, LeFou had always been good at that.

There was food. Switching his gaze between the picnic and LeFou the beauceron was utterly torn for where he should be. LeFou, his best friend. Or food, his stomach's desire.

    LeFou.

Marching over the Nurse, as Gaston had learned what the smaller one's rank was, with his tail flicking happily about despite his will for it to stop Gaston sat down rather close to the party host.

"Bon travail avec la fête, Lefou," (good job with the party, lefou) complimented Gaston as he began watching the people flow in. Surely LeFou would appreciate the sentiment.

Now, when was the last time I had a proper drink?

  • beautifulspirit

So this was the party that their friend had set up? Beautifulspirit would admit that they were impressed. They weren't usually one to attend parties like this, but they had been excited upon hearing LeFou's idea, and they would be glad to see what he had done. It was nice. Beautifulspirit had been flying overhead for a few minutes after returning from giving SunClan their invitation. They finally decided to land by the picnic, smiling as they noticed something. Strawberries. Fruits in general made them happy, but the strawberries caught their eye first.

They found themself a bowl, taking as many strawberries as they could without looking like a selfish pig and flying around for a moment before spotting LeFou. They weren't completely sure that they wanted to approach, seeing as Gaston was there and all, but they did want to at least praise him. "Great job setting all of this up, LeFou," they would say cheerfully, flying over and hovering by their friend. "I am very impressed."

  • Robin was the first non-Riverclanner to show up. Basically, she needed a little break from the trials and tribulations of Sunclan, and for such a large clan, it had a lot of work to be done. Plus, she was a mother, and not only had her clan's duties, but motherly duties. She certainly had a full plate, all the time, forever.

Robin was pleasantly surprised when she found the alcoholic drinks, having been merely joking to Beautifulspirit about wanting some alcohol. Now, she could have some. Of course, she was a responsible adult, so getting drunk was not her goal- she just wanted to relax.

Grabbing a drink indiscriminately, she turned towards the others. "Yes, looks great!" She cheered, and took a sip of her drink, scrunching her face up. Ooh, that's strong.

  • Sugaredpoison followed his deputy onto the RiverClan beach and took a look around the party. Lefou looked like he was doing well, and that he'd spent quite a while setting this up. He was impressed, to say the least, and he didn't regret attending despite the fact that a beach party was no rare occurrence in his world. He did his best not to follow his clan-mate to the alcohol, but honestly, there was no hope of him keeping down the rest of his stuff and somehow his ghoulism allowed him such beverages. He hoped that their allies wouldn't think they were drunks, although it might make sense, seeing as they were a partying clan. "What's up, RiverClanners?" He said as he bounced in formally, three tails swishing in excitement.

  • that justice i had so wanted to replicate

turned to tragedy before my cynical eyes

The young Skywalker had been in the caverns, though with the promise of a beach party, the dark-furred cub set out happily. She had made her way to the beach and was in awe, smiling so very giddily before dashing down onto the sand. Noticing Suga, she grinned. "Oh! Well, sir... Not much, just an awesome party!"

  • theo daremo-uenm-ongnyen ☆

Theo had replaced the normal dream-catcher hanging from her right ram horn for a cute little yellow flower. It seemed appropriate for the beach, but the lioness would surely loose it in the water later. For now it looked pretty though, and it was the thought that counted, right? The flower also helped hide how nervous she was, being around all these people and not knowing who they were and what they were planning to do. Theo just naturally got nervous around people she didn't know.

The girl caught sight of Robin and smiled, knowing she was a friendly face from SunClan and decided she might be good to confide in. She immediately started to speedwalk towards the mother, but failed to notice that someone was in her way. Before she knew it she had run right into Gaston. Theo and the canine were about the same height and she was probably thicker, but in the moment that the girl stumbled backwards and attempted to stutter out an apology, she felt very small. "Gah! I'm... oh, I'm so sorry," she said, flushed and embarrassed.

  • By now Gaston already had a drink in his paws. It wasn't quite as strong as those they used to share at the tavern, but it'd do quite enough for a canine.

Well, he had a drink until some horn-clad lion barreled straight into him. "Qu-Regardez où vous allez," (wha-watch where you're going) the beauceron exclaimed, berating the lioness whom had nearly knocked him over in the process of throwing his drink to the ground.

Letting out a growl the male stood, hackles raised towards the stuttering female. He had to calm down. These were allies. And, as far as he knew, she had said sorry. Thinking of what LeFou did usually calm him down, thinking about war, Gaston gradually backed off, though his slightly curved tail was still up in challenge to the larger feline.

If I was still a man you'd be on my wall, thought the canine with a huff of annoyance.

  • SARANGEREL ♥

Coming to stand beside Theo as she watched Gaston's body language remain somewhat alert, Sarangerel set her gaze on the RiverClanner in a mild manner - her eyes lit in the unspoken question of 'are you going to do this here?'. The first thing she said was not an equal berate to match what he had said to her clanmate, rather a quiet greeting.

"Hi there. I'm Sarangerel, a Goldenblood of SunClan." spoke the feline, for a moment cursing herself for not having got around to learning French. Butching 'bonjour' and 'ca va?' was more than enough for her at that moment in time.

"What's your name, may I ask?"

  • What was this? There were so many different sounds and smells - some he recognized, most he did not - that is was easy for the cub to feel overwhelmed. That, paired with the fact there were now suddenly so many that he didn't know. Val was fine with meeting newcomers on the border, but, more often than not, that was one at a time. This was a little scary, to say the least. As his wide eyes scanned the growing crowd, the first he recognized was Star-Lord. His sister wasn't far.... but she was talking to some stranger. Apprehensive, Valemon padded toward the serval, stopping to stand so close to him that he was brushing against the other's leg. Looking up at his clanmate, he smiled shyly, vaguely noting that he was holding some sort of foul-smelling drink. So, instead of 'cute girls', it would be Val who was stuck to Star-Lord like glue for the entirety of the party.

  • theo daremo-uenm-ongnyen ☆

Theo was simply expecting the male to accept her apology and then they could move on with the party and everything would be fine. What she didn't expect was him to start speaking in another language and suddenly get angry and defensive. He looked like he was ready to kill her for a simple mistake, and Theo tensed up in fear. "Wha- what?" Theo asked in a shaky voice, not really knowing what to do.

Suddenly an angel in disguise swooped in and saved the day by joining the conversation(if it could even be called that). The lioness side stepped so she was closer to Saran and made sure to drop eye contact with Gaston.

  • Crank padded up in interest, looking around at everything. It was all so pretty! Walking over to Valemon, he offered the other young boy a smile before going past him and to the refreshment area. Standing on his hind legs, he placed his front paws on the table, barely even reaching it. Lifting his head up a bit higher so he could see, he looked around for some lemonade. But, a lot of the drinks smelled pretty gross, so he backed up and his front paws landed on the ground quite roughly.

  • W-what?

So she didn't understand French either. He could understand that. Letting out a short sigh the male' style tail lowered.

I'll have to get another drink, he thought begrudgingly as a winged feline came down to supposedly rescue her friend, somewhat amused when the lion hid behind her.

    Sarangel...Name.

    Okay, got that.

"Je m'appelle Gaston," (my name is gaston) the beauceron stated bluntly, quite ready to end this conversation. After all, this new person was only around to end the commotion -- things which he seemed to start whereever he went.

  • I'M BORDERLINE GOOD AND I'M BORDERLINE BAD —

★-- Sasha had been unaware Riverclan was setting up a event, however it was a pleasant surprise when the fae came wandering in. Blinking her icy blue orbs, the fae would look over the area, a soft smile grazing her maw as she finished up. It looked lovely, and certainly seemed like it would be a peaceful, but fun event.

Her wings crossed at the tip of her tail as she wandered, quickly deciding to try a peach, something she had heard about but never tried. She took a bite of the soft fruit, feeling the juice drip down her chin. It was sweet, but also a little on the tart side. Quickly, hoping to not be seen with a trail of juice on her chin, the fae grabbed a napkin and dabbed at her white fur carefully.

RIP OUT THE WINGS OF A BUTTERFLY

The baby slipped over and settled in. Looking for his father, as he normally did. Luke was his safety place.

  • Rookwolk didn't know what to do. With so many people here not of her clan, Rook didn't know if it would be safe to walk amongst them. With her father being who he was, she was very self cautious of her last name. She was aware that some people held grudges, and didn't want to rile anyone up. So, the fluffy demon simply walked over to the food, munching on some chips and berries.

Rook suddenly caught sight of a familiar canine standing over by Gaston and two Sunclanners. Releasing a small smile, Rook padded over," Hello Lefou." She didn't really know what to say after that, so stuck with," This is a nice party."
