  • TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Valeria had never been to the beach before. She had seen the rainforest, the desert, the mountains, any possible landform, but the ocean had been a mystery for a while. Her intense goldenrod gaze mixed with the frothing blue, and the sea foam gurgled within her eyes. On the wind, the scent of sea salt fluttered, and as she opened her mouth, the smell settled upon her tongue and gave her a taste of the sea. The methodical sound of waves against the wet sound soothed her and mystified her into a stupor that calmed much of the noise in her head. Briefly, she wondered what would have happened if she and her mother could have experienced this ephemeral moment together. The sand almost seemed to smile and nod at her as she dropped her leather bag to the soft, plush grains.

The ocean licked at her paw. Feeling the fur on her paw dampen, Valeria glanced down, her expression stony. As the water pooled around her creamy white paws, the blackened tabby cat her gaze out to the distant horizon. The thoughts bounced around in her head for a few moments, the sinking sun calling to her. The wind began to pick up until it whipped around her, pushing her forward and forward, until the calm waters had reached her chest. Red had begun to bleed over the sea until the blue had become purple, so that the yellow of her gaze was lost in its darkened depths. The forest whispered from behind her, rumors and secrets passed from leaf to leaf. A cacophony of sound erupted in her mind and bled into the world around her, infecting everything she had once loved about the picturesque scene.

The noise stopped. The water calmed. The wind stilled. She stepped back and the sea receded back to its home and stared at her. Nearing her bag, she flipped open the sundried leather and batted out a clear, obscure bottle. From its bottle, she lapped out a dark substance and licked her lips.

  • "Not many actively trespass onto the beach. This is Riverclan, so do you have any business here?" The doberman had been quiet in his approach, eyes observant to the tabby feline before him. He really didn't know what it was that he had seen or witnessed but it spooked him greatly. He sighed lowly as he shook himself, trying to remain calm but the things he was seeing among the life of a clanner was strange and not the same life he used to lead before. He was still having trouble remembering what had happened to him and his human before he had washed up on the other side of this spite of land. Half of him was angry about not remembering while the other side of him was about to give up hope. Still the leader settled down and gave a light nod of his head for her to go on with what she wanted to say.

//sorry for the long wait in a reply!

  • && I found in you, what was lost in me !

Obscuro had seen many of odd things, but there was nothing really in riverclan that could be considered odd beside the creatures who called it home. Vibrant contrast to each other in different variants. Some brilliantly shining and some jaded with time and age. Out of everything the beast had explored, had witnessed of not only this clan but the many clans that called this world their home- herself included; it was the creatures and the temperament tat interested her the most. Their personalities constantly shifting and forming as the needs arised.

When she stepped up beside the doberman, a light smile settled on her expression. Brilliant azure gaze landing on the seeming distant feline who stared off into the wrong side of the border, towards the river that stood as a border for them. Normally joiners would trespass, it wasn't much uncommon as one thought it'd be. Yet someone to trespass and look the opposing direction was an odd occurrence in it's own. However it worked as it's charm and piqued the wolve's interest.

  • It didn't make much sense for anyone to trespass, in Lefou's eyes. Sure there was the possibility that they did not know where they were and had no clue that this place was run by Riverclan, but couldn't they scent other people close by? Perhaps they just didn't care either way. Though Lefou supposed the reason behind other people's actions was none of his business and he should just stop digging for answers. All Lefou hoped that this ended peacefully. Perhaps she was here to join. Silently, the small sized canine came to sit beside Desmond and Obscuro, offering a greeting nod to Valeria. Waiting to hear what the stranger might say to their leader.
