Soon the village was in sight, lit up brightly by flames. The villagers were gathered in the center tied up while a few were hiding in the forest as the bandits went through houses.

*He grit his teeth as he stopped above the village, even though he was a demon, he couldn't stand seeing things like this occur. He looks over his shoulder at her "As soon as I land, run over to the centre and untie them, then move them over to the forest. I'll keep you covered by taking the bandits"

She nodded. "Okay" that seemed like a good plan to her. Get the people free then deal with the bandits. Hopefully no problems were run into while they got the actions done.

Zero gave a nod, spreading his wings out as he landed in the centre of the village "Quickly, go!" He turned to a bandit, a sword forming in his hand as he put the blade through their stomach, watching them crumble to the ground. -
(Thats fine~ I have exams as well anyway)
She quickly nodded and headed off, first going towards a space empty enough for her to try ad help out as well. She hoped not to be a hindrance anyway. -
He turned air und as he attacked another two, knocking them both back with a blast of dark magic with a grin on his face- Oh, how long has it been?! Far too long in my opinion! He thought to himself happily, killing another bandit with a swift kick to the skull

Lily helped the people get to a safer area, untying those tied while using the bandits being distracted by him to advantage.

"Bring it on!" Zero smirked, knocking back another group of bandits "I remember the days when mortals could actually fight and not rely on cheap tricks!"

The bandits seemed rather angry, while a few that were kicked down were considering bolting. The leader kept them there though, wanting to teach whoever this hot shot was a lesson, although was unsure due to this guy obviously not seeming human.

Zero chuckled as he turned to the leader, a dark smile on his face "So... take your soul while you're alive or beat you mercilessly and watch as you bleed out..." He giggled like a little kid "Oh, all the different ways to punish you for attacking an innocent village!"

The bandit leader recognized the danger now and called his men back to flee. Grabbing the horses, and not bothering to take any of the so far gathered goods.

Zero chuckled as he watched them leave, folding his arms with his dark smile still on his face "Good! That's been dealt with"

She had just finished untying the last person when she saw the horses run past. Oh thank goodness. She stood up before helping the person untied up. She then ran over to him. "Thank you!!"

He turned to her smiling gently "Please, it was no problem. It was a benefit for both of us, so I guess I should thank you too" he chuckled slightly, bowing

The people who belonged to the village began returning though some were unsure, staying away due to his appearance and how alone he scared away all the bandits. She gave a smile to him and motioned for him stop bowing. She gave a small look around. " Ah...I guess this is to be expected. " not many would have her kind of acceptance. " Well, your now free to do whatever you please which is good."

"I would love too..." He smiled gently as he stood up, his wings folding in "Although I have to admit that I am taking a liking to this place, and besides... We signed a contract, so you're stuck with me until one of us dies"

"Uh, true" She looked around the half wreaked village as families got together, searching to make sure they didn't lose anyone. She noticed they stayed a fair distance away from the two of them, she had yet to see any familiar faces from her friends and family, though knowing them they were probably helping the injured. "Well it will be good to make sure the village gets back in order....and perhaps we can do some exploring of the kingdom at some point?" in till one dies, while that would be quite some time. So she would prefer using it doing what she loves, which is learning new things and exploration.

He nods "Of course, it'd be a pleasure travelling with such a fine young lady such as yourself" he looks up and around, scanning his surroundings "Although I do fear that an angel is on their way"

"You think they sensed your escape?" she asked curiously. Engaging somewhat normalish conversation while some people were already started on putting out fires.

"Perhaps" he kicked at a little pebble "drat, if I had been more careful with releasing my energy while taking them low-life idiots on..." He shook his head "Either I go back to that cave, die trying to fight... or manage to kill it, this all depends on how skilled and advanced the Angel is..."
