  • "Oh yeah." Alexis agreed, "Quite the temper, this one has. We went hunting for some ghouls that were causing troubles a few years back, and," she laughed at the memory, "One of them caught Chara here by surprise. She got so pissed. Totally wailed on him. Broken nose, broken jaw, both arms wound up at angles I didn't even know were possible. Have to say, I kinda felt sorry for the thing. His death was not slow."

Chara shrugged, "Not exactly one of my finer moments."

"True, but, I knew then and there that you would make it in this line of work. Despite age and experience, it really does run in the family. You're a natural, kid."

"I hate it when you call me that."

Alexis chuckled, "You should be used to it by now." she looked up upon Sam and Alea's return. She smiled in greeting, "Hi! Didn't get to officially meet earlier, I'm Alexis, and this is Chara."

    Chara nodded in hello.

  • Dean's brows shot up as Alexis told him the story of how Chara had practically messed a ghoul, his green eyes flickering over and onto the younger woman, a proud smile appearing on his lips. "Jesus, princess." He muttered out, giving a tiny chuckle. "That sounds pretty bad ass." He gazed at Alexis when she spoke up again, once again giving a nod of agreement before letting out another chuckle when Chara complained about the nickname Alexis gave her.

Dean's eyes flickered up and onto Sam and Alea, giving the two a nod and small smile. He gazed at Alea and watched her for a moment, wanting to ask her if she was doing okay.

  • "Want something to eat?" Sam asked as they made it to their table.

"Thanks." Chara mumbled to Dean's comment.

"Hey Sam." Alexis greeted, "And, I didn't catch your name before." she said to Alea.

"This is Alea." Sam introduced, "Alea, Alexis and Chara."

Alexis and Chara nodded, "Nice to officially meet you."

  • Alea turned to the girls and gave a tiny smile in return to them both. "Hi there Chara and Alexis, I'm Alea, I'm a close friend of Sam and Dean here." Her tone was very friendly, and welcoming as she held out her hand. After shaking both of their hands, she took the $5 ack off the table. She'd use it for tip later. . .Anyhow, She gave a glance to Dean, only acknowledging him with a small blink, and then turned to the others as they spoke. " Oh, yeah. . Guess I'll get aplate then even if I'm not that hungry. I can finish it on the go. " She shrugged and picked up a menu to look over it in a quick scan.

"I guess I'll have theeee bacon, egg, and cheese omlette with a hashbrown side and a beer. Extra Bacon." Alea set her menu down, and looked up to the waitress.

  • The waitress took their orders and left to place them.

"So, Sam, Dean, Alea." Chara started, "What's new? Any... I dunno, new post-apocalyptic, end of the world threats going on?"

"Chara!" Alexis said in a scolding tone, "That's not exactly something you just, bring up."

"Why not? In our line of work, it should totally be the norm."

Sam couldn't help but laugh at the pair.

  • Dean looked over at Chara again and gave a nod and smile. His half sister seemed pretty okay so far. And her mentor was pretty great as well.

He looked back at Alea though when the girls all introduced themselves to one another, thinking for a moment that Alea was in a better mood. He caught her gaze and frowned lightly when she suddenly looked away. Dean cleared his throat and looked away, tapping his finger on the table. He guessed he'd have to apologize later. He was used to bickering with Alea but he hadn't really ever snapped at her or even acted that rudely towards her. Dean sat there and waited, listening to what Alea was saying to the waitress.

His green eyes flickered onto Chara when the younger female spoke up, his brows furrowing as he frowned. He huffed and leaned back in his seat, bringing his arm up and resting it on the back of Sam's seat. "If there was, we stopped it. So stop worryin' about it, princess." He shot back, gazing at Alexis as the woman spoke up. He was pretty glad that she scolded her friend. He then looked at Sam, giving him a look, brows furrowed slightly.

  • ((Gonna have to go to bed, I'll reply as soon as I can!))

Sam shook his head, "Nothing, you guys are just... Not really what I was expecting."

"And what were you expecting?" Chara asked.

"Ah, well, not... For you to be so forward in asking about the end of the world. That's for sure." he answered honestly.

Chara sat back with a 'hmph'.

Alexis smiled, her eyes glancing over to Dean's briefly.

Chara, however, caught the look and she sat up straight, "Oh no. Lex, I know that look."

"What?" Alexis asked innocently before looking away, "Chara, we'll talk about it late, 'k? Leave it be."

Chara's eyes narrowed on her friend before they began to dart back and forth between Dean and Alexis. Finally, she groaned and sat back in her seat.

As if right on time, their food arrived.

  • Alea gave a raise of her own eyebrow. " Well, if there is, I haven't heard jack shit about it yet. but. I don't think anythign is on the rising storm just yet. Even if there was, Like Dean said. We'd handle it. Well. they would. They always do. And somehow they both come back from biting dust to spring chicks flocking around. " She kind of chuckled to that, but it was a light one. A forced smile. After that Alea stopped talking. She listened to the two of them, a bit intruiged at the moment of what they spoke of. She watched Chara glance from dean to Alexis, and Alea did the same only brefly, before turning to the waitress as their food arrived. She thanked her, and grabbed for the salt.

Yeah, having seen Dean snap at sam and look at her the way he had, it'd made her a bit uneasy for some reason. One that she'd really not like to explain at the moment, but she just seemed a bit off around him now. and She hated that. but. . .she just couldn't shake off that feeling. Maybe if they ate, and went to a motel or bar and eased down, maybe she'd be fine. Maybe she just. . .had to sleep it off.

  • Dean had watched Alea as she spoke, listening to everything she was saying and even giving a smile and a quiet chuckle. He could still tell something was off about her and he did want to talk to her. But dealing with feelings and emotions wasn't Dean's strong suit. He left all that stuff to Sam. But sometimes Dean had his moments.

His attention went back onto the other three, listening to them talk as he leaned back in his chair. His green eyes landed on Alexis, catching her gaze and giving her a small smile. His gaze then went to Chara when the girl suddenly spoke up, brows furrowing in confusion as he looked between Chara and Alexis. What was that all about?

He sighed and looked up and at the waitress when she finally came over with the food and drinks, a genuine smile appearing on his face. "Finally." He responded as he moved to grab his food and beer, setting it down in front of him and instantly taking a long swig of his beer. He really needed it. But then again, he felt as if everyone could use a good round of beers.

    (( night!!! ))

  • Alea didn't seem too worried about earlier at the moment as she dug into her food already. She attacked the hashbrowns first, those being her favorite. She took a swig of her own beer, setting it down afterwards. She glanced around at everyone for a split second, just to look. Chara and Alexis were quite the pair in both character and behavior. They were basically Sam and Dean it seemed, but alot more close. Whcih, females usually had a tendency to be closer than males were.

Now, Alea looked around the diner, observing the people entering and leaving as rush hour ended. She noted the details around the diner, seeing thigns she hadn't when she first stepped in. She was alot more relaxed now that she wasn't on lookout duty.

  • Dean had taken a few bites of his burger and ate almost all the fries, his pie hadn't been touched yet and he was already on his second beer after downing the first one. And he was planning on having another soon. He leaned back in his seat with a satisfied smile on his lips, drinking from his beer as he looked at Alexis, obviously checking her out. His gaze though drifted to Alea when he noticed the woman looking around the place, wondering if he should say something yet.

He leaned forward in his seat and set his beer down, taking another bite of his burger and finishing it up rather quickly. He really loved food. And alcohol. A lot. He grabbed a fork and stabbed it into the slice of cherry pie, bringing a piece up and taking a bite. He moved his leg and gave Alea's shin a small tap with his boot, looking at her with a concerned look. He would've spoken up, asking her if she was doing okay, but this didn't really seem like the time and place for it.

  • Unlike the rest of them, Alea ate at a slower pace. She'd rather not end up like her uncle Barry and die from choking on his food because he just couldnt scarf it down fast enough. Poor Barry. and here he thought he was going to go out of style in a heroic way. Yet it was his passion for food that killed him. Such a sad, sad story. But beer on the other hand, she had no problem downing that quickly. She too was on the second bottle by the time she was half-way done with her omlette. Alea hadn't taken notice of the gaze of the oldest winchester, having been zoned out into her own little world of observation. She seemed fairly stable now, in fact a lot more cooled down, more than earlier, and seemed perky again.

She jumped slightly to the tiny tap on the knee that managed to jarr her from her thoughtful mind, and make her stop in mid-chew of her meal. Blinking a bit bewildered, she stared to Dean with a blink. The concerned look he gave was very noticeable, and it made her furrow her eyebrows together, as if questioning him if he was ok.

Alea returned the steady stare, her chocolate brown eyes just as questioning.

  • (That was a lot to read. Could you slow down just a little? Also, what will the big plot be? Any ideas? Something evil Crowley can do? Or Castiel if I start playing him?)

That really spiked Crowley's interest, making him even rise to his feet and approach the demon. "A sister you say? You better not be mistaken." Crowley narrowed his eyes at the last part but the Demon shook his head. "No sir. I heard their entire conversation. I know exactly where they are meeting. It's happening right now."

  • (( sorry! I'm not really sure about any big plot points but I'm sure anc will come up with some things. Like maybe Crowley causes some havoc for everyone and tries to get a hold of someone? we'll have to try and figure all that out when everyone's on c: ))

Dean was a bit relieved that Alea had payed attention to him and actually didn't ignore him like last time. But he hadn't expected that Alea would return the look. He licked his lips and looked at everyone else before looking back at Alea. He then gave a tiny nod towards the bathrooms, hinting that he wanted to talk to her in private.

"I'll be back in a second. Gotta use the restroom."" Dean announced as he suddenly sat up from his seat, grabbing his beer and taking a quick drink before setting it down. He moved away from the table and headed towards the bathrooms, standing in the small hallway as he waited for Alea, arms crossed against his chest as he looked around.

(( I'm also gonna mention that I'll barely be on tomorrow since I'll be without internet for awhile. But i'll try to get on when I can!! ))

  • Alright, no problem, Moe! And Divergent. I can't guarantee us slowing it down, but we'll try our best with time zones and all, ok? ))

Alea watched him, watching his body language and reading his face with that concerned look still remaining plain as day on her own face. When he nodded back to the bathrooms while staring at her and then dismissed himself to everyone else, she knew he meant that he wanted to speak to her. She swallowed that bite of food she had in her mouth already, and wiped her lips. She wondered what he wanted so badly to stop in the middle of a meal to speak.

Clearing her own throat and scooting her plate back, Alea stood up. "Uh. Yeah. I gotta use it too. Too many beers and coffees in one sitting after a long ass car ride I suppose. " she lied and then made her way towards the restrooms. She stepped into the hallway, looking at Dean and crossed her own arms over her own chest. "Yeah, what's up? " She questioned, looking a bit puzzled towards him.

  • (( <3 ))

Dean had leaned against the wall, scuffing his boot against he floor as he waited for Alea to show up, hoping that she did. He perked up when he noticed someone enter the hallway, standing up straight and tensing a tiny bit. He calmed though when he noticed it was just Alea. He gave her a nod as a slight greeting or whatever and moved to stand in front of her.

"You were actin' a bit off earlier." Dean started as he brought a hand up to scratch the back of his neck, avoiding Alea's gaze for a moment. "I'm not good with talking about feelin's and all that stuff... But I just wanted to ask if you were doin' okay." He then looked at Alea, looking at her straight in the eyes.

  • ((Sorry for any misspelling, I'm on mobile. ))

After rounding the corner, she took note once more of his behavior. She managed to catch a glimpse of him leaning on the wall, looking a tad impatient and hopeful. But once he noticed a presence, he was up and aware in a quick manner. When it was figured it was just her, she saw him relax again. Strange. . .

"Uh yeah. . I uh. . I get that way sometimes. . " Alea looked up again, sighing. She stared him back, not breaking the gaze. "Its fine. . I understand Dean. And Well, Now I am after a couple of beers. . . Heh. . " she gave a forced chuckle.

"You just spooked me and made me feel a tad bit guilty for being stern with you is all. I know your past is a sensitive subject for you both. . . But I've never seen you act that way before towards me or Sammy, especially over something like that. It just made me uneasy, for reasons I won't explain right now. But.. Just know I don't take outbursts like that too gently. Especially from someone that I see close to." Alea explained quietly, looking at Dean with a sigh to follow.

  • (( It's totally fine! ))

Dean listened to Alea as she talked, giving a nod of understanding at her first few words. He caught her gaze again and seemed to relax a bit more when she mentioned that she understood. The man gave a half hearted chuckle in reply to Alea's obviously forced one, once again nodding his head.

He gave a small sigh and stood up a bit straighter when Alea started to talk again, a frown appearing on his lips. He hadn't meant to get all pissy with his friend and brother, it was the last thing he wanted to do. But he was just stressed and... he didn't know what else, not really having a good reason. He bit his lip and gave a tiny nod when she mentioned that she had never seen him get that way, wanting to give a dry chuckle as he thought back to when he had been a demon. He was like that all the time back then. Dean focused back onto Alea once more, keeping his eyes on her to show that he was truly listening to everything she was saying.

Dean was silent for a moment or two once Alea had stopped talking. He then rubbed a hand over his mouth and looked away. "I didn't mean to upset you, sweetheart. It's not something I enjoy doin'." He started out, looking up at the woman, "I don't have a good excuse other than I just got upset that Alexis brought up stuff that happened to Sammy and me. I regret doin' what I did and what I said."

He took a deep breath and combed a hand through his spiky hair, messing it up a bit. "But I wanna apologize for the way I acted and I'll try not to do that again. You've obviously had somethin' happen and I don't wanna make you uncomfortable."
