Mistlight closed her eyes, "No cat can get used to their heart being hurt, I would know. Shadowflight I hid the kits because Ravenspirit didn't know and you were a good father for them so I thought that if you didn't know you'd be closer to them or seem closer to them." She opened her eyes and looked at him, "I am also sorry for yelling at you, I was upset."
Ravenkit felt a shiver run down his spine, "That feels weird," he remarked.
Shadowflight nodded,but didnt really speak.
Blue laughed."He likes you."She barked.
Hopekit sighed and sat back on her haunches, staring at the wolves. She got up to pad away, a little feeling left out. What would you expect from a very wanting-attention kit?
Ravenkit blinked, "A wolf for a friend.... interesting," he commented.
"I still love you Shadowflight, no matter who the father of my kits are, in their eyes you still are, I know that much. If you don't see me as your mate or their father just say so," Mistlight mewed, "I won't force something on you that you don't want."
Shadowflight:I don't even feel like I belong to RoseClan.
Mistlight sighed, "Tanglestar brought you into the clan, she felt you belonged and that is why. She had a sort of sense on wether or not a cat belonged in our clan. She allowed you and Nightheart in with open arms because you belong. If you don't want to stay in the clan anymore though, I understand."
Shadowflight:If you understand why I fell I dont belong then tell me why.
Fang:H...hopekit.-the pup barked his first word and the only word he could hear clearly-
Blue:-the she wolf smiled- He said his first word-
"Because nothing has ever really gone your way or right, because you have no kin, no family there, no one you can truely trust," Mistlight said, "Shadowflight I do understand but I'm sure there are more reasons that I don't know."
Shadowflight stood up as caribou ran their way.
Hopekit was shocked and she stared at Fang. Then, she purred.
Mistlight stood up, "This time I won't walk away unless you want me too Shadowflight. If you want to say something I am all ears but if you don't have anything left to say, you can walk away," she meowed, looking at him, her eyes gentle and filled with hope.
Ravenkit purred, "He said your name Hopekit!"
Fang:Hopekit.Hopekit.-he repeated himself-
"I know!" Hopekit exclaimed, purring.
Shadowflight:Run.-he said-
Fang:Hopekit.Hopekit.Hopekit.-he started laughing because he liked that name-
Blue:He seems to lie you a lot Hopekit.
Mistlight looked at him and moved away, "Fine, I'll go but if you want to talk to me, you know where to find me." She gave him one last long look then bolted for the main cave.
Ravenkit laughed.
Hopekit giggled.
Shadowflight ran out of the cave as the caribou came.
Blue:A pup's first word is always someone they really like or think are wonderful.
"R-Really?" Hopekit stammered. "H-He thinks I'm wonderful?!" She was shocked but delighted.
Ravenkit smiled, "Looks like you have a friend Hopekit."
Mistlight darted into the main area and trotted over to Ravenkit and Fang, "Hello," she meowed to Blue.
Nightwish looked up at Mistlight.
Hopekit smiled.
