Nayomi had come to this party expecting anything but this. Drinks, dancing, possibly even some games. But never a shower of burning balls shooting down towards them. As soon as she had entered, she had made her way over to Alexus, about to greet her bestfriend when she heard the loud voice booming above them. Her head snapped up to stare at the sky and her jaw was wide open, frozen in the spot. A gigantic dragon loomed in the sky and Nayomi felt a chill run down her spine. They were not safe, nobody was. The things he was saying about Sweetophelia...They couldn't be true could they? All their allies were gathered here! It would be sadistic if she had truly planned this. Snapping into reality from Imperia's yelling her expression hardened. "Follow Imperia, everybody get to cover!" She screamed as loud as she could over the commotion.

FOURTHWALL FALLOUTDeputy of The Blackheart Rogues
@( witchpaw )
"JUST BECAUSE WE CHECK OUR GUNS AT THE DOOR "This guy, he was just so damn innocent. He'd followed along like a loyal puppy on my heels the entire way, more than grateful to have been included. I figured he deserved it. He hadn't caused me any trouble yet, and I was in a decent enough mood. I still had that unsettling feeling though, the one that I couldn't put a name to. Watching him get excited over the idea of a party and fireworks made me smile, even though I tried not too. It was too real of a smile, not my usual smirk or grin.
As I'd mentioned before, I had a tendency not to take thing personally. The political stuff I'd been dealing with was business, and I hadn't had any personal grudges over anything. Hell, this world was about survival, and I was a practical person. I'd known going into most of those places that I was going to be met with a lot of skepticism. We were a smaller clan that still had a long way to go before we earned any reputation with anyone, but that didn't mean we had to stand alone. My experience with Blizzardclan hadn't made me bitter though, and when Witchpaw came over I recognized him quickly enough being all zombified and stuff, and offered him a grin before replying "Hey, don't be all? And yeah, I'm Fourthwall. This guy here is Lukas, one of our newer members." As I mentioned him I'd glance behind me so that the Blizzardclanner knew who I was talking about. "This lake is pretty bitchin'. This partys gonna be a blast."
Or at least it would have been a blast, if what happened next hadn't of, well, happened. Things went to shit fast. I recognized Ululare from my days back in Bloodclan the first time around, but it had only been at a distance and I'd never cared much to get to know him. But he was bringing a shit ton of trouble with him, trouble that was quite literally crashing the party. "Damn it.." I'd growl, taking a protective step toward Lukas so that I was standing over him. Things were happening fast, and while I doubted that Ululares accusation of the Blizzardclan Leader was true, I knew Sweetophelia about as well as I knew Ululare, so who knew?
"Looks like the partys cut short. If Blizzardclan needs a place to bail to, you guys are welcome in the Rogues camp. I've gotta get him out of here though. I'll come back to help." I'd say, but I didn't have time to sit and chat. Leaning down I'd grab Lukas by the scruff before teleporting out of Blizzardclans territory.

**PLEASE NOTE;; Fourthwall is known to break the 4th wall, as his name suggests. He is a person who -instead of gods or reincarnation- thinks that he is just a character made up in a story, and so nothing he says or does has any real consequence. This allows him to suppress emotions like guilt or hesitation in order to enrich his life, as he believes that nobody is actually real, and so none of the bad things he does to others in order to enjoy himself are real either. He will often refer to his 'Writer' during 1st person posts and complain about the way they write him or his story, and is convinced that the entire world and FF's reality is just some big story. ** -

SARANGEREL ♥
Mademoiselle. French. Such a pretty, rich language - one day Sarangerel was going to learn it herself. The fae smiled as Imperia began to introduce herself - her head turning abruptly at the sound of a deep, rough voice. A dragon. And clearly, he wasn't here for a barbecue by the looks of him. Ululare, people had begun to shout...and Saran too knew the name. A former flame of her lover. Even to Ruin, Ululare had been a prick; despite the fact she had spoken of him fondly, particularly when mentioning her last few days in BloodClan.
It made sense he would be, ah, a prick now. After all, raining down meteors on a cordial gathering wasn't an activity most people undertook. He claimed that Sweetophelia had been part of the plan - but Sarangerel dismissed the statement without a second thought. The phrase just didn't ring true.
Already masses of people had begun to move off, and she was jostled as they fled - separated from Imperia, the wolf she had only just met. She could hear her screaming about having to move, which the Goldenblood agreed with; staying in one place, with molten rock plummeting to the earth, didn't seem like a bright plan.
Where was Suga? Had he even had time to get here?
Forcing down the panic which had risen in her chest, Sarangerel leaped into the sky and raised a shell of electricity above her body. The crackling shield screeched as pebbles hit it, the small stones being thrown back into the air in violence. For smaller missiles, it would defend her - but not against a big meteor. Her best chance was to stay beneath the islands and dart from shadow to shadow...but she had to help at least one other clanner escape the terror before she did so.
"I can carry one person!" Saran called, her voice shrill and loud as she gazed down at the crowd below with frantic eyes.
-
Molly forced the panic down and shouted, "I can take someone, too!" It'd have to be a small someone but the gryphon wanted to help the most she could.

GOD HAS GIVEN YOU ONE FACE,
AND YOU MAKE YOURSELF ANOTHER・゚✧It all happened so fast. Sweetophelia's pale Valryian eyes were immediately locked on Uluare's, anger stirring in her when he had dared to pin the blame for his own actions on her. Her anger only increased when it became apparent that some of her clanmates apparently believed the word of some psychotic stranger over the animal who had led their clan for several months and had served as a loyal member of BlizzardClan for much longer.
"We're not on the islands," she growled, frustrated by the entire situation. Shimmer Lake was located far below the floating islands, down on the earth. "If there are members left on the islands, they need to be evacuated but we are not abandoning BlizzardClan territory." There would be no need to. "Witchpaw. Pierce." Her sons and Fadingmoon didn't seem to be present. "I want you to lead the others away from the party - go to the mountains." Even Uluare and his "meteors" wouldn't be able to penetrate the deepest recesses of the BlizzardClan mountains.
That said, she refocused her attention onto Uluare, contempt seeping into her scowling mouth. "You are a pathetic creature, a fucking has-been," she sneered. "You never made something of yourself, never was a somebody, so you decided to wipe out the clans to satisfy your ego instead?" In her lioness form she was not a physically intimidating individual but size wasn't everything. "If you want to throw down, we'll do it right now." She wouldn't have considered Uluare a worthy opponent by any manner of dignity but she wasn't looking to drag out this "little incident" either.
Neglecting to wait for a response, the BlizzardClan leader moved forward to attack, shooting out a hot blast of fire aimed directly at the leader of the End Game. She'd fight fire with fire.

Ice Demon — Yuki-Onna — Blizzardclan Paladin Trainee — she/her
The party was over. The happiness ruined and was taken over by the chaos of showering meteors. Yuki-Onna's eyes narrowed into slits, seeing the dragon Ululare accusing Sweets for causing this. She didn't question her leader, having complete faith that this was never planned out to begin with.
Hearing Pierce tell her to go, the angora shakes her head placing her tail on his back. "No Pierce, you should go." she said, making a loud whistling sound and letting it echo. Before long her pet dragon dives down straight for her, landing in front of them. The ice dragon growls at seeing another one of its kind in the sky but focuses back to them. Yuki-Onna climbs on its back, letting it pick flap its wings and heads to the sky heading for some of the incoming meteors.

Ska'arq's attention had been fully on Ululare, caught in a fit of rage. A murmur by his head startled him, and the dragon wavered in the air as his head whipped around. Witchpaw had clambered onto his back before he took off. "O-oh, sure-" he said, cutting off as Sweetophelia's shout rang out below. Eyes snapping down to her, he hardly had time to dive out of the way, spreading the wings to stop his descent as a trail of fire was sent into the sky. Ska'arq's scales were fireproof- but he doubted Witchpaw was. He glanced back at the feline again. "Sweetophelia gave you an order. Do you want me to help or do you want me to let you down?" If they were simple cats or dogs, Ska'arq could easily carry about five more to the mountains. More would likely tire him out quicker.

ITS ONLY LIKE A LITTLE BIT CREEPY-☆
Kageyama had stood silent, watching people come in. There was.. something tense in the air. The way she felt whenever something was going to happen, like her seizure or the body change. The doberman frowned, then glanced to Alexus as she beelined over. The doberman took a few moments to respond, opening her maw to answer when she heard the laughter.
Damnit.
The doberman's eyes flicked up and she grit her teeth. Her ears pressed to her head. "We gotta fuckin' move." Kageyama shouted over the sudden commotion, moving swiftly to Alexus and nudging her head towards the mountains. "We need to take people and move. I can carry some cats, I think." Kageyama mentioned, glancing over her great sized body before looking back towards Alexus.

♥ It was just his luck that he'd taken a few minutes longer to get ready for the party than everyone else had. After all, he couldn't just show up without his traditional paint markings, especially the eyeliner. His fur needed to look fantastic, so that the BlizzardClanners knew he took them and their parties seriously, which is what ha made him late. The first thing his golden eyes settled on was the figure of Ululare summoning up some huge ass falling rocks. He didn't have time to think to himself about how much he hated the dragon or what he wanted to do to him. He knew that Sarangerel and his other clan-mates were down there, about to get hit by these things. He had to save them, and his allies as well.
Sugaredpoison dove towards the lake, using all four wings to slide him different directions to escape the meteors. It didn't take long for him to spot his own clan-mates, so he stayed close to them, but shouted, "I can carry one of you in my mouth, one in my paws, and a very small one of you on my back. Who wants a ride?" -
Okay. They were evacuating. Okay. Jerseyboy wanted to knock that fucker upside his head, but he was way up in the air. He dug his claws into the ground and decided to let it go.
The tuxedo tom ushered a few scared party-goers out of the area, green gaze sharp as he scanned for anything more suspicious. Jerseyboy scowled, seeing his Nayomi and Imperia among the crowd. Shit, they had better not get hurt. They looked like they got it handled, by he still felt the urge to go over to them.
Suddenly, a cry pierced his ears. "Mommy!" It was a kit. What was it doing here? Was someone really dumb enough to bring it along? Jerseyboy huffed and darted across the crowd, taking the lone kit into his jaws. He spotted a winged creature that was offering rides to fleeing animals and he handed the kit over to them. "Hurry up." Jerseyboy grunted.
Suddenly, that reminded him: where was Jacob? Was he here? Where was Wimund? Jerseyboy felt a frustration and anxiety overwhelm him as he realized that he knew where none of his friends were. Shaking his head, he turned back and headed back into the crowd.

//i'M SO LATE
AND ALL OF MY OTHER CHARACTERS ARE GONNA BE LATE TOO. GOTTA MAKE LIKE FOUR POSTS IN A ROW HERE
also retro to the thread i'm about to post w/ wildyonderWildyonder had been relaxing in the corner on his own, content to listen to the hustle and bustle of the clans from a distance. But one voice stood out above all the rest--a menacing tone, mocking words... and then the first meteor hit. The paladin dove for cover, shielding himself from the carnage as best he could, panic snuffing out his senses as he reeled to try and understand the situation. Sweetophelia had set them up? No, no, there was no way she would, no way she could... Still, the seeds of doubt were planted in the male's mind, and even as his gut wrenched with guilt for considering the attacker's words, he couldn't help but repeat them in his mind.
Another crash sounded, and the blind tabby sprang into action--he wouldn't be helpless this time. He couldn't be helpless this time. A surge of determination coursed through him, and he wove his way through the crowd as best he could, although screams and smoke clouded his working senses. But what could he do? He had no powers, he had no fighting or medical prowess, and he had no sight. But... he did have the territory down here practically memorized. Even through the chaos, he was a fantastic navigator on familiar land. "I'm going to check the camp up on the islands!" he called out, voice strained with stress. "There might be wreckage up there , too--I'm sure some Blizzardclanners stayed behind!"

I'M TAKING BACK MY FREEDOM ⚫
Marina was late to the party, and now she was wishing she had never shown up at all. The booming she'd heard on her way over was, evidently, not fireworks. She stood in shock, limbs frozen, eyes wide, breath staggered and shallow. She was terrified. The nymph had never experienced pain or cruelty before, never stumbled upon strife. Her life had been lonely, but it had been easy. Who would do something like this? Who would hurt others so gleefully? Her shaky gaze shifted upwards, focusing on Ululare fearfully.
She couldn't even scream, her cognitive functions entirely preoccupied with trying to understand the scene before her. Her first experience with the world--her first experience even outside of Sunclan. How unfortunate. With a single glance at the events before her, her unbridled optimism shattered.
Out of the corner of her eye, Marina spotted her mentor. How was he so composed, offering help to others as if this were an everyday occurrence? Was it an everyday occurrence? Was she really so oblivious to the outside world? Still, Suga's resolve seemed to harden the warden's own. She snapped out of her trance, blue eyes brimming with fire. "I can help someone out!" she chimed in frantically, although she was still figuring out how she could help someone. She would cross that bridge when she came to it. For now, she just had to do her best. For Sunclan!

Witchpaw really wanted to stay and fight this dumbass, but Sweet's orders were above anyone else's, even his own thoughts. "Yes, m'am!" The zombie replied. He gently padded Ska'arq on the back. "Thanks for the ride- I can get off myself, I can float down, I just can't fly." He would then leap off the dragon.
It was beautiful. He fell at a slower pace alongside meteors, and enjoyed the short time he had before he landed roughly, spraining his ankle, but he kept moving despite the pain. "We need to go to the mountains," He said, repeating Sweet's orders, and then nudged Wildyonder. "No- we can't risk it, we have to get out of here!" He said, trying to stay calm. "We can check once we've all evacuated. Less talk, more moving," He told Wild, before glancing around, not wanting to leave without helping others first.

challenging angels in a new age now —
Coldfever wasn't even surprised. The spirit had been through disasters of equal and greater caliber for as far back as she could remember, and while she was vaguely curious at the appearance of such an event in the mortal world, she was not caught off-guard. Still, that didn't mean she failed to recognize the magnitude of trouble this would cause. The Darkclanner's eyes narrowed as the meteors rained down, and she drew herself up into a sitting position as the fun began.
Immediately, the canine began to search for an escape route, far too interested in self-preservation to worry herself with others. Plus, Blizzardclan had invited The Blackheart Rogues, which earned them a black mark in Coldfever's book. On top of that? The one causing this whole ruckus was accusing Sweetophelia of helping him. While it did sound a bit fishy, Coldfever wasn't takign any chances--she wanted as little involvement with this clan as possible. To hell with making a good impression!

Pierce's gaze snapped over to the lioness as she spoke up, addressing both him and Witchpaw. His blood roared in his ears, drowning almost everything else surrounding him, but he focused on his leader, nodding. He was relieved to hear her words to defend herself, even if he had already known she wasn't the one to blame for this. This was completely the lowlife Ululare's doing. "Understood, Sweet," he said softly, glad to have something specific to do. His attention lifted up to Witchpaw, perched on Ska'arq up in the air, before back to the others. The deputy would be down soon, he was sure.
He turned to the panic-stricken crowd, feeling his legs attempting to shake. Stop it, he thought as he took a deep breath to steady himself. Then, springing into action, the serval called to the party-goers, "Alright, everyone, I'm gonna need you to try to stay calm! Just follow me and the guy in the witch hat - Witchpaw -, okay? We're gonna take care of you!" His voice would hopefully carry over the other shouts and screams and urge the others to start moving as well. Soon, Witch was on the ground and helping. Oh, good. Everything will be fine, he told himself, glancing around for someone to assist. Sweetophelia could totally handle this guy... right?

Riju had come along too, having enjoyed some food and some pleasant conversations with NPCs. Then, a dragon started launching meteors at them, and then she was terrified. It was just a nice party... what had happened? She was horrified and saw her life flash in front of her eyes, hearing the vice-leader's comment. She gazed at the one with the witch hat, about to go over to him; when she saw Coldfever dart past her. "Fever!" She yelled for her only Darkclanner companion, bounding after her. "D-Don't leave me behind! Please!" She was crying, not wanting to die right now.

FORGET WHAT YOU SEE; LEAVE IT TO ME —
Witchpaw had a point, and Wildyonder knew it. He bit his lip in frustration. He felt fury rise in his chest, but, guiltily, he smothered it. he had no time to for anger. Reluctantly, bitterly, he nodded, taking a step backwards before turning around and sticking close to the deputy--it was the only scent he could make out through the disarray. "I'm coming back for them," he stated, voice far harsher than usual--partially from the smoke that he'd breathed in, but the emotions he usually kept a tight reign on were seeping into his words, giving them an edge he didn't often have.

Riju's voice broke Coldfever's concentration on escape. A jolt of confusion ran through her, and she blinked, suddenly looknig a bit disoriented. Right, I'm...This wasn't the spirit world. no, she was on Earth, and she was in a clan. She had clanmates. Dark eyes locked onto the lieutennant, and the baku began to sprint towards her, only stopping once she had reached the Darkclanner's side. "Stay close," she advised, eyes already scanning the area once more for a way out. As a fox spoke out, advising them to follow either him or a kid in a hat, her expression took on a distrusting aspect. She looked back to Riju, gaze calculating. "I'm heading out a different way, as soon as I find one--I don't trust these Blizzardclanners one bit. Are you coming with me?"

Though Riju didn't have the same distrust for Blizzardclan that Coldever had, she still would go with her no matter what. "O-Of course!" She said, clearly terrified out of her mind, wanting to cling by one of the only two people she knew. "I don't know if there's any safer way, though..."
