  • Super tired right now so I will post the next parts tomorrow <33

    "HAWKCLAN! GATHER FOR A MEETING!"

Littlestar was tired. But things.. things were looking up. She had new information on how to stop the famine. Her clan and the Sanctum would be teaming up to gather prey.... of which they would then throw into a volcano. She cringed to think how crazy it sounded but whatever. If it worked then she would praise whatever god had come to her the night she fainted. The three legged tabby stood up the top of the lobbys staircase, looking down with dark golden eyes as her people began to gather in one huge group of many different faces. She waited until they'd stopped filing in through the door and sighed, giving them a little wave with one of her paws. They seemed attentive and ready to listen. And she suddenly felt proud. They were clearly beaten, skinny, trodden down by the famine. But they were here, breathing and alive. And that made her undeniably proud.

  • First to approach was Rinto, looking up at his leader with pride. He had begun to see the clan really improve, and he grinned, and then waited for the rest of the meeting.

  • Hopefully, there would be something in this meeting that would help those who did not have a dual alliance to be able to get food. Hopefully, there would be good news. Vani was tired of hearing the bad news, hearing that there was nothing that could be done in some cases, and she could only worry that would be the case here as she came over, her ears pinned back slightly as she thought of what all could happen, of what all could be going on this meeting.

Coming over to stand beside Rinto, the tall canine would soon sit down, looking towards Littlestar, ears pricked as she aimed to listen to what the leader was going to say next, hoping that there would be something that she could celebrate without feeling horrible.

  • I TOOK MY LOVE AND I TOOK IT DOWN — lessa ren solo — many clans — she/her — info
The petite pine marten was rather slow coming over. She was still fighting fever and chills, so she kept a little away from the others, fluffy tail wrapping around herself. She didn't like leaving her patients much these days, but meetings were rather important. She hoped she could bring some good news back to the medicine tree house and not otherwise. Force knows they needed it. Everyone did at this point.

  • WE'RE ALL MADE OF STARS — Poe — HawkClan — He/him
Poe had kept up a facade of being okay all this time, but the famine was getting to him now. The canine was thin, his eyes dull. Still, he approached the meeting spot with a small smile on his face, eager, hoping for some good news. Littlestar was pausing before she said more; maybe for dramatic effect? That could be a good sign.

Poe took a seat by Lessa and watched Littlestar, letting out a long sigh.

  • Truth be told, she was scared of initial reaction to what she was about to tell them. She just really didn't want her people thinking she was crazy and turning on her or something. Well.. she doubted they would. But it was possible. The words sounded crazy as fuck. She wouldn't blame them. Littlestar took in a breath of fresh air and began the meeting properly. "For this meeting, I won't be starting out as I normally do. Because I have something very important to say. Yesterday I was doing the daily rounds when I collapsed out of hunger and exhaustion. I don't know what the fucking shit happened after that but.. I was in some place.. in my mind. Crazy, huh? I know, it gets worse. A thing came to me. It got mad at me, told me some very strange things... basically it said that there's a Hawk god in this place. It has been worshiped since the beginning of this damn clan. Under my rule however... the worship subsided and.. well, to punish me, the Hawk god-spirit-thingy created this famine." People were staring at her. She didn't blame them, she didn't blame them. Some looked disgusted. Some were genuinely intrigued. Some looked shocked and appalled and she wondered briefly what was going on in their minds. But the Monarch persevered, staring off into the distance somewhat. "I didn't believe it at first. The thing was calling me a mortal and calling itself a god. But after a while, it spoke shit about sacrificing prey into the Hawkclan volcano. It said that and returning some traditions of Hawk god worshiping would end the famine. Th- that stopped me. It's stupid, it's crazy, it's fucking unbelievable... but it's a chance. And I don't know about you but I'd give my other back leg to have a chance. It's here and we're taking it." Mutters ensued and she couldn't make out any words but she caught glances and some nods. They were desperate too. She had to remind herself of that. "After that, I went to the Sanctum and requested aid of which we'll be getting through their Leaders. Sometime this week, we'll be helping them to round up prey in their territory before hauling it to the volcano where we will throw it in. After that, I'm gonna bring back Hawkclan traditions and shit. And I fucking hope that what the thing said is true." And that.. is my plan. The traditions would be brought back next week. She had chosen the cool ones.

"Okay for activity, we've done pretty good this week. Definitely a whole lot fucking better then last week as I'm no longer considering demoting a whole bunch of ya. We also moved back to front boards which was my goal when we first moved back. Let's hope it fucking stays that way, eh?" Littlestar rolls her shoulders and continues speaking. "Ally events this week? Well we have a new alliance with the Blackheart Rogues so ya better treat them good. We'll assign ambassadors next week. Also a Colouredclanner gave us a whole shitload of food. I've already given my thanks but feel free to give ya own. That's all I believe." She thought back to her list of what to speak about and gave herself a nod. "Joiners this week. Lando is the first, a rather cutesy serval dude who seems cool. Second is Obscuro, a returning member of Hawkclan who seems pretty badass and looks cool as fuck. Third is Selene, a cute dog with beautiful eyes. Say hi to her. Last joiner and one that came right after my previous meeting is Rinto, a radical pink kitty with a sweet smile and sweeter heart." That was all, she believed, although Lit did have a tendency to miss out on some people but if that happened, they called her out on it and she fixed it up no problem.

"Warnings and demotions. I have none. Just gonna say that our ranks are horrendously empty right now. No Warcheifs, no Sentinels, no Braves. Fucking crazy but with the amount of joiners and the fact our activity is increasing, that should change. I have a shoutout to Poe, Vani, Lessa and Rinto. I have two promotions. I want Rinto to try out Brave. You're new but you're promising. Keep it up, babe. Next, Vani. You've belonged to this clan long enough and proved your loyalty countless times. I'd really like it if you became our Sentinel." A soft little smile would be on her lips, hoping/praying that Vani would accept it. It was a big deal... Sentinel was a high role, practically Assistant Deputy but she knew the fem was capable enough for the rank. "Keep an eye out, fam. Meeting dismissed."

  • The Hawk God part scared Rinto. Did being a leader entail random gods coming and talking to you? He flinched, and then realized he was desperate for anything. Anything that would help his clanmates stop suffering. He was willing to believe a god-demon if it meant no longer starving.

His stomach rumbled, and he sighed. I know. We'll get food soon. Promise. He told himself, taking a deep breath. Now she was calling out demotions- none, that was good. When she called out promotions, he smiled at his shoutout, and then realized he had also been called for a promotion. He was a brave now. He was nervous- he wondered what he'd do. "Oh, thank you, Miss Lit." He offered a grin to her, and then he was happy. He was a high position!

  • Worshiping gods was something that Vani had never expected to come from HawkClan, had never expected it to be something that would cause so much trouble, but here they were, starving for what seemed to be the lack of worshiping a god - and that was only if the whole ordeal of throwing food into a volcano worked. At first, Vani was skeptical - Little could have just been hallucinating, considering how little she had been eating - but then the idea grew on her. It was something that would give them hope. It was something that could help out everyone who was living in the clan now, and would be living here in the future, and it wasn't the craziest thing she had heard. She had heard many more things that were unbelievable that had been proven to be true, so she could believe this, at least for the time being until something said otherwise. If they threw food into a volcano and the food came back, however, she was going to worship whatever gods there were from then on - they needed the food.

Ears would prick as she listened to the rest of the meeting, not paying attention as much as she wished she would have been, still having been distracted by the whole ordeal with the god. As Littlestar named off each of the new joiners, she would nod her head once to herself when she heard the names of those she had already met, telling herself that when the meeting was over, she would have to go and look around for those who she had not met yet, so that she could get to know them. And then the promotions came. She didn't expect there to be many - maybe one or two - and she wasn't disappointed with that. Having heard Rinto's name, she would smile towards the smaller feline. He was a good pick for the position, especially with how he had been acting as the famine was going on, giving his food to others because he was still so new. When she heard her own name however, it took her a second to process what had been said. Sentinel. She had honestly never thought she would get so far in her life to be a trust as she was now, let alone a sentinel, it was such a big opportunity, but if Littlestar felt as though she was ready, she would do it. "Thank you so much Littlestar." She would speak out, nodding her head though she was still in shock. She felt as though there was so much she needed to do now.

  • "Obscuro" Zocktok Mortem
    Riverclan - tags - Plotting
Well, it was the wolf's first meeting here- well, first time she's been in a hawkclan meeting and actually been a hawkclanner. There were a few isolated incidents where she showed up unannounced and another when she came here to show off- rather explain the existence of her kids. Because there was something wrong apparently with having kids when she had. She had wanted them to be safe, to be protected she didn't want them to be hunted down by her fellow shinigami. Now though, now they were missing- one was dead and it hurt to think of them. It wasn't something Obscuro allowed herself to think about, but this clan was good a at bringing the hurt from her. It was a clan with too many memories.

She was dragged from her thoughts as her name was called. Really? For being new? it was oddly heartening to hear- left a lot to wonder why there was so few new members. Obscuro had yet to meet a clan that did that. Gave newcomers shoutouts for being there. However- Obscuro's smile was still weak, receding from the memories of her past. There was something personal about it, and she listened to the rest of the announcements with little criticism and simply relaxed. It had been a while since she'd been to a meeting. Been a while since she hosted them.

Still, there was something said about the clan's ranking systems. She grinned a little more easily at that thought, raising her voice slightly to call out a "Congratulations" To the newest higher ranking clanmates. It was a small clan, but they were growing steady. Obscuro felt a swell of pride at that. The clan was looking up, the clan was flourishing, even with their half-starved looks passed, hoped shined in their eyes and Obscuro felt knots form in her throat.

Really, what a good way to start the day.

  • WE'RE ALL MADE OF STARS — Poe — HawkClan — He/him
This was all due to a... A god? Poe frowned as Littlestar explained her 'vision' and plan. Was she sure she wasn't just sick or delirious from not eating? Poe wasn't sure he could believe there was a hawk 'god', and was even more against throwing their prey into a literal volcano. That was not good. But... Littlestar was leader and so he would trust her. He guessed.

He received a shoutout this week, which was awesome, and it appeared several newcomers had joined. That was a good thing. "Congrats to those promoted, and noted," Poe called, still a little wary on the whole idea.

  • Let the snow fall.
Moss sighed as she watched the meeting from afar, as a new joiner she guessed it just a bit of forgetfulness on the leaders part. Not a really big deal, but wait gods what the heck. Sighing Moss guessed she'll be thrown into hell now.
