    Neither reading or writing were strong points for Alexus. Granted, she had very few strong points. However, out of the numerous things that the wolf wasn't very good at, reading was one of her better subjects. Though larger words were sometimes hard for her to make out, she had enough knowledge to read a few novels. She only needed reading material. Fortunately, she had been gifted a few books by one of her friends, and jumped right into reading them.

    The first book she had chosen to read was called Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. She had clutched the book in her slightly unsteady grasp and taken it over to a tree to escape the heat under the refreshing shade of the leaves. It seemed interesting based on the cover, but the girl was only a few pages in. Despite having just started the novel, the paladin was completely engulfed in the book, her eyes hungrily traveling over the pages as fast as she had ever read. Reading was more fun than she thought.
