Rockpaw heard Bearflight as he ordered them to get on his back, he nodded before boarding the warriors back. He was relieved when Bearflight got them to safety ,but the hairless sphynx started to shiver from the chilling wind that touched his now we skin from the water. He didn't see the others shivering,but he knew the reason for that is that they had fur, his eared laid back at the thought that he wasn't like the others. The she-cat followed her siblings, a terrified look on her face as she limped as fast as she could. She stumbled and sunk her claws into the closest solid thing, which happened to be Dovepaw's fur. Apologizing, she scrambled to her paws and, unhooking her claws from her sister's silky fur, dove through the exit to camp and waited for her siblings on the other side.

"Of course I'll help! I'm just happy that you are okay!" Heronstrike quickly glanced around him to make sure nobody was in any desperate need of help before turning back to Creekfog and the elders. He shook the water that was dripping off of his ears and then awaited for one of the elders to start getting up so he could begin helping.

Milkdapple breathed a huge sigh of relief once she realized Mintdust was okay. Then she heard him say where are we and then reality hit her that they somehow got dragged away from camp. "Well at least we have each other and aren't alone." She meowed quietly but with some panic in her tone. The black and white dappled she-cat then bent down and leaned against him to help him get on his feet. "I can't believe we didn't see that flash flood coming.. We should've warned everyone to leave sooner and then we wouldn't be in this predicament." Milkdapple said with sadness in her tone.

Shade walked slowly, a young white kitten trailing even slower behind him. Both cats were thin and hungry, but they couldn't stop. He was determined to find them, the clan his father had spoken of. They're called Tempestclan, and they'll take care of you. His expression saddened at the thought of his father and Icestar. He and Snow were orphans now, completely on their own. The young tom's stomach grumbled, but he did his best to ignore it. He began to scent more and more markings. Maybe were getting close?

-Widowlily hated the rain. She had grown up in the stormy weather of Tempestclan her whole life, yet even now she hated the immense amount of rain they got. But now... it was even worse. The black she-cat scowled, following after Tigerwish hurriedly. Her yellow eyes went to where a group had gathered at the higher ground leading to the tunnel, shaking the rain off her head. That tunnel was for those who couldn't swim... No doubt her brother and his mate would be there. So, without hesitation, Widowlily began to swim against the waves of water flooding into the camp, hoping to make it to the slope that lead up to the tunnel. Her eyes widened as she spotted Raincloud get swept against a rock right ahead of her. Propelling herself forward, the warrior grabbed a hold of Raincloud's scruff to help her out. "Are you alright?" She mumbled through her fur, eyes shifting to the tunnel as cats began to stream inside. "Help me Tigerwish!" Supporting Raincloud was a struggle. She needed a paw...

-The rain made his fur stick to her frame, the grey tom flattening his ears as thunder echoed off in the distance. What a horrible storm... Sticking close to Ravenflight, Driftstep made sure he was supporting her as they climbed up to the higher part of the camp where the tunnel lied. At his mate's words, the grey tom shot her a confused look. What..? "Is something wrong?" He questioned, a hint of fear creeping into his tone. He paused, blinking at her worriedly before turning back to the tunnel as Inktail opened the way. They couldn't worry about the kits now... They had to go. He nudged the queen forward, nodding to Inktail in thanks. "C'mon... we just need to go for now..." Urging Ravenflight to just go and follow Lakepath.

-As she has grabbed Firstkit's scruff, the black and white she-cat had no words of comfort to offer. She mumbled something incoherent when the young kit began to struggle, finding it more difficult to navigate through the rain. But as soon as Firstkit spotted her mother, she seemed to calm down thankfully. So, Lakepath continued onward, nodding to Inktail as she spotted her former mentor opening up the tunnel entrance. She knew the tunnels well, so she ought to go first right? Going past the small ragged group of cats that gathered, the medicine cat stepped into the cold of the tunnel first. The tunnel had multiple passages, making it possible for someone to get lost. To her knowledge, the stream did not fall underground here. So they would be safe from flooding for the time being as long as they kept right, which would lead them to resurface somewhere by the Twolegplace border. Adjusting to the darkness of the tunnel, the medicine cat quickly found her way, following the familiar path. They had to get to the festival clearing, like Cloudedeye had said. She would take this group to meet back up there...

Darksky-

-Darksky narrowed his eyes, obviously irritated by all the water. But the worry from his eyes faded when Vixenblaze assured him she was okay. "Alright. I'll see you then." He responded back with a curt nod, turning to Badgerpaw and Spiderpaw. They would go on without her. He trusted she would make it out of this alive. The grey and white tabby began to move again, not paying much attention to where Badgerpaw and Spiderpaw ended up. If they were smart they would figure it out on their own. And if they weren't... they would die. Simple as that. "Quit standing around. I'm not going to help you so you better keep moving." He called behind him, continuing to make his way to the slope that led to the camp's main entrance. He wasn't the best swimmer in the world, but he managed. Anything other than fighting he didn't really care for, so he was quite lacking in the skill. Ignoring all those who needed help, Darksky was ready to simply get away. No way was he meeting back at the festival clearing either. He wasn’t wasting time taking care of anyone. What a bother.

-The black tom in truth, was a terrible swimmer. It was just something he had never really tried or made an effort to learn. One of his older brothers had basically knocked him into the water as a young apprentice... which needless to say, wasn’t a very fond memory. So he had never learned. Archwing flinched at the feel of the cold water, hesitating at the warrior den’s entrance to trek into the deeper water. What did he even have to do? The warrior found himself unable to get himself to move. It was intimidating and he was not confident in his swimming ability. “Where?” He echoed, clearly uncertain about everything.

-The sibling pair were among the first cats to make it out safely. Allowing his weaker sister to lean on his shoulder, Skyblaze looked back to the camp in horror as more and more water just spilled in from the river. He wanted to help the others but... Fallenmist was so weak and thin. He had to have helped her. She was his only closest kin. But that didn't stop him from panicking about how many of their Clan was still inside. Including their aunt, cousins, grandfather... and Wolffang. He paused for a moment, only snapping out of his trance when Fallenmist told them they needed to go to the festival clearing. "Y-yeah. Let's go." He agreed, voice falling to a mumble. The white and grey tom began to walk off in the correct direction. Only for him to pause once more as he picked up an odd scent. Loners... Quite suddenly the two loners appeared right before the pair. A duo of kittens. Eyes widening, Skyblaze stepped in front of them. "Stop." He started, raising his voice. This was very odd. What were two kits doing out in the forest in such a horrible storm? "Kits shouldn't be out in the storm. Where are you parents? You're lucky we found you. Anyone else in the Clan might have killed you." He gave a small shiver, thinking on the more... immoral members of the Clan. Yes, these kits were lucky some other hadn't gotten to them.

(I just realized there hasn't been a festival ever since Duskstar got attacked there XD)

Before Thornpaw got to join Spiderpaw, the tom found himself picked up by the scruff suddenly. “Hey, I’m not a kit-“ He protested, promptly shutting up when he realized it was Bearflight. He was so intimidating... his throat dried up and he couldn’t find find any words, so the apprentice simply nodded and did as he was told, relaxing so it made it easier for Bearflight to carry him. It was honestly a bit embarrassing. He was an apprentice after all! Buuuut he didn’t know know how to swim yet. So he probably shouldn’t protest. His fear eased when his aunt approached, offering some soothing words. Huh? That was odd. Every time Shellmint came by the nursery her and mother would get into a fight. Why was she being so nice to him right now? And Bearflight too. He heard his parents talking about the grumpy warrior a while back and they didn’t have any good things to say about him. He remained quiet, taking the opportunity to watch the flood water below. And down there... were his parents. It looked like the water separated them... so was his mother going to join them going through the tunnel? Would she be angry he was with Shellmint and Bearflight?

(To get Thornpaw on the same side as Darksky, perhaps when Bearflight lets him down he ends up getting lost in the tunnels? Resurfacing on the same side as Darksky o:)

- The elder could hardly hear herself over the rain and the three warriors fussing over her. "Alright, alright." she sighed, nodding her head to Silvereagle. "Let's go." With that, she allowed herself to be helped by Heronstrike and Creekfog. She normally did not like being treated like so- she was an elder but she was still capable of taking care of herself, but seeing the circumstances of their situation she was allowing it. Best not to unnecessarily worry anyone after all.

Raggedpath began making his way towards where the tunnel was but soon took notice to Raincloud having trouble. He blinked about to go and help her but Tigerwish and Widowlily seemed to have everything under control as the two warriors went to help the she-cat. He seemed to have taken notice to Lakepath helping Spiritwhisker with Firstkit. He blinked a few times, looking over at the water and watching it start to rise. He frowned before making his way towards where he saw Tinyfoot being rather afraid to leave from the warriors' den. The warrior sighed heavily and then grabbed the small tom, picking him up (since he was only the size of an apprentice) and began swimming off towards the tunnel that Inktail had opened up.

Interacting with: Thornpaw ( Clockworkstar~ ), Rockpaw ( Rock-aholic ), Pricklepaw ( calebbb )

Bearflight continued walking, his eyes focused on where he was going and ears pinned back before they perked up when he saw the medicine cat in sight. He grunted through fur that was trapped in his mouth before quickly padding towards the rather large den before setting Thornpaw down and turning his head to look over at Rockpaw who was still clinging onto his back. "All three of you go through the tunnel, Dovepaw, Dawnpaw, and Owlpaw will be on the other side" He ordered and then nudged the apprentices to hurry up. Once they started crawling through the dirt tunnel, he turned his head to look over his shoulder once more before looking at Shellmint, blinking when she stated that she would be out on the other side watching over the apprentices. He nodded to the she-cat before turning and quickly bounding off. Since he was a strong swimmer, he didn't mind being one of the few that would most likely have to swim out of camp. He wasn't afraid of any water, no matter how big it was. His ears pinned back against his head as he walked over towards the warriors' den and poked his head inside, seeing that everyone was out. Good.

Interacting with: Pricklepaw, Thornpaw, Rockpaw, Dawnpaw ( lavendes ), Owlpaw ( Wolfiee )

Shellmint continued following after Bearflight, keeping a firm grip onto Pricklepaw. Her tail lashed as she stayed near the brown tabby, seeing that he seemed to able to stand his ground even though the water was threatening to try and push him down. She knew how much of a strong swimmer the tom was and was quite grateful for that. She didn't utter a word until they got to the dirt tunnel that was opened for them. She watched as the dark tabby placed Thornpaw down and then ordered Rockpaw to get off his back. Shellmint gently placed Pricklepaw on the ground as well, watching as the three apprentices were nudged towards the tunnel and told to get to the other side when Bearflight's kits were waiting for them. Shellmint blinked a few times before speaking. "I'm going to go on ahead and watch over the apprentices to make sure nothing happens to them" She meowed as she waited for the last apprentice to get through the hole before she crawled in after them.

Tigerwish continued making her way towards where the cats that were gathered where the tunnel had been opened up for them. Her ears were flattened against her head as she swam before suddenly perking them when she took notice to Widowlily swimming off. "Widowlily!" She called, becoming worried for the she-cat. She sighed heavily and then swam after her. Where was she going? It took the orange tabby some time but she finally took notice to Raincloud who was having trouble swimming against the current. She pushed herself to swim faster towards the two when her friend had called her for help. "I'm here, I'm here" She meowed, swimming up beside the other she-cat and then grabbing onto the gray feline's scruff and then helping Widowlily pull her along towards the tunnels. Tigerwish may not like anyone in this clan, except Widowlily and Minimarsh, but if Widowlily needed her help with something, she was going to help, that was really the only exception, everyone else could go die in a burning hole for all she cared.

Badgerpaw blinked when Vixenblaze had promised them that she was okay. The apprentice frowned but nodded at what Darksky had said back to her. He watched as the she-cat just nodded back before backing up and then quickly swimming off. He frowned before turning his head to look over at Darksky and then nodded at the tom. He turned his body around and quickly raced after the tom. His ear twitched as he looked over towards the camp, frowning as he listened to the water engulfing the camp but also the yowling coming from his clanmates. He just huffed and turned is head to face forward. He continued following Darksky. He was wondering where they were going since he was sure that Darksky wasn't going to want to go to where the festival was so it really got him wondering where they were going and if Vixenblaze would even know as well. His tail lashed as he continued walking however, not bothering to ask since he was focused on walking and then had shifted his attention and focus to ahead of him.

Rubbleclaw blinked when Archwing seemed confused to where he was supposed to be going. He frowned and then narrowed his eyes a bit before grabbing onto the other's scruff and then pulling him along. He padded into the water and then began doggy paddling as he swam over towards where the tunnel was. His ears were perked up as he focused on getting the tom towards the tunnels so they he could get out of camp more easily, though he was having a bit of a problem swimming through the current with having to carry Archwing with him. "Archy, I need you to swim for me, please, if you don't, we're going to get swept under the water" He meowed as he shifted his eyes towards the tom and then frowning as he spoke through his fur, causing his voice to be muffled. He continued pushing forward despite not having the best luck swimming any faster towards the tunnels.

Creekfog smiled when Heronstrike came to help her, blushing faintly when he said that he was glad she was okay. "Don't worry about me, swimming against strong currents is my specialty!" She purred before looking over at Embershade and then nodding before quickly swimming towards the tunnels. Her eyes shifted around before she focused on getting them to the tunnels. She was hoping they would get by this very quickly. Her ears pinned against her head as she continued swimming towards where the other cats were gathered around the tunnel.

Burntheart noticed everyone getting to high ground, she tired to paddle against the waves of water flooding into the camp. She squealed before the water engulfed her again in its embrace of darkness. After a few heart beats she resurfaced above the murky water," Help!" she called out, she was starting to get tired after being in the water for sometime now, her muscles began to ache because of her panic. Rockpaw clung onto Bearflight until he addressed them and told them to go into the tunnel, the hairless tom nodded and crawled off of the warrior, his paws finally touching the sopping ground. He looked at Thornpaw and Spiderpaw, " Shall we go?" he asked, still shaking from cold a the droplets still spilled from the sky touching his bare skin. Interaction: vixen-chan. Clockworkstar~

IC: "Thank y'all" she coughed around more water the smaller warrior felt the sharp suddle pain of teeth in her scruff. She began to paddle again to the tunnels finally reaching where she could touch semi-solid ground. She was looking around making sure no one needed help after she caught her air finally.

She walked behing the other cats toward the weird tunnels. She was never being here and she didn't even know that inside the medicine cats den was something like this.

She waked at the noises, screaming, raining, yowling and so many other voices. Yawning she stood out and didn't get long for her to figure out what was going on here. Thought at the fist she just standed there, without doing nothing, she was so shocked and didn't know what to do. Shaking her now wet pelt she clearned her mind and looked the cats running around here and there, it was suck a caos. She noticed Duskstars massive shadow moving near where she was standing "Duskstar, Duskstar, where are we going?" she meowed trying to not show that panicked as she was.

Stalking to mice she was noticed that it was easier to hunt in dark, than in day times. The darkness covered her almost black torthoiseshell pelt and it was almost impossible to see her.

He poked his sister up and started to follow the others toward the tunnels, he blinked in suprised when appreared to it "wow there is somehting like this? I didn't know did you Hollowcliff?" he meowed glancing at his sister, which standed next to him.

She followed behing her Brother, keeping a good eyes on him, becasue he didn't want to get lost. Blinking in suprise too when noticed the tunnels coming from the medicine cats den "wow, there is a whole tunnel there, where it will go?" she meowed flicking her tail curiously.

Always suck a strong and rought tom he was, but at that very moment when he realised that the camp was flooding he run off, without looking back or warning anyone. He run toward the clan borders when stopped panting hard. Flicking his ears for the cold rain he looked his paws, noticing what he was done, he left his clan to drown. It's not like he really cared for Tempestclan, but still he started to feel bad for them who he actually liked.

She followed after Lakepath, she didn't want to lost her, becasue she could lost her kit as well. Thought the tunnels was indeed new to her and she get nervous if the dark tunnel could get Firstkit scared. Swalloing nervously she walked next to the former medicine cat "where this is going? Is that tunnel safe?" she meowed questioning the she-cat.

Shade stood as tall as he could as a few warriors suddenly appeared in front of him. "My name is Shade. I need to know, are you Tempestclan warriors?" he asked. He'd intentionally ignored the other question for the moment, hoping the tom wouldn't press further.

Snow

Snow shivered miserably in the rain. Her thin white fur hung onto her skin, making her pink skin underneath clearly visible. As a group of strangers appeared before them, she looked up with wide, frightened eyes and pressed close to Shade, partially using is body as an umbrella. "Sh- sh- shade... I'm cold," she muttered, not caring about the conversation between Shade and the other tom.

❄Minimarsh looked at Smoketail and nodded. She stood up, her back leg still gave her trouble every here and there and well, this was one of those moments. She looked towards Jetsage and gave him a small smile before turning back to Smoketail. "Thank you Smoketail. ❄Nightcloud curled his body in a tighter ball as Midnightfur began to try to wake him. He was startled by the, what seemed to be concern in his voice. He soon understood why. He lept up and looked at her before nosing her to go first. "You go first. I'd never forgive myself if I went first and something happened to you" He said, smiling caringly at her. His green eyes looked towards the entrance of the den. He exited after Midnightfur, just following her lead to where to go

❄Poppysnow's eyes were quickly scanning around, her focus was now on finding Minnowpaw, Applefall had seemed to escape her mind at this point. Finally she caught a sight of the she-cat and began swimming towards her. "Minnowpaw!" She called as she got closer, her neck reaching out and just barely grabbing Minnowpaw by the scruff and pulling her closer to her. She put her paw around her and let go of her scruff, looking the apprentice up and down for anything around before pulling her in for a sort of hug. "I was worried about you Minnow" She said softly, licking the top of her head affectionately

❄Mintdust looked at her before resting his tail on her shoulder "No need to blame yourself Milkdapple. Cloudedeyes and I are just as much to blame for not giving a Warning. But I agree. At least we have each other. But i do think we should try to get back to the camp as soon as possible. Who knows what is happening there right now" He said, looking around. He had no idea which way they had come from, fear was evident in his face as he looked around.

❄Sunpaw watched as Bearflight and 3 of his kits came in, and some others. She looked around, silently wondering where Coldpaw was but then her focus changed to Thornpaw as he came in with Bearflight and the others. The she-cat got butterflies in her stomach and she smiled, she could actually talk to the tom now but what about? He was trainning to be a warrior and she to be a Medicine Cat. They were on two completely different paths. Just as quickly as she got lost in thought, Inktail brought her back to reality saying something about grabbing herbs. Oh yeah, Flood The shy apprentice reminded herself. She ran to the herb storage and grabbed 2 Beech Leaves, beginning to piling herbs on the leaf. She wasnt paying much attention to what exactly she had grabbed, panic slightly settling over her. She took a deep breath to calm herself down before folding the two leaves over and picking them up in her mouth, both filled with herbs, some stick out of either side of the leaf.

❄Coldpaw looked at Koipaw, wrapping his tail lightly around the older toms back paw in a comforting way but it was loose enough to where if he wanted to get away he could. Coldpaw then focused on the task at hand, getting out of the den. He walked out the entrance and began swimming. Coldpaw wasnt the best of swimmers in the clan, but he was getting better. He honestly just hated the water. He saw Lakepath leave the Medicine Cat's den then looked towards the entrance to the entire camp. He sighed then looked at Koipaw "I guess we should head towards the camp Entrance? Seems to be our best bet?" He said in a slightly asking manner, not entirely sure what to do

Vivitross looked in horror as the clearing of the clan began to be swallowed up by the water that rushed in through the entrance. The ocelot feline made rushed toward the tunnel, she had to swim to get to it, so she jumped into the water using her strong legs to push her toward the land where the tunnel was. "This is Snow," Shade said as he indicated the tiny white kitten by his side. He then looked at the females who'd spoken, noticing her apparent soft spot for Snow. "Our fathers were warriors of this clan. Well, mine was anyway. They... we got separated and my father told me to find Tempestclan. He said you would look after us." He stared up at the older warriors with a hopeful look in his eyes. He'd heard stories about these cats, but would reality match up, or would they simply leave them out here in the freezing rain.

OOC: Looking at the previous posts, I assume the flood is starting already, so I'll plot this girlie down somewhere.

★ ★ ★— Moonriver was shaken by the chaos. It appeared that the majority of the TempestClanners were in search of higher grounds where water wouldn't be able to tangle them into a whirlpool of mayhem. The brown tabby she-cat scanned the area looking for ways to either assist others or just tag along. Her deformed belly swung low enough that it scraped the mere surface of the growing waters. Moonriver flicked her ears, listening for her Clanmates, trying to find a safe zone. Splashing about through the pouring water, the warrior dashed around trying to find someone to accompany her. Her moon gaze shone through the rain.
