  • '' Seems like a rather difficult situation'' she commented. She looked up at the sky, wondering who would come. ''Perhaps another option? Travel away from their direction and train back up you body, energy and powers?''

  • ''Ah...true.'' The village would be defenceless without him, it could barely survive bandits. Let alone a angel. '' Do you think their will be enough time to train while here in the village?'' She didn't know how fast these angels were, though she hoped it took at least enough days for the village to get back up on its feet.

  • "Four day's.." she repeated his estimate, the words a mumble under her lips. She crossed her arms over her chest, blue violet eyes once again scanning the village's sorry state. Her lips pressed together as she fell under thought, the faint noise of children sobbing from the horrific experience and voicing calling out to one another as they worked together on getting the final flame out in the background.

That amount of time was not a lot, especially with the construction of the village in mind. She also had no idea what his recovery rate was like, she she was unsure if that would be nearly enough time to give him a chance against the Angel. Plus, fighting in the center of the village would do no good as well, not with both physical and magical attacks involved in the display.

She looked back over at him, her brain working hard on figuring out the best possible path. "Do you think that will be enough time for you to regather everything?" She was unsure if sleep was something he needed, but considering his demon status it was probably something very little or not at all. No need for rest would be good since it would give the exact amount of 96 hours of rehabilitation.

"Lily! Oh my gods, I am so glad you are okay!" A young mans voice called out a bit far from behind her. The voice sounded relieved and a bit out of breath as it came out in pants.

A look of recognition filled Lily's features as she turned around to see a young lad covered in a thin layer of soot and sweat, having been one of the people saving people still stuck in the fire caught buildings. His dark green eyes seemed to widen a bit when he spotted the appearance of Zero behind her, pausing his step as he reached a few feet from her front as he grew a bit wary. If he hadn't seen the display of the village being saved earlier, he probably would have been a bit more rude and gone further then just simply ignoring the abnormal presence.

The young girl's eye's lit up in joy as she embraced the male in a hug, a exhale of relief leaving her own lips. "Teri! I was worried that you had been off'd by the bandits!" Teri wasn't one to sit quietly and get tied up, he probably would have been back talking and spitting at the bandit's till they put him out. Thankfully, he had been out in the forest searching around during the time of the intrusion.

She pulled away from Teri, though her hands stayed lightly gripping his forearms as she stared straight into his eyes as her tension returned. "Is my family okay?" She asked with hope in her eyes, that though no tears were left were still a bit swollen from the previous cry out. She could almost fly inside when he gave her a small nod and smile. With that weight off her mind she let go of him and turned to face Zero once more. Smiling brightly. "You hear that? They're okay!"

She almost forgot for a moment the upcoming danger of the angel, but the sight of him gave her a quick reminder. "It is really great, that you saved the village. I'm sure you will be able to do it again" she was not trying to pressure him, rather give praise since she believed in his abilities even though they had been looked up to rust for so long. She would try her best to give aid as well, though her knowledge was little compared to his along with power.

  • "Yes, I have no need for sleep..." He glances at Teri then back at her "And please, there is no need to thank me for helping this little village. Once again, you helped me out of the cave, so it is only fair that I help you..." He looks up at the sky, thinking- Four days to fight an Angel...? Dang, I doubt I'll recover to full power by then, but... I promise you I'll try!

  • "Is....their anything I can do to help with your training?" She asked him after shooing Teri off to continue helping other villagers, which she would get to soon as well. " I am rather good at making herbal drinks and such as you know, I also know of a good wide opened area with a lot of nature you may be able to get some time to yourself to train." The place she spoke of was rather close to the village, so it wouldn't be too difficult to get him if needed. Plus, if she read right, anything with life like plants held a lot on energy he could pull from through medication to regain his aura.

She hoped that they would underestimate him for being bound up for years and what they probably viewed as ' a lower species'. Honestly, she didn't have much of a positive insight of them at all anymore. Well, it was rather small to begin with since before the concept of actual being of such like that were rather impossible to comprehend that they were actually real.

  • Zero nods slowly, closing his eyes "Not much can be helped with, considering we usually train alone" he looks down at her, opening his eyes "Although this place near the village, could be interesting. However I intend to be as little a problem as possible for the villagers, for I know I don't have the best reputation around as a demon..."

  • She gave a shake of her head, "these people didn't even know demons were real till today, but even if frightened these people know how to be grateful." she took a glance over towards a small path before smiling to herself, giving a shake of her head. Best to keep what she thought would most likely happen a secret for now. "Come on, I'll show you the area" She would show him then get to work helping the village, their was a lot of injured after all.

  • He nods and begins to follow her "if it is of any help, I could help with repairs and handling the injured" he raised a hand, an orb of white giving off a little glow "I might be a demon, but I too have light magic, however little"

  • "Well, if it does nothing to lower your chances against the Angel then it would be great if you could help with either of those things" She told him as she walked by a small group of people being treated. Her eye reflecting the orb of light as she glance over to it. " But you do not have to if its to troublesome. "

  • "I see, that is good!" she said with a small smile as she headed through some trees towards a big open meadow. "This is the area I was talking about, its one of my favorites to practice dancing" She said as she gazed out at it before turning around. "You can stay and look around a bit to see if it is alright then come back with me to in injured."

  • She gave a small glance to him as he walked out, hoping it was good enough. She then headed back through the tree's to the village and rushed to get started on helping out, though she was also met with a lot of questions on the person she had brought that saved them, she told them she would answer them all later.

  • After about five minutes or so, he nodded then flapped his wings, quickly flying back to the village to help care for the wounded.

The soon to be demon king helping the wounded... What kind of King do I intend to be... a merciless dictator, or a simple soul wanting a better world...?

He shook his head as he landed back in the center of the village, looking around

  • Lily was helping someone with a injured leg into the medical tent. A few children following behind her, since she had promised the parents to play and keep an eye on them while they were stuck with their injuries. She had no problem doing so, she hoped she could wipe today's event from their minds by gaining some laughter some how.

When one of the village men saw him, they speaking something to someone, as if searching for a reassurance of some sort before running up to him. "Your the one from before right? Was wondering if ya may be able to help us move to beans of woods clear from those building over there." it was a fairly large piece of wood, that not even ten together could seem to moved out of the way of the building.

  • He looked down at the man and nodded "of course good sir" he floated over to the piece of wood, picking it up with ease "However, a better question- where should I put said piece of wood?"

  • "Ah.." the man took a quick moment to break from his speechlessness, he guessed with the abnormalities this shouldn't;t have been that much of a surprise. He pointed to a small pile of already gather burned and cracked wood. "Over there would be great" they planned to reuse the wood for fire wood in the future. Not as good as one fresh from a tree but better then to be wasteful.
