It occurred to Serafin as he stepped up onto the podium that this was the first time he had ever done this. Seeing the meeting room from the stage provided a whole new perspective of the room. It was easy to see all the empty chairs stacked against the wall from here. The angel let out a long sigh before calling out over the old microphone, "Darkclan, gather for a meeting."

challenging angels in a new age now —
Coldfever was the first to arrive, slipping into the meeting room quietly and offering Serafin a brief nod of acknowledgement. The lumbering she-wolf took a seat near the front, dark eyes fixed rigidly on the leader.

Riju was next to approach, having remembered the room. Finally! She was glad. She sat next to Coldfever. "We're all here," The girl would joke, flicking an ear.
-
Serafin offered a small smile to the two. Riju's jokes were painfully true sometimes. Once everyone had settled in, Serafin began. "Good. First thing's first. Riju, both you and Coldfever are promoted to lieutenants for now. Keep it up and you two may be looking at further promotions." he announced. Promotions were the fun part of a meeting in Serafin's opinion. Now on to the not-so-fun part. "Second, I am officially declaring the Blackheart Rogues enemies of ours. I would like to plan a raid to show them that their behavior will not be tolerated. In the meantime, I do not care if you capture or injure their members, in fact I encourage it." The commander was still bitter over that border skirmish. That sort of aggressive, inconsiderate behavior was fine by him as long as they were prepared to receive the exact same treatment from Darkclan.

She perked up. Her, a lieutenant? "Oh! Thank you so much, Sera; I promise to make you proud," She said excitedly, nodding. She now had some authority. She listened to the news, and frowned; of course those stupid rogues got on their bad side. Bad idea, she thought, and planned to see what she could do in the capture-and-torture-part of that, and was excited for his raid against them.
