  • K fell into thought while his hands gripped around Tenebri's wrist, trying to get some air. "Are you sure it's a good thing to take everyone out? Surely your impression on her will weaken. Her eyes have obviously never seen death." K recalled the few people he had sitting with her in the room right now, wondering if the demon would go as far as to scare the girl away to keep her from the humans.

  • He had a point. Against his better judgement, Tenebris lowered his hand until the other male could once again stand on the ground. His grip loosened slightly around his neck. "Perhaps you're right." he mumbled, "But tell me if I'm right: there is nothing standing in my way from taking and hiding her anywhere within this castle. Right now."

  • Although it wasn't loosened much, K took in as much air as he could lie this. Coughing slightly. "Its possible to hide her, but do you think we can't find the spot where you hid her?" K questioned. Having fairly big knowledge on the castle.

  • A devilish smirk spread across his lips. "We'll see, now won't we?" Tenebris' grip around the other's neck was released as the demon vanished in a swirl of wispy black smoke. He reformed in the shadows of the room that he first saw Willow in when he first arrived at the kingdom.

  • Willow had just finished kicking the people out of her room, pressing against the door so they couldn't get back in. She had been annoyed by the awkward silence and the way they were looking at her so she had shooed them away. Now she was playing a game with the cat creature, tossing raisins for the creature to catch.

  • Tenebris was impressed that Willow had convinced the other humans to leave her alone. He also couldn't believe the way the carticle was behaving. It was acting like a normal animal. With a shake of his head, he stepped out of the darkness and ambled towards the girl. "I have to move you away from here." he told her with serious eyes, "I have to hide you."

  • Willow looked over at him, jumping a bit at how he came out of no where. She would never get used to that. The cat creature jumped up onto her shoulder once more as she stood from where she was picking up a missed raises and walked over. ''Hide? We playing hide and go seek or something?'' She asked him with a confused look on her face, not understanding his seriousness on this.

  • "Ah… yes. Hide and go seek." uttered Tenebris, glimpsing over his shoulder at the closed door. "Except we'll be hiding for your safety, and we'll hope the seeker never finds us." The demon laid his hand gently on her free shoulder. "These humans aren't your friends. They will bring harm to you. You have to trust me."

  • He seemed serious about it, so Willow gave a nod. "Okay, I'll go where you wish to hide" she didn't question where he learned she was in danger from, since she did have a fair level of trust. She just wondered how long she would have to hide for.

  • The demon gave a nod. "Good." Now, where could he hide her? All castles had dungeons, this one included. But they would think to look there, wouldn't they? How about an attic space? It was worth a shot. "Hold you breath, don't scream." Tenebris commanded the human girl, his hand still on her shoulder. Shadow traveling would be new to Willow, he knew that. The feeling of being torn apart would be new to her as well, but she would be fine. Her legs might feel like rubber afterwards, but she would be okay. With a thought, the two vanished into the shadows, only to reappear in the attic.

  • Willow was not sure what he meant by that, why did she have to hold her breath? Also what would cause her to scream that would have him advise her not to? She was confused but complied, sucking in a breath and glanced at the cat creature doing the same. It all made sense when it actually happened, she didn't scream though she did fall onto the floor as soon as they got there breathing heavily. "W-Woah....I know their was a warning and all, but a bit of more detail on this would have been really helpful" she breathed out, not bothering getting up from where she now sat on the floor of the attic. She took a small moment after taking a breather and looked around. "Where is this?"

  • "Oh, uh, my apologies." the immortal told the girl, having watched her collapse to the ground and hearing her advice. "Don't try to stand right away; you will probably fall again." His voice was hushed. They were hiding, after all. "This is the attic." he informed Willow.

  • She didn't seem to get the memo of being quiet at first, but her voice soon turned to a hushed tone. Only because she felt a need to after hearing his hushed tone. "Ah...attic. I wonder if their is anything cool up here" since she could not stand she started crawling around, the cat creature walking beside her as she looked around for boxes to snoop in. "You sure they won't find me here?"

  • "No." Tenebris admitted in response to Willow's inquiry, "I'm not sure. What I am is keeping you away from them for as long as I can. Maybe the barrier will weaken with time." Honestly, he had little faith in them not being found out. It was only a matter of time. Maybe if the others found their hideout in the attic, he could transport her to another location.

  • "Weaken? That is a thing that could happen?" She was currently going through a box, looking at a few dust filled things curiously. The door to this particular attic, was rather sealed shut. No one had been up here in years. Though their was a reason it was sealed up. "Wanna bet how long it takes for them to figure out this spot?"

  • Tenebris noticed the sealed door, but his mind quickly discarded the fact. He didn't think the detail was important at the moment. "I said maybe." corrected the green-haired demon, observing as Willow dug through the dust-covered boxes. A small circular window offered them a shaft of light, so they weren't sitting in darkness. He perked up at the thought of a bet. "Maybe three hours, if we're lucky."

  • ''Three? Imma gonna go for....'' Willow bit on her bottom lip as she fell into thought. Sitting crouched in front of a box while staring at nothing with a blank look. '' I'll go for any time after three hours''she said with a goofy grin while looking over at him.

(Whenever I don't use colour is because I am using my phone and it is harder to do on my phone, I have had cases f expediently deleting an entire post while trying to put colour on my phone lol)

  • Tenebris allowed a light, amused smirk to form on his features at Willow's response. "Very clever." he complimented her, passing his fingers through his vivid hair. Dust was drifting down from the ceiling and landing on the two, so a faint cloud of dust swirled away from him as he messed with his hair. "Now, we wait."

[Lol.][Did you have a plan for how K and Tenebris met the first time, or is that a 'make it up as you go along' thing?]

  • (Male or up as go along because K was kind of a make up as go along Lol. I'm thinking of something in a past life, or war or something.)

''Huh...waiting''she groaned, that sounded so boring but it was required. The cat looked to her curiously, putting a paw on her cheek and she giggled before taking the cat off of her shoulder then held onto its two front paws gently. ''Care to dance Kilane'' She asked jokingly with the name she had finally figured out.So it was not really expected when the cat was suddenly not a cat but rather human looking but with cat ears and a tail. A male wearing a odd outfit with symbol like tattoo' 9on his fore arm and the same jewel as the cat but on his neck as a necklace. His hair was a bright blue and she was seriously in shock and also wonder with all the wacky haired people she kept meeting. ''Wouldn't it be easier to dance like this master?'' She quickly let go of his hand and went over to Tenebris.''w-what the heck. Is that that cat creature like I think it is or is this someone who found us way to quickly?''

  • [I was thinking of something during K's childhood, and it has something to do with a family member. It would make him hellbent on revenge on the demon lord.]

Tenebris observed the creature transform into a human-like being. He was impressed. Due to the rarity of the animal, it had been a while since he last saw one shift. "No, no. That is still your carictal." he replied, watching as Willow stumbled to his side, "I suppose I forgot to mention they could do that, didn't I?" His optics studied human form of the creature. "Kilane, hmm? Interesting name. Then again, I might not be one to talk."
