Washing away blood, I've seen be done quite impressively before and there are many ways to do it.

haha, that would be pretty funny. He would probably need a fake wing though, as one of his wings will need to be amputated, otherwise he wouldn't be able to fly.
Zephyr is pretty naive as he hasn't really been exposed to many bad things, so he believes that Gareth can do no wrong as long as it's in defence of him.
