  • ❝ my empty and poor heart. ❞

Erasmus, a simple feline with not so many interests. The grey tabby wasn't much of an exciting person to be with. Really they were just a calm creature who loved to read. Eras had taken a liking in reading when they were marely an apprentice back in an unknown clan. The male had barely managed to become a warrior since their home clan was rather...brutal. Though once they had become independent the feline left their clan.

Traveling wasn't something Eras was built for. They were slow and had little to no stamina, so it took them days even weeks to find any kind of place they could call home. Though when they did the creatures living there weren't exactly nice towards their antics and soon Erasmus left that place as well.

It had taken them several days, actually exactly a week an accomplishment really, to reach the border of Thunderclan. The rather large grey long-haired tabby nervously shuffled their paws. The novelist's glasses slipping down their snout but the tabby pushed them right back up. Eras wasn't sure what to expect and hopefully it was nothing of the bad scenes the pessimist feline kept playing in their head.

  • I'M BORDERLINE GOOD AND I'M BORDERLINE BAD —

★-- Sasha had a tendency to investigate anything strange she came across when she went out on her daily walks. They were nice, helped her stay fit, and of course it kept the border secure. She quickly caught scent of a strange feline, smelling a hint of leather and paper as the wind pulled the scent towards her nostrils.

The winged feline's ears perked up, before trotting off to investigate the smell. Strange smells normally meant a visitor, or even a joiner, so she felt it was critical to investigate these smells immediately. If she didn't, somebody may leave without performing whatever business it was they had with Thunderclan, or a enemy could think it's a break in their security, and take advantage of it.

Spotting the long haired tabby, the feminine feline would stop before she entered his line of sight. A quick sweep of the area was important, as she wasn't sure if anyone else was around, be it to defend her... or attack her. When she decided it was clear, and all was well, the femme approached.

"Hello!" Sasha called as she moved in front of the male. "I'm Sasha Alistair, Head Guard of Thunderclan. Name and business, please."

  • Veneziano was only a mere apprentice, but he had the mind of a former ThunderClanner. A ThunderClanner that had been thought to be long gone due to how his mate was driven out of the Clan many moons ago. Now, he has returned to form a small light brown tabby apprentice. Nowadays, Veneziano did rarely shine in the spotlight, and these were just one of those days, as he patrolled in the borders, knowing that there was bound to be someone there most of the time, waiting to be accepted.

That was when he spotted a figure of... What appears to be someone unfamiliar of clan scent? The small tabby smiled, his honey-brown eyes lighting up at such a thought of a joiner. It has been a while since they bothered having one, so immediately, the ten moon old apprentice, two moons away from actual apprentice, was about to approach when she spotted a familiar femme approach first. His first instinct was to have the slight feeling of the annoyance of not being first but decided to brush it off. Today was a good day, and he did not want something as frivolous and small as that ruin his current mood, as he merely approached, gave the large stranger a patient, cheerful smile and waited for his response.

  • I'M BORDERLINE GOOD AND I'M BORDERLINE BAD —

★-- Sasha's eyes flicked when Veneziano appeared, now curious to know how she didn't spot him. She generally had a good eye for these sort of things, and now because curious to know if she missed anyone else. Perhaps it was time for her to step up her game a bit. Her guards were going down, and that wasn't good. Despite those thoughts running in her head, however, the fae offered the apprentice a small dip of her head, quickly refocusing on the joiner.

  • They hadn't had a stranger at their borders for a while. The foreign smell sparked hope in the black tabby's mind. It was not any Clan scent he knew of, so it must be a joiner. Germanicus had been out hunting, an activity that he did to burn off his extra energy. He approached the scene with a a dead mouse held tightly at the tail in his jaws. He hadn't bothered to bury it, in anticipation that the newcomer might be hungry.

Guessing that the formal questions were asked already, the apprentice silently bounded over to Veneziano's side. He dropped the mouse and kept it close to him by curling a paw around it. He studied the gray tabby, intrigued by the glasses. He had certainly seen glasses on animals before, but it was still strange to see them. Germanicus's expression was, for the most part, unreadable as he observed Erasmus quietly, waiting for the other to speak.

  • ❝ my empty and poor heart. ❞

The large feline minty orbs lnaded onto the three newcomers nervously giving then a light smile. Erasmus wasn't really good with interacting with others. Though when they wanted a home they knew they had to. So they did, "Uhm, hello. My name is Erasmus, but call me Eras. I came by to ask if it would be okay to reside here. I've been looking for a lovely abode for a while, see." Eras replied the smile that they let out still remaining on their face.

❝ thanks for filling it with a jewel-like you. ❞

  • "'Course you can reside." Nikita popped in with her signature smile. She didn't know why, but ThunderClan seemed to be helping her with her confidence. Perhaps it was the lack of a crowd that made her more relaxed? "A lovely abode? You use such fancy words. We live in small cottages if you call that lovely." Nikita chuckled. "I'm Nikita, by the way. Pleasure to meet you, Eras."

  • I'M BORDERLINE GOOD AND I'M BORDERLINE BAD —

★-- "Yep, you're certainly welcome to stay here!" Sasha said, giving the joiner a smile. "I'm sure we still have quite a few nice cottages laying around. They're pretty diverse, I'd say, so you should be able to find something to your liking."

Sasha then thought for a moment, trying to decide what open cottage may be fitting to a "lovely abode" description. Though, that was quickly cut off when she realized that the joiner may need more than just a house. Perhaps some food, water, medical aid or even a tour of the place. Sasha, however, hated tours. If she could get away with it, she'd push it onto somebody else.

"Do you need anything before we head off to do that?" Sasha asked, her head cocking a bit. "Food, water, medical attention?"

  • "Yeah, there's loads of places you can choose! Me and Germanicus here reside into one and they're reallllly cosy, eheh." Veneziano stated as he smiled up to the joiner, feeling excited that there was a new joiner that would potentially contribute to ThunderClan, which is currently a steadily growing clan at the moment. "My name is Veneziano, by the way." the small apprentice decided to add, tail raised up and flicking due to his enthusiasm.

  • ❝ my empty and poor heart. ❞

Erasmus looked at Nikita and spoke up, "Really anywhere besides the two homes I had is better. I don't mind." before turning to the other two that had spoken up. "No not really. I'll be fine like this for a bit, thank you for offering." they replied They soon looked at Veneziano and nodded letting out a, 'pleasure to meet you.' to the younger.

❝ thanks for filling it with a jewel-like you. ❞

  • The cottages were pretty cozy, and they had enough storage space for some drinks and the possessions you might have. Hell, his bodies could fit in a corner snugly (he'd just have to apply mint and lavender all the time to get rid of that horrible smell). He liked them far more than dens. The dingo trotted over and dipped his head to the newcomer. "Welcome. Name's Zjarr," he grunted, visibly tired but still trying to be welcoming. He'd need some friends anyway.
