  • ❝ This asshole keeps spelling my name wrong on my cup of coffee and I know it's on purpose because it keeps getting increasingly creative. ❞

Muse A is used to having everything his way. He has a wealthy family and an intimidating presence around others. He makes it known that he thinks he's important. Muse B is a seemingly normal person, he works at Muse A's favorite coffee hop. The two have never spoken more than a few words to one another, them being seniors at the same high school and all, but Muse B spelled Muse A's name incorrectly once. Muse A was frustrated by this and so in an act of defence against the stuck up Muse A, Muse B decides to continue misspelling the other's name. What happens when an angry Muse A finally confronts the other in school?

When Luken had woken up , he had felt tired. He didn't have much to do that day, it was a Saturday thank God. But he still had to go down to the coffee shop in town and work until it was about twelve thirty. It wasn't a bad job though, it was no Starbucks, but the small town of Salem, Oregon didn't have a Starbucks. So there wasn't much competition for the little local coffee shop. Luken sat up and changed into a maroon shirt and some dark jeans before walking downstairs into the main area as his family called it, of the house. Luckily his mother and father were still asleep, sO they wouldn't insist on him staying and eating a lot for breakfast, which would result in him ending up being late for work, instead Luken grabbed an apple out of the fridge and walked out the door giving his younger brother Erikson a quick goodbye. Luka walked down the street and ly after ten minutes reached the small coffee shop near the edge of what the people in Salem called downtown. Hazel was already inside the coffee shop setting up for the day along with Mason. Hazel and Luka couldn't stand Mason, but they were stuck with him. He was good friends with y/c and they couldn't take him seriously. Hazel walked over to Luken, “Hey neighbor, did you sleep in or something?” Hazel had a knowing smile on her face and Luka just chuckled lightly. “Sure. I'm just glad its a weekend,” he said. The girl nodded in agreement while Mason gave a somewhat irritated sigh. The autumn leaves fell outside and then finally Hazel flipped the open sign, signalling the coffee shop wsds open and ready for business.

Hazel and Luken had spent half of the morning just screwing around. The two had nothing better to do. Pretty much no one had come in for a while. A girl from their school, Lucie (pronounced Lu-see-uh as she told everyone because it had polish origins), walked her dog into the building and ordered about four cups of coffee. No one was quite sure as to why the girl wanted so much caffeine, but they assumed she was bringing the coffee too her family, which was quite large. Then a boy from their school had come in before (y/c). A boy Luken and Hazel weren't very fond of, but were required to serve nonetheless. After the two had finished serving Alexander they glanced at each other and almost started laughing. Mason looked at the two suspiciously. Hazel spoke first. “My high score is now seventeen cups. Yours Luka?” Luken smirked at the girl. “My high score is twenty three.” Mason looked at the two with an exasperated expression. “Guys. You must stop spelling people's names wrong on purpose ” Luken looked at him. “Then maybe you should write the cups Mason. You spell everything wrong.” the other boy rolled his eyes with an irritated expression on his face as the two turned away from him. And then someone else walked into the coffee shop. Someone who wanted black coffee. That was quite boring and a little unfair as it was Hazel's turn to make the coffee and Luka's turn to take the order. He walked up fk the counter and took the order. Then he asked the boy what his name was. He knew his name, but he wanted to make sure he knew his name.

  • Luken and Hazel glanced at the male who had walked into the coffee shop. His name was Gianpierre as he had told the two. And of course they knew that. Most people were aware of who he was. Hazel watched as Luken picked up one of the paper cups. “Okay. So, what would you like to drink?” after the boy heard the other male's response he silently nodded in acknowledgement and watched as Hazel started to make the drink. Luken had written the other male's name incorrectly. That wasn't uncommon for him nor was it unusal for Hazel. As the two had spoken about before, they tried their hardest to misspell names to piss off customers. And pissing off Gianpierre would be pretty fun in Luken's opinion. He wrote the name like this: ‘Ganpere’ it definitely wasn't a major misspelling of his name. Luken could have done better, but he didn't want to ruin it yet. Hazel finished along the boiy's drink before handing it to Luken.

Luken looked at Gianpierre with a disinterested glanced handiung him his drink. “That will be five forty five.” he said looking at him as he set the drink with the misspelled name on it on the counter that was between Luken and the other male. He wanted to say something more to the other boy, but another customer had entered the coffee shop. He turned to Hazel who nodded and walked over to the counter taking the person's order and writing their name on the cup. As soon as Luken had finished dealing with Gianpierre, he walked towards the back of the store and grabbed his notebook from school. He had homework to do, as well as his personal project that was due at the end of the year. But Luken knew he would probably just end up drawing. Hazel finished dealingf with the other person and soon the coffee shop was once again almost empty except for Gianpierre, Luken, Hazel, Mason and Lucie, who was still sitting in the corner. Luken was leaning on the counter restarting a picture he had been working on sketching out for weeks. It was a cedar waxwing, Hazel's favorite bird. Luken did agree that cedar waxwings were pretty, but he wouldn't say that they were his favorite bird. But to be fair, he wpouodnt even say he did have a favorite bird. Luken was jolted from his thoughts when Hazel's voice cut across the silent room clearly. “Gott, verdammt Luka. Bitte bleiben Sie konzentriert.” Luken glanced at Hazel with a playful glint in his eyes. His parents had insited he learned a different lkanguage, German to be exsact. So Luken had taught Hazel. He listened as she scolded him for not working and just messing aroiund. “Does it really matter when there's no one to help?” Luken asked with a small smile on his hand. The two chuckled and then heard Mason groan. “You two are insiufferable. Why cant you just do what youre supposed to?” Luken and Hazel just smiled at Mason and Hazel answered him. “Because Mason, that would bd no fun."
