I only use peroxide for pimples in dire emergencies, idk it works best for me, but I don't do it often. Just quick fixes.

I use this long term med that prevents pimples, they'll start to wane you off it as time goes on so that you can naturally be without pimples

As a nurse aide, I can tell you Tyne best way to clean a wound is with warm, soapy water and once it is clean, put some antibiotic ointment and covert with a bandaid. For pimples, you can lance it parallel to the skin with a STERILIZED needle and then clean the same way
