The Territory
Thornclan dwells deep within a thickly forested area and is in the southern corner of the clans territories. Full of majestic oaks and redwoods the warriors here are broad and strong to push the the thick undergrowth and to climb the tallest of trees. With occasional small streams trickling throughout the territory and random boulders scattered throughout this is where there cats call home. Moss Hollow is to the northeast of Thornclans camp and it has been used for generations for the training of apprentices. Ancient Oak, is the tallest tree in the forest by far and it looms far above the other tree, this is where the most advanced cats practice their climbing skills. There is a small stream that usually never dries up and hold the occasional fish that runs right through the southern most part of their territory just a moments walk from the camps rear wall. This is where most cats drink from including the queens, kits, and elders.
The Camp
Towards the backside of their territory away from the other clans is where there clans camp is located. With two large oaktrees within the camp giving it a protective covering from the weather and briars and thick vines creating a dense wall of protection. The leaders den is within the base of one of the large oaks that was hollowed out by the elements creating a sizable den enough four cats to fit within and have plenty of space. The medicine cats den is the other large oak tree in camp that has a large boulder pressed into its side creating a small cave like den. Covered in lichen and vines and a dense bramble wall on the backside creating only one entrance. The cool rock side of the medicine cats den is perfect for storing all of the herbs needed and it is big enough for at least two medicine cats and multiple nests for patients close to the entrance. The warriors and apprentices den are located closer to the camp entrance out of large bushes with intertwined vines, leaf litter, and moss to create a better shelter in case of rain or snow storms. The nursery is made up of a large sweet honeysuckle bush that has been reinforced with vines and briers for protection and all holes stuffed full of leaf litter and moss to create a warm dark den perfect for queens and their kits. Outside of the camp not to far away is the training area where the ground is soft with a thick layer of moss covering the ground and the occasional root sticking up to add the perfect challenge. To the north side of the camp is where the great redwoods loom high above sometimes so high the tops cannot be seen.
The Borders
Straight north once you past through Peace Meadow, where all the clans gather and is a neutral zone lives Breezeclan. Stoneclan borders Thornclan to the north-west with a meadow that is constantly in being fought for by both clans for hunting grounds. Marshclan borders Thornclan to the north-east where a small stream marks the end of this clans territory and the start of the others.
The Plot
The clan has been living pretty peacefully despite the occasional spat with the bordering clans. However the peace has only been held together by its leader, and with their beloved Deerstar on her last life and currently having fallen ill, the clan is starting to unravel. Some believe that the current deputy should just go ahead and take charge and leave Deerstar to be an elder, however Starclan wont accept the new leader and give them their nine lives without the death of Deerstar. Because of the current deputy's patience and respect for his leader, Sunclaw has refused to overthrow Deerstar and it has caused other cats to rise up and plot against the both of them. Will the clan split and try to over throw Deerstar and Sunclaw or will they wait for her impending death and let Sunclaw assume his rightful place as leader???

After Sunclaw becomes leader he will need a deputy, who will be chosen in the RP after his character gets to know the other ones.
The Roleplay Rules
- Be active and literate, as much as you can.
- Don't make mary-sues. Don't powerplay, godmod, spotlight, or do any of that other obnoxious stuff people do. Play fair.
- Be nice to people out of character. In character, you can be as rude as you want, but please don't cause needless drama just for the sake of causing drama. If it doesn't push forward a plot or add to character development, it's probably needless.
- Keep your characters realistic. This includes appearance and behavior. While a cat doesn't need to be 100% realistic in appearance but keep it believable (for example, in real life you won't see a gray cat with black spots, but here it's fine). In behavior, try to keep them consistent, and make their reactions to things believable and consistent with their personality and experiences.
- You must create an even gender of characters, so that things stay even and it makes it easier for everyone to find a mate.
- If you know you wont be active for more than two days please be sure to inform me through PM or post it in OOC on the thread.

Turtlecloud is a tall and lean feline with smooth, defined muscles underneath her thick blanket of fur. Her thick, fluffy fur makes her look even larger than she already does, making her twice as big to her enemies. Her fur is s stark white, not other hint of color tarnishing her pure fur. Turtlecloud has large, very pale blue eyes.

Unlike both of her siblings, who are tall and muscular, Kestrelwing is shorter than the average cat due to a growing defect she was born with. She is about the size of an apprentice, and some mistake her for one at times. While she may not be tall and muscular, she is lean and agile, quick on her stubby little feet. Kestrelwing has short white fur, pure as unmarked snow. Her eyes are large and rather noticeable. Her eyes are two different colors: golden yellow and electric blue.
