Hi! The only rules that I have are to be semi-literate and active. Do not reply a few times and then leave without another response. As well, you can describe as you go for both your dragon and your person if you prefer. I do prefer an actual picture and not an anime one for your person if you do decide to post one. I will accept anime ones though.
Plot: My girl has finally worked her way through the ranks to become a teacher. She was to train dragon riders who had just bonded with their dragon to get them ready to prepare to fight. Her first student is a slacker though. He doesn't understand much of what she says and is late always. She has to pull out all of the tricks to try and train him. Will she be able to? Will he ever take it seriously? And will anything else happen between the two?

Face Claim: Rose Walters
It was a dangerous age. The dragon riders were the one who kept the peace in the land. Rose Walters had finally earned the right to become a teacher. She had worked her hardest and had become the first female dragon teacher. Most of the dragon riders were male. That included her student. But he was already late and it was only the first day. She glanced over at her dark scaled dragon. In the correct light, its scales were actually a green shade. It puffed out a breath.
"The first day and he is late. I bet he is going to irresponsible. Most likely will give us trouble." Rose commented and her dragon nodded its big head. They continued to wait.

Eoden, son of Hamil, son of Felwinter
19
Hailing from a line of knights and dragon riders, Eoden has been raised under the constant shadow of his lasting legacy carried on through the bloodlines of his family. His confidence and arrogance is rivaled only by his skill with a sword and bow. Upon his bonding with his beast, he was left feeling fuller and braver following the naming of his Brimstone. The world has cast a mold over him, forged in stone and fire and blood and death. Deaf and blind to the suffering and bloodshed of those around him beyond his own, Eoden now strides as a bloodless orphan, a fact known to few beyond his family's closest comrades. -
Sounds good!! I believe my starting post is still in the very first post. Hopefully it didn't get deleted when I edited it!))

The heat of the dawning day beat down upon the deep scales of the dragon called Brimstone, and more so upon his leather armored rider of the line of Zaladane. Eoden ran a gloved hand along the rigged, plated flesh of his soulmate, feeling the heartbeat deep within him as though it were his own. He was late, but what of it? He'd Brimstone and his blade and his will, and in a world so unfair and so bloodied by the greed of others and more, he needed no more. Eoden grit his teeth in irritation, leaning back as Brimstone tossed his neck and bellowed to the skies in dominance. The echo still lasted throughout the clouds as Eoden felt the ground jostle beneath his feet, and the younger of the two riders glare to his teacher in a silent challenge.
-
The teacher was not the best one to be meddling with. She wouldn't show any mercy. She knew her student would look down on her for being a woman. She planned on showing him exactly how undertrained she was. She could already tell that he believed that he was in good shape. He indeed wasn't. "Dismount from your dragon." She said firmly. Her gaze didn't waver from his own. Her own dragon, Irvän, stood next to her still. She was older than Brimstone and much bigger. "You are late. Therefore you are to run. Three miles up the mountain and three miles down." She added. Irvän puffed a breath and let the quills of scales on her head rise to show dominance.
-
"Well I hardly see how that's my fault." Eoden rattled off easily, "The directions were hardly specific, and seeing as this is my first time here it can be assured that it will not happen again, with or without the three miles." He examined the dragon coolly rather than eyeing the woman atop it. She was only a year or so older than he, and she'd the right to teach him? Why he couldn't have claimed a great warrior as a tutor was beyond him, but perhaps she could surprise him. He did so love surprises.
-
"You may think you are already strong enough and wise enough to e a dragon rider. I know who you are descended from. But in the condition you are in now and the way your dragon is, you wouldn't last five minutes out in battle. As well, the three miles isn't as much as a punishment. It is to see how fit you are. Keep all of your armor and gear on. I'll run with you." Rose offered as she easily slid off of her dragon. She landed gracefully. She was very light and swift on her feet, much more than he was. "Now come on." She said. She easily began to jog. Only the pace of her jog was the pace of his sprint. She wasn't even out of breath by the time she reached the top.
-
It was torturous, his armor weighed down on his body and clung to his form with the sweat coming out of him. Brimstone strode behind him, rumbling quietly in concern the further up the mountain they went, his scales raised in anticipation for whatever these lessons had in store. Eoden finally pulled up huffing and puffing beside his teacher, doing what he could to clear his airways and stay standing. It was ridiculous! He would be on his dragon mostly anyway! He wouldn't have to run! "What...was the point...of that?" He huffed, "Endurance...for what? I've got Brimstone...what else do...I need?"
-
Rose had made it up the mountain in almost no time. She had taken a seat at the top, waiting for him to join her. Irvän was sitting next to her. She saw as he finally made it up the hill. "Your dragon isn't always going to be there to protect you. You will fight on his back half the time. The other half you will be fighting on the ground. You need to have the endurance to take down and army. You need to become quick on your feet and swift. Some of the times you will not even be a part of the battle. You will be a messenger. That requires you to run not to fly. We send you on your feet for your dragon does not get shot down and killed." She said. They were in a grassy clearing. "Brimstone will go with Irvän today. I will be testing your skills with a sword." She added. She looked at her dragon. The dragon then took to the skies, encouraging Brimstone to follow.

Sorry if I sound rude but could you not power play? That post basically rendered anything I might put with Eoden useless. Unless you wanted me to just post with Brinstone? In which case that's my bad
-
I didn't mean to, I apologize. I've gotten really used to writing by myself and I forget at times to not because of what I am used to. Again, I'm really sorry. Just ignore the second paragraph.))

Eoden grumbled quietly to himself, heaving in a breath as Brimstone stretched his tan and green wings and took flight after the looming beast, vanishing among the clouds shortly after. He felt strangely naked despite the armor, and bit back a snarl of a reply, vying instead to unsheathe his sword and face the tutor head on. The metal balanced gently in his gloved hand, and he twirled it to waken the slumbering muscles in his arms with a grimace. Eoden slowly circled about the woman, recalling his teachings and lessons from his fathers, uncles, and brothers, it was now that he had a chance to prove himself worthy of war and not just a meek courier. With a cry, the young man lashed out, his sword swiping down at the woman.
