  • MAR REYNOLDS

    2 years / clouded leopard / blizzardclan

It got better. It got so close to getting better. So, so close and now it crashed before her eyes. Who was that? She didn't think it was real but it couldn't be fake. There he was- the father of her first litter. Or at least, she believed he was there. "James?" No response. Maybe it wasn't real. She couldn't tell whether he spoke or not so instead she kept talking. "God, you've got quite the brain for bad ideas. I've got new children, a new life, I don't need you, I don't want you..." Mar kept on rambling till she noticed a crowd forming. She still couldn't decide hallucination or not- there were people watching her with strange expressions but maybe it was just because she was confronting him.

  • "Mar?" Sweetophelia blinked, frowning as she watched the clouded leopard rambling to herself, growing more and more concerned. Approaching slowly, the BlizzardClan leader quickly told an NPC standing nearby to find a medic before returning her attention to the hallucinating BlizzardClanner. "Who's there?"

Mar turned to Sweetophelia then pointed to what the others would see as thin air with a look of worry. "He- I'm- Can you not see him?" Okay, okay, this was probably a hallucination. Probably. They took a deep breath and examined the ground for a moment. Something was wrong with them. Probably worse than expected because they still couldn't admit they were hallucinating.

  • Nova was elated when, as he was exploring his new home, he spotted a large creature sitting some distance away. He quickly came to recognize it as a leopard of sorts - a fascinating sight, indeed. Nova had heard tales of the big cats, but had never laid his eyes upon one, considering he had spent his life locked up in an enclosure. The creature was much larger than Nova, almost unnervingly so - he doubted she was a threat, however. After all, everyone here was supposedly a friend.

Something seemed to be wrong with this one, however - she appeared to be... talking to herself? It was rather disturbing. Nova supposed she must've been sick - one of the dilophosaurus back at the facility had been like that. Always muttering weird things under his breath and rambling on about monsters in his head... The humans had to put him down after he attacked one of the feeders, unfortunately. Nova had honestly been kind of glad; the fellow had creeped him out.

"See who?" The raptor inquired, a puzzled frown crossing his face. He looked around in hopes of seeing who she was talking about, but there didn't seem to be anyone there, aside from a fellow bystander.

Mar stamped a paw in frustration. "James! You don't... you don't know him." They looked back, ready to shout at him, only to see that he had disappeared. Their eyes widened slightly and then they looked confused. "He was there a minute ago. I didn't hear him move."

  • ❝ RUN RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN ❞

Harrison was fucked in the head to put it lightly and simply without getting into the complicated mental health bullcrap even he himself didn't even understand. He sometimes experienced delusions, extreme paranoia and most of all, night terrors. He was a victim to the horrid realities of the night and haunting, painful memories of his past lives. Flashbacks occurred often for Harrison, however, he had never experienced hallucinations that weren't a result of drugs so when he approached the scene he quirked a brow questionably towards Mar
"The fuck is James?" Okay, maybe this wasn't the kindest way to interrupt such an event but when did the Westerner ever care about manners?

"The father of my first litter! The asshole who abandoned me! I hate him!" They were quickly getting angry, stomping their paw again and trying to steady their shallow breathing. "He was there, I saw him! This doesn't make sense."

  • The NPC that had come to fetch her had been dwaddling slightly, which is the reason Lottie seemed to be showing up late to whatever this happened to be. With a frown of concern on her face, she would look over Mar as she caught a few of her attempts to convince the people there that there was someone there that she could see. "Mar, how have you been feeling lately? Has anything like this happened before?"

"I- I don't know, I've been feeling bad? This happens a lot, I'm confused, he was there, I saw him!" Mar was beginning to look less angry and more puzzled. "What's wrong with me?"

  • Oh look, it was the nutcase. The idiotic lady who couldn't keep her legs in check. Vang had been an unfortunate witness to the relationships Maria fell into, and unfortunately had placed the crazed mother in the category of a cuckoo. Now, it seemed like the leopard had gathered the attention of Sweet and Lottie, of both meant that this little scenario was worth spectating. Something about seeing someone that wasn't there? Oh, cool, hallucinations. Vang had them before, mostly about dark figures crowding her vision at night. She often just ran out of her rabbit's burrow then, keeping herself awake. The huskapard's nightly ventures as a tiny otter were not on her mind, though. Instead, it was mostly about what the cuckoo would do now. Would she yell at people? Stomp her feet and call everyone else crazy? Pfft, someone needed to put a dart to her head and dissect whatever tumor she might be having in that brain of hers.

    /ic opinions ofc!!

  • Witchpaw had tried helping Mar at first, but over and over again it seemed there was always something wrong with her- or, them? He still didn't have their gender thing under wraps. He approached, calm as ever, standing next to Vang. Did they seek attention? It was like every day there was a new thing going on with her. He frowned, letting Lottie take care of them. Perhaps this was a sign of his maturity- or his sociopathy.
