  • The hot, humid air wasn't exactly useful for the melanistic male lion. However, he managed to deal. He grumbled in annoyance at how hot he was. He probably should get a portable fan. He had go to one of the lesser humid areas in the camp, calling out, "Meet and greet! I'm Vanitas."

  • the pale furred molly had grown to enjoy the jungle environment, humidity and all. the insistent noisiness of the birds was rather comforting as she lay primly in the sun, laurel gaze eyeing those bumbling about in camp. as one of the newly joined members appeared nearby, she lazily ran a paw over her ear, enjoying the tinkling of her piercings. the words that left his maw did little to surprise her- a meet and greet, of course- though she didn't expect too many members to appear. this place was quite dead, in terms of activity. "vanitas. lovely to see you again." she mewed, a weak smile flickering onto her features. she was not the most charming, nor the most talkative, thus she was comfortable leaving her greeting at that.

  • The humid and crowded territory of The Cartel is all that Caera knew. She had seen other territories, like that of The Exiles and Shadowclan, but she hadn't stayed long enough to actually know them. But The Cartel was different; The Cartel was her home, and the crew surrounding her were her family. Even if the closest person she had to a blood family was gone, she still had some comfort in the fact that her crew would always be there for her (though she wouldn't mind having actual family and close friends). The sheep-dog hyrbid had been wandering through the camp on her way to grab some food when the new joiner spoke up, calling for a meet and greet. Naturally, the child abandoned all thoughts of food and ran over as fast as her legs could carry her. She loved getting to knew her crew better! "My name's Caera! I'm 7 moons old - I think - and I wasn't actually born like you guys. I was created out of shadows, or something cool like that! And apparently I'm a "monster of purgatory", whatever that means, but I guess I haven't unleashed it yet because I don't seem to have any crazy powers." She would spew out right off the bat, tiny tail wagging with excitement. "Oh! And I was the one who found that Twilightzone, the previous leader, was poisoned. I stepped up as leader and I plan on looking for her killer real soon!" The child didn't have much of a filter when it came to being around her crew, so she could easily go on and on about herself in these sort of situations if given the chance.

  • Vanitas nodded and chuckled. "Lovely to see you too!" That's when he saw Caerphilly. A child made of shadows? He visibly flinched at those words. "I was born of shadows as well, actually." Deciding to spare her somewhat, he decided not to go into what a monster of purgatory was. "Really? I know I'm new, but you don't mind me helping, do you?"

  • When she was created, Radioactiveplague had told her she was special. One of a kind. She was created with a purpose, a soon to be discovered unquenchable thirst for blood. She would never truly be free, always feeling the need to please and obey Radio who was the Ruler of Purgatory. But the thought that someone else was like her... She had never been happier. Maybe she wasn;t so strange; maybe he could help her learn about herself. "That's so cool!" She commented as he revealed he was also made of shadows. She would definitely have to stop him after this meet and greet. "No, not at all! I would love it, in fact! The sooner we find that b*stard the better." She paused briefly at the colourful word, never have said it before but hearing it plenty around the group. It felt strange on her tongue and she wasn't sure if she used it again. She didn't quite like these colourful words the others used.
