    PLOT - It was their perfect love story when they started, end of middle school
    and into their high school lives, and then they found the problems in each other,
    agreeing they couldn't stand each other. until they came back into each other's
    lives and deciding to give each other another chance in the form of a one-night
    stand and believing that they really could manage this at some point. Only to
    find the garbage they were again and ditch each other. Until they meet again.
    And so on and so forth. Or will they find some conclusion to this on and off?

    Please join if you're active enough to post once a day, comfortable with near
    sexual situations (nothing that will go against site rules though), able to write
    a solid advanced post and won't kiss and diss please. Please have a faceclaim.
    The thread will start in time, jump to the next time but the age below will be
    their age that will be used at the longest period of time.

    MORGAN O'CONNOR
    Morgan is not a shy soul. He was born in Ireland and moved to a small, close-knit
    town in the US at the age of nine. Once there, he was an awkward young kid,
    befriending Muse B and staying there until their graduation. They broke up six
    months before that. He and Muse B had been planning on going to the same
    university, so it was inevitable for them to meet once again in New York city in a
    university party. This is where their second encounter occurs, and they are thrown
    together once again. Six months later, they've broken up once more and are on
    their way again, however as fate would have it, they will meet again at the age of
    twenty-three.

    SHAUN DELAINEY FARRIS
    shaun is an attractive young lady. she spent most of her childhood moving around
    the country to accommodate her military father wherever he was needed. the small
    family finally settled when shaun's father was deployed and didn't come back.
    around age 9 at the time, shaun found herself feeling a bit lost in the crowd at
    her new school. she wasn't shy, but she had never really had a chance to make
    friends at any of her previous schools. this was when she first met connor. the
    two had hit it off instantly and they had eventually developed into more than mere
    friends. of course, as their high school years came to an end, so did their
    relationship. whether it was determination or stubbornness, no one could tell, but
    shaun refused to let her once, best friend keep her from going to college where
    they had decided to go together. she refused to let one person control her life or
    her choices. despite this immovable stubbornness, she had not planned on seeing
    her old flame again, let alone getting back together. another fiery fling only
    led to another scalding breakup and shaun decided that when college was over, she
    would get as far away from here as she could. but fate works in mysterious ways.
    how was she supposed to be prepared for that?

    MORGAN O'CONNOR
    and he walked away. that's all he could really be bothered to do. He didn't quite know what happened this time around that made it so different, but in a night college madness and wound up sexual frustration. when he looked down at the warm figure in his grasp, it took everything in his right mind to not groan loudly in frustration. 'why was it always her? every time? what was wrong with him?' the first time it had been her, the second was her, the third, and after another string now here he was. why oh why was it always shaun? slipping away very carefully, he got out and got dressed, leaving the girl there, still asleep and walked out.
    adjusting leather jacket as he stepped out of the building, facing the morning light as he checked his phone with one hand and ran a hand through his hair in an attempt to fix it, he scrolled through the texts from his friends trying to find out where he went last night. looking up at the street ahead, he squinted as the morning sun only emphasised his hangover headache before pulling out his phone once more and calling an uber for himself.

    ooc: lmao i love him too, also emma watson ;) i don't think this time section will be very long (only a couple posts) and we'll skip to modern day where they could meet at something? maybe they could be at a mutual friend's event?
    also, very short, in a bit of a rush today.

    as sooon as he went, the bed felt colder. it always felt colder when he left her.
    shaun continued to feign sleep as he noisily slipped away. he had never been as
    silent as he thought in making his early morning escapes, but there was no reason
    to stop him. this night had been a mistake, just as had the others before.
    squeezing her eyes closed a little tighter, she attempted to bury the feelings
    that never failed to show up when she was with him. what was the point in feeling
    these emotions when they were clearly not meant to be. waiting for him to leave
    was agony. why...? why did it have to be him? of all the men in the world, shaun
    had run into connor again. again.

    once he was gone, she raised herself out of bed slowly. wrapping herself in the
    sheets she slowly walked to the window, peeking out so as not to be seen. she
    thought she spotted him walking away but turned back in and pulled the curtains
    behind her. dropping the sheet, she glided across the floor towards the bathroom,
    ready to wash away the familiar traces of his fingers on her skin. why was it him?
    it was always him. he had been her first and if fate had its way, he would be her
    last. "no." no. she wouldn't let this happen again. with any luck, they would never
    see each other again.

    sorry to not have a post, i've fallen sick so it's a tad hard for me to look at a screen long enough to type a full out post so would you mind if we plotted a little bit for now?

    thank you so much! well, for starters, did you have any important things to note about shaun?
    i was thinking they could meet up once more at maybe like a mutual friend's wedding and they get stuck at a table together?

    well, i've been trying to think up some good personality for shaun and here's what i've come up with so far.
    so, since she grew up moving around the country, she had a bit of trouble developing proper communication skills.
    on top of this, she lost her father at a young age and she never really got along with her mother very well after that, so she tends to be argumentative over the littlest of things.
    underneath all of that, she is rather insecure and i feel like that may be why she continues to get back with connor, despite their disagreements.

    but yes, i can imagine a wedding would be a perfectly awkward situation for them and anyone else trapped at the same table. can't wait to see this come to life ^_^

    yeah morgan is just one of those people who finds it really easy to suppress anything he wants to ignore.
    they could be at that table and morgan's friend and one of shaun's friend can ask why they're not together.
    morgan is really just scared of commitment more than anything, so when he gets to close to someone he'll try to be emotionally distant or separate himself.
    in this case i can see him getting drunk af at the reception and being all mushy to shaun because he has a bit of an alcohol problem. in the sense that he doesn't know when to draw the line, not so much an addiction.

    right, and then shaun can be a bit tipsy herself and they can end up together again? maybe this time when one of them starts to leave, the other actually says something and a fight ensues? i'm not sure what exactly you have planned, so i don't know what to suggest exactly ^_^"

    I left intentionally open-ended so we can plan something but genereally, end game is they end up together and come to terms with their issues and stuff like that so a fight sounds great right about now. ^^

    from personal experience, i wouldn't know ^_^
    maybe it could just be tense and one of their friends at the table says something about why they're not together (like you mentioned)
    and then maybe shaun excuses herself to get some fresh air when she's really just trying to get away (because running away from her problems is another person issue with her and seemingly so with morgan (sorry i kept calling him connor))
    anyway, maybe morgan reluctantly follows her out and they have a bit of a heated conversation outside?

    only thing would be maybe it could start with something dumb like the pronunciation of a thing but they're already tense because of the other night and they can just be kinda snippy with each other and one of their friends can ask sarcastically why they aren't together and both get upset and walk out. They could end up in the gardens of the reception facility, just wandering then they can go out and have a heated argument about why they really can't be together.

    walking into the reception hall, he looked at the seating plan on the board to see where he was seated only for his smile to shift to a frown as he saw he was with two of his friends from highschool...and shaun and her friends. it was a friend of theirs from highschool who was getting married so it made sense that she'd be here and think that they were fine, but his friends knew and hers probably did too.
    getting shoved by his friends, they made their way to the table to keep gifts for the bride and groom and on the gifts table then made their way to the bar to grab their drinks and then go to sit at the table. sitting down and taking their first sips, they got comfortable where they were seated for dinner and the festivities, chatting casually with eyes on the door as he watched for the people coming in. particularly the one he wanted to see the least...or at least he thought.

    another idea, what if morgan flirts with one of shaun's friends and it ticks her off but she doesn't know that it's because she likes him but she thinks it's because he's a dick and her friend is better than that? that can start their little arguments of the night?
